Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha or Yu Yu Hakusho
Here you guys go.
Weightless
It was the most difficult thing to explain.
The way he was drawn to her was like a moth to a flame. She walked ahead and it almost appeared as though she was gliding deeper into the forest; her scent tailing behind and surrounding him. He considered all possible approaches, there is no way he'll leave her behind. Now the question here is if he should take her by force or have patience. She stops suddenly and turns to face Youko, with a smile on her face, Youko's tail twitches with anticipation.
"You shouldn't have teased Inuyasha, Youko, he's very dear to me" was her reprimand but Youko wasn't listening as he moved to close the distance between them.
Her yelp of surprise was answered by his growl of satisfaction. Her innocence is driving him mad, her defiant stare inebriating, he needs to claim his prize. When has patience ever been his strong suit?
One clawed hand snaked around her back as a blush kissed her cheeks, he leaned in and ran his nose along her jaw, his growl deepening as his demon instincts began fighting for dominance; if only he could take her right then and there. She rolls her head back exposing her neck and allowing her hair to glaze his knuckles. He could hear her heart beat accelerate as a smile graces her lips, she purrs his name softly.
"Youko" she coos, "Is this why you've been following me? Do you yearn for me?"
She straightens her neck and holds his molten glaze with confidence. She leans in looking at his lips; her breath hot on his face. Her eyes met his once more, smiling when his features appeared dark. The internal battle within him was all-consuming. She was messing with him and he knew it.
Youko straightened up, actively letting her go. Who does she think he is? Does she really think she can manipulate him? He is the king of trickery! He couldn't contain the anger that boiled within his stomach. She peered at him curiously as her head tilted slightly to the side,
"What's wrong Youko? Cat caught your tongue?"
Within a second he had Kagome pinned beneath him, her breath hitched as her back collided against the ground. Although a light nervous layer of sweat clung to her skin, it only appeared to intensify her beauty as her scent continued to assault his nose. His hand remained on both of her wrist as her defiant glare intensified his arousal.
"It will be wise for you to reconsider your approach to our… affiliation," Youko kept his voice low as he leaned down to nibble on her neck. "You will be mine, whether I give you time or not to accept this, it is up to me to see fit."
He quickly sinking his teeth into her skin, resulted in a yell from her that echoed around the open field, where Youko had once stood not two seconds ago.
Sango sat by the riverside, ignoring the bat's insistent staring. How did she end up here?
Yeah, he's incredibly handsome and he's infatuated with her in a way she could have never dreamed of but he's a bat demon with a immoral hobby. A blush covered her cheeks as a grin spread across his face, he saw an opening and he was going to take it.
"You're thinking about how handsome I am, aren't you?"
Her blush faded as she picked up a rock to skip across the river, he's so annoying.
"You know Kuronue, you don't know me. I don't know where you get off knocking my friend unconscious," Sango mumbled.
For the first time since they sat Kuronue looked away, allowing Sango to release a breath she hadn't realized she was holding in. Kuronue suddenly stood up, alarming Sango with his relaxed posture. He held his hand out to her, coaxing her to stand up as well.
"Your friend touched you in a way that makes him lucky he still has both his hands attached, whether or not he's unconscious hardly matters. Now give me your hand," Kuronue demanded.
Sango stood her ground and held her wrist to her chest, as though that would stop him from dragging her anywhere he pleases. He's a demon with an unhealthy obsession for her, she finally decided. She didn't know him and she never will. Standing up, Sango dusted herself off and was just about to speak when she felt Kuronue move to stand behind her. With a yelp and a jump away from him, he caught her wrist and pressed her body firmly against his. The warmth he emitted made her feel safe and angry all at once, a blush covering her from cheek to cheek. However, as soon as the positive feelings came, they were overpowered by anger.
"You better let me go or I'll-" Sango began a line of threats when Kuronue suddenly pushed off the ground and before she knew it, they sailed above the nearest tress.
Her hair flew around them as he gained speed and twirled lightly around, her body forced against his from the pressure and speed, no other notable factor affecting their proximity. It was a beautiful day, the sun was just about to set. He flew over the field where Kagome and Youko appeared to be having a lovers' quarrel and continued to cruise through the cool dusk. Sango has been high in the sky many times before but there was something different about this time around.
Was it the adrenaline? There was no safety net without Kirara there and she was airborne with a seductive stranger. The hues of the sky accentuated his dark features and she felt so light, she wondered if she could fly on her own. He slowly began to descend and landed lightly in a tree, keeping her tight against his chest he raked a clawed hand through her hair. Although they were two strangers from two different worlds they stood as one, appearing to be more than just strangers. As the orange-red skies were engulfed by darker blues and purples, Sango felt herself tense as she realized she was far from camp and the sun was quickly retreating.
She looked up at Kuronue, no words leaving her tight lips. He read her expression and let out a light sigh. He was hoping she would feel almost as weightless as he had the moment he laid eyes on her. There was something so captivating about her, that he needed to find out. He almost felt desperate to remain around her, which both amused and rustled him. He thought about speaking but decided actions spoke louder to her than words.
Picking her up again, he flew for a bit before landing in the open field they passed earlier. Kagome was sitting alone with her back to them finally tending to her wound.
He was surprised to see her alone, she probably wounded the fox's ego. Kuronue tilted Sango's chin up, only momentarily holding eye contact before he licked his lips and devoured hers. However, as soon as he felt her relax, he was gone; leaving an angry Sango and a confused Kagome as to how Sango got there in the first place.
