A/N: Hey, and here is the next chapter. Now, BlackStorm, I would answer your question with a PM, but you don't have an account. Anyways, Your little start of the story is good, could use improvement, but a great start. I don't know about the first person writing though. Many are turned off it, as most like it in third person (Well, this is my opinion, so don't always think I'm right). But if you want to write it in first person, by all means, go ahead. There are some grammar mistakes, but we all have it, all you have to do is check your work before posting as best as you can or have a beta-reader do so for you. The idea of your story is interesting and I am curious as to what will happen, anyways, if you would like more (And much better) help for your story, there are forums that people have organised to help others with writing and I'm sure they would love to help you.

Now, you can start reading. Also, thank you for the follows, Favourites, Reviews and mostly to everyone who read my story, it made my day.

Prowl strode down the almost empty halls, passing many paintings of mechs and femmes that were important to their family. The marbled floor glossy after a nice clean and shine from the servants of their house. The black and white doorwinger heaved Bluestreak up higher on his hips after feeling the sparkling slip down, the sparkling gripped tighter to his mother's armor as he looked at the many paintings they pass.

The black and white mech made his way through the halls until he found himself at the dinning room, which went silent upon his entrance. Prowl's own mother and father (Which now the red and blue stripes on his plating show in the bright light) were watching him as he sat down in one of the many chairs at the table. Prowl made sure he sat furthest from both his parents, setting Bluestreak comfortable in his lap, he waited for Bluestreak's and his food to arrive.

After fifteen minutes of eating and feeding Bluestreak, they were both finally done, leaving their empty plates on the table and as Prowl rises. Quickly, one of the servants grab the dirty plates and made her way to the kitchen.

"Prowl, your mother would like to speak with you after you have finished school." Prowl's father called out before Prowl left the room, which caused Prowl to stop and look back to his parents. Seeing his mother hit his father lightly, scolding him.

"Decode!" She said in a harsh whisper.

"Yes, father." Prowl said, he paused and looked to his mother with a nod. "I will meet you later mother." And with that, Prowl left the room.

Bluestreak giggled as Prowl left their house, his optics travelling back forth excitedly at the environment around them. He loved it when they went outside, it was so colourful and pretty to him. The bots that he saw when he went outside excited him even more, there were so many and they were all different. Though some were mean, there was still those that were nice.

Bluestreak almost lots his grip on his mother when Prowl decided to stop suddenly, the young sparkling confused with his mothers actions looked around to see the reason of their paused walk to school. Bluestreak looked up at Prowl and followed his optics to where he was looking, only to see a red and white mech hunched over himself with another mech scolding him.

Prowl stood still, watching the event before him, he wanted to continue his walk to school but what was happening before his optics reminded himself of all the times he was scolded. Hearing the older white and gold mech growl before turning his back on the hunched mech and walking back into his house made Prowl walk closer to the upset mech, just as he got close enough, he could hear quiet whimpers escape the smaller mech.

"Hello, are you alright?" Asked Prowl, he felt like hitting himself. Of course he is not alright, what made him ask such a stupid question, it was completely illogical.

The red and white mech looked to be around his age, but now that he was closer, he didn't seem so small only that with him being hunched over that helped decrease his size. The fins on each side of the mechs head crackled, causing Prowl to back away slightly, he didn't want Bluestreak to get hurt.

"I am fine."

The words were plain and simple, but there were emotions hidden within the small sentence. Prowl did no agree with the simple statement, he wanted to know what was going on, his stupid curiosity was taking over and would not leave until he knows.

"You don't look fine."

"You wouldn't be fine with your carrier yelling at you!" The red and white mech yelled.

Prowl stood with a blank expression on his face, it didn't take long for the smaller mech to tell his problem. "No, I wouldn't have been fine either, though sometimes you can't avoid those situations."

The smaller mech smiled nervously, he wasn't hunched over anymore, so his full height was seen. He just barely reached Prowl's shoulders. "I guess," He then paused, not knowing what to say. "So..."

"I am Prowl, and this is my sparkling Bluestreak." Prowl filled in the awkward silence, no need to make the mech any more nervous.

"Red Alert." The mech said with a smile, but the smile vanished just as quickly as it appeared. "Your sparkling?... Oh! I thought he was your brother and you were still a student, I mean, you look so young. I am so sorry sir, I hope I didn't upset you..." Red Alert starting mumbling in apology.

Prowl chuckled, which caused Red Alert to stop and look at Prowl with confusion. "I am a student, I am only sixteen and I go to Texelmont High, the school in this area."

"What? But you said that Bluestreak was... Oh, you... Oh, my. I didn't mean to be rude or anything, but aren't you a bit young... Um, to do... Things." Red Alert said, stuttering through his whole sentence.

Prowl smiled, he has been told much worse. "Bluestreak is my child, I am a student and I have done things I shouldn't. But I have not changed, and I don't blame you for having your opinions on me as that is how you are raised-"

"No, no, no, I don't think anything of it. It's fine, I mean, it's perfect practice for when you... Have more?" Red Alert was stumped on what to say, he didn't want to push away a potential friend. It also doesn't hurt him that this mech has a sparkling of his own, it just means he has experienced more in life.

"It's fine, I have gotten much worse from my friends and family." Prowl said.

"That's... Nice, I hope I didn't offend you."

"No, it's fine." Prowl smiled.

"Oh, okay, that's good. Well, it was nice meeting you, but I have to go. Don't want to be late to school!" Red Alert smiled nervously, unsure of what to say, then a thought occurred to him. "Oh, you go to Texelmont High, funny, I go there too."

"Yes, I did say that." Prowl said, then asked. "Would you like to walk with me, I wouldn't mind the company."

"Oh, t-that would be n-nice." The smaller mech smiled shyly, he started walking in the direction of the school and Prowl followed quickly after. Prowl knew he was going to be late today, but he couldn't care right now, he was enjoying the company of someone who didn't dislike him because of having Bluestreak. Much like his other friend (If you could call it that) Jazz, he hoped he didn't upset Jazz from leaving so sudden while they were together, he was a nice mech. Prowl wouldn't want to lose the chance of being close friends with him.

A light blue and black mech walked back and forth through the classroom, his partner, a purple and black femme stood near the side corner of the room, watching silently. A enforcer symbol shone brightly on both their frames, telling everyone who they were and it's not a good idea to mess with them.

"Now, today, during this lesson, I am going to talk about two things. One; child and adult abuse, and two; murder." The mech said loudly, so everyone can hear him. "These pass few months, the abuse and murder ratings have increased to 21.4% and 26.8%. Most of those who have committed these crimes are mechs under the age of 25, and femmes under the age of 30."

Everyone in the room gasped, it seemed that the world around them was becoming more dangerous every day. Prowl sat quietly, listening to the enforcer, if the ratings got any higher, then almost half of the people in the school would become murderers and abusers.

"I have come here today, to talk to you about who and why these crimes were committed and what the penalties are." The mech then stopped in the middle in front of those in the room. "But first, I would like to hear what reasons you would commit these crimes."

A few hands shot up in the air, the enforcer picked a blue mech, "I would murder someone if they came into my house and tried to kill and steal my stuff." A few laughs surrounded them, but were silenced by their teacher, who sat at his desk watching.

"Okay, now, who else would like to give their opinion?" A dark pink femme was then picked.

"I would kill someone if they killed my cat or dog, they would deserve it and I would not feel any remorse for doing it either. I would most likely tell the enforcers that I killed them and would take the punishment gladly."

The light blue and black mech nodded, and asked a few others during that time. By the end of the questioning time, the enforcer spoke out again. "I have heard a few things and reasons on why you would commit these crimes, now my partner over here will tell you a few stories on the reasons why they committed these crimes."

The femme walked up and cleared her throat, "A 21 year old mech killed his friend, because he was abusing his girlfriend." The femme paused to see everyone's expression, then continued. "A 27 year old femme killed her boyfriend because he was abusing her." Another pause. "A mech, who was 28 killed their lover because she was beating their children."

Prowl now knew why they wanted to talk abut both abuse and murder, everything that involves abuse, has murder with it. Prowl sighed, he wishes the world wasn't so cruel, then everything could be better.

Prowl shook his head to rid himself of such thoughts as he focused back on the femme enforcer, even though she was smaller then the mech, she still seemed to be someone you don't mess with. She was calm and collected, much like her partner. The black and light blue mech, now he was big. Not someone you should take on, though even with his size, he looked like a nice mech and someone you can depend on.

Prowl wanted to be an enforcer. He then huffed. That was a sudden thought, but just seeing those enforcers in front of him, and seeing how even though they are just going to a school to talk. They were still helping the future generation with what choices they should make in life, Prowl wanted to help others too. Being a enforces must be a great privilege, and one day, he will be able to get that privilege.

"Psst."

Prowl whipped his head around to see Jazz staring at him, "What do you want?"

"Sorry 'bout yesterday."

"It's fine," Prowl said quickly, "But we are in the middle of the lesson, and I think-"

"It's not fine, I hurt ya feelings."

"I'm fine, I hope I didn't hurt your feelings though, I didn't meant to be rude." Prowl really didn't want this conversation right now, he was very interested in the enforcers in front of him.

"Nar, I'm good. Ah am hoping that we'er still friends."

"Of course." Prowl sighed, this is what he was hoping for. Now that it's all settled, they can resume listening to the enforcers.

'Okay, that's good, then we can-"

Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!

Almost everyone in the class stated yelling, they all knew that bell and usually it never rings until there's a drill. But no drill was scheduled today, so most of the students were nervous and frightened. "Everyone please stay calm!" The Teacher yelled over the loud chatter of the students.

"Prowl! Whats the bell for?" Jazz yelled over the loud chatter in the room.

"This one, I think it's the intruder one." Prowl answered.

"The what!"

Everyone went silent when gun shots were heard outside, the enforcers told everyone to stay inside as they slowly walked through the now open door. Just as the enforcers left the room, another gunshot was heard and then a loud piecing scream.

A/N: Hahaha, and that's where it ends for now, I am so cruel. But I hope I still got your interest in the story.

Now... Did anyone see Red Alert coming? Because I didn't :D

I had no idea he was going to pop into this story until this chapter. Though I don't know how many times you will see him, but if he becomes part of the story I will add him to the characters list thing. And about the school name... Yeah, that's me coming up with a name on the spot, lol. Sorry about it, but I was stumped. Now whose excited for the next chapter, well, I hope you are, anyways, sorry for the slow chapter. But sometimes they are gonna be there.

Thank you for reading and I hope to get the next chapter posted sooner rather then later.
