Filler chapters are getting harder to write so be ready for a major time skip after this. That's right guys, we're almost to the awaited arrival of the Spamano baby Dantè~ Make sure to keep up and I'll try my best to keep updates closer together now. Anyway, this chapter is kinda fluffy and really bad in my opinion.

Also! Thank you all who have favorited/followed this story from the beginning, and put up with my awful writing and pretty bad grammar.

AND A VERY BUG THANK YOU TO ALL OF MY BEAUTIFUL REVIEWERS, I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT.

Anyway... Here you go...

Chapter 28: Slow down.

Lovi's condition didn't get much better after that day. He was sleeping alot more and barely got up anymore, only to use the bathroom or attempt to help with the nursery. I made sure to keep an eye on him, I even called bother Dr. Almaz and Dr. Pinasco to come check on him. Both of them said his body was under some stress and was making him tired.

To be honest I wasn't completely convinced, but since they're both doctors and they said the same thing, I wasn't going o say anything to them. I just did what they told me and made sure to let him relax. Lovi didn't like the order to "Stay in bed", he wanted to get up and help me finish the room.

There wasn't even much left to do, I just needed to finish putting in the furniture. Even then, Lovi was sitting in his chair watching me, sometimes starting a conversation. Silence was something he seemed to be avoiding lately. As if things were silent, he would fall asleep again.

"We still need to get a car seat." He said, his eyes directed more to the window than towards me.

"Yes, I know." I replied, organizing everything drawers of the changing table in the room. Lovi had insisted on doing this already. He had already attempted to himself, but started getting dizzy so I made him sit down.

"Am I annoying you?" He asked softly. I looked up from my task to look at him and shake my head.

"What makes you think that, mi amor?" I asked, raising an eyebrow as I sat down next to him on the floor. He shrugged.

"I don't know. I-I just feel like I'm slowing you down, and keeping you from duties as a country." He said, still avoiding my gaze. It wasn't the first time he acted like this. Mood swings were still something that happened, even now. His appetite has gone down alot, and even worse tomatoes make him feel sick.

"It's okay, Lovi. I have permission to stay here and take care of you. You're not a burden on my duties. I enjoy taking care of you now like I did when you were little." I said standing up. I held out a hand, when he took it I slowly and gently pulled him to his feet.

Lovi's balance was good today, and he could stand up perfectly fine. It was a good day for him, he had energy and hadn't gelt sick since he woke up this morning.

"What are you doing, Bastard?" He asked. Ah, there it was. The old nickname had returned, but like always, I just brushed it off and laughed. He rolled his eyes and leaned against me anyway, despite the fact that he was sounding slightly angry with me, but Lovi was Lovi and he said things differently than the way he acts.

"I was just helping you up, because I'm done with that and I wanted a tomato." I said, taking his hand and walking out of the room with him behind me.

Out of the kitchen window we could easily see the sun setting in the distance. The sky was a fiery orange, with hints of red and some purples. They say The sun never sets in Spain, but when it does, it is beautiful. I picked up a tomato and took a bite, watching Lovi almost cringe at the sighs of it. Poor guy can't eat a tomato and it's killing him because all he wants is to eat a tomato.

I took another bite, making sure to swallow it before leaning over to kiss him.

Lovi smiled and leaned against the counter, to get a better look out of the window. He couldn't lean to far, but I could see his mind working. He was lost in his own thought process, once again. But at this moment, he couldn't look more beautiful. The sunset's dim lighting made his hair look almost red, his eyes were in their inbetween stage of hazel and green, and the soft smile on his face is one I could never get sick of.

Well, at the moment, life is good. In less than a few short weeks, life will be crazy, but at the same time, it will be even better.

The next day I slipped out while Lovi was taking a nap, making sure to leave him a not in case he woke up and needed something. I needed some air, and I wanted to look around for something special. I feel like our baby would need something cute to add to his room.

September is very nice around here, the weather was finally cooling down.

I was walking down the street, watching my people pass by. Everyone was smiling and happy. The markets were fulls of people and all of the cafès were full of people, and I suddenly found myself missing mine. I was on a mission, and had no time to stop and have anything to drink. I had to be home pretty quickly to check on Lovi.

Okay this chapter was REALLLLLY short. I'm sorry.
