Hello! I don't know how recent my uploads of this story will be due to me working on another fanfic. I could upload chapters soon or not in awhile, but I'm working on a sequel to Once Upon Another Time fanfic called Winter Song that has Dick and Jason in it.
If you wanna check it out, i recommend it because i can always use constructive criticism since i like experimenting with the characters :)
Thank you!

"You shouldn't have done that." Livy groaned in pain but had a small smirk on her face. She was dressed in her Little Red outfit in Gotham where the Clock King managed to get in a well-timed jab with a knife. The knife was nestled in her rib cage, not exactly fatal, but extremely painful.
Damian was with her on the assignment, unbeknownst to Clock King, so the villain wasn't expecting Damian to come up from behind him and knock him out.
Once the man hit the floor, Damian was quickly next to Livy.
"You're bleeding." He frowned as Livy pulled the knife out of herself with a grunt.
"Yeah, thanks captain obvious." She chuckled but winced in pain.
"I'll cuff clock King, then take you back to the cave." Damian nodded as he went to do so. When he turned his back to Livy, her eyes widened.
"Damian! There's a knife in your back!"
"Leave it. I'll be fine. I'll look at it when we get back to the cave."
"Leave it!? No way in hell am I just gonna leave it!" Livy exclaimed, still holding where she herself was stabbed, as Damian cuffed the villain.
"It's fine. I can do it myself."
"Damian, I know you're flexible, but if I pull it out, it'll come out cleaner and less likely to cut more of your skin." Livy sighed as she and Damian headed out to leave.
"No. I'll get it myself." Damian grunted. Livy stared at him then started chuckling.
"You're scared about me doing it, aren't you?"
"Of course not. I have the utmost trust in you." Damian stated as he and Livy jumped into her car. She drove as Damian leaned forward to keep the shallow knife from pressing in further.
However, Livy notice the small waver in Damian's voice. He was lying.
"You don't like me handling knives." She chuckled. "Just admit it."
"Fine. Yes. I don't like it when you use knives."
Despite Jason being skilled at knives Livy wasn't the best. She was more likely to stab herself than an opponent.
"I promise that I won't make it worse. I can take out a knife easily." Livy stated as the two reached the batcave and hopped out.
"Yeah, and then accidently stab yourself and then accidently stab me. There's a reason why you make me anxious when around knives. You simply cutting some meat almost gives me a heart attack."
"I only cut myself once while doing that. It was just a scratch."
"Tt. A scratch? You almost lopped off a finger." Damian stated. Livy wrapped her ribs up from where she was shallowly stabbed, then looked at Damian.
"I can take out your knife. It'll be fine."
"No. you are ill-equipped and-" Damian winced when he felt the knife slide out of his back, followed quickly by a cloth gently pressing on the spot.
"See? You're fine." Livy smirked, holding the knife triumphantly and Damian let out a long sigh.
"Just be careful putting it down and then grab a needle and thread to stitch me up." Damian stated and Livy chuckled.
"Not a problem." She twirled the knife in her fingers before placing it down and the side skinned off some flesh from her finger.
"Shit." Livy mumbled.
"I gave you one simple instruction! You're impossible." Damian groaned. Livy placed the knife down, rapped her finger in a gall and then grabbed a needle and thread.
"I'll get better at it. Now hold still so I don't stab myself with the needle while stitching you up."
