Chapter 24-Hikaru vs Kenshin and Masaki
Hikaru stood alone in Ichigo's garden waiting for the twins to come and start their lesson, Kenshin and Masaki ran at him excitedly, "what are you two so excited about?" he asked when they finally got to him
"I've learned the name of my zanpakuto" they said at the same time
"well done I didn't expect you to release your zanpakuto for another year Masaki and Kenshin it should have taken at least 5 more years for you" Hikaru congratulated his students
"thank you" Masaki bowed to him
"HEY WHY DO YOU ALWAYS PICK ON ME?" Kenshin shouted at him
"now let's see what these can do" Hikaru drew his zanpakuto and slashed at Kenshin
Kenshin jumped back and drew his sword, "tick, Eien kurokku" his sword turned gold and resembled a clock hand
Masaki jumped back landing next to her brother, "break, hone kurassha" the blade turned completely black and grew longer gaining spikes along the blade near the tip
"let's go" the twins nodded at each other before charging
Masaki went to the left and Kenshin went to the right, they jumped and brought their swords down on their master, Hikaru blocked both strikes and pushed them both off Masaki landed firmly but Kenshin stumbled a bit causing Hikaru to go after him first. Hikaru charged at Kenshin slashing at him not allowing him to get a foot hold, "show me what you zanpakuto can do" Hikaru taunted
"fine, stop" Kenshin suddenly disappeared
"where did he go? How did he do that, not shunpo " Hikaru thought
"I'm right here" Kenshin was behind him, Hikaru jumped out of his range before he could be cut
"don't forget about me" Masaki appeared behind him and raised her sword, Hikaru found he couldn't move at all, "now Kenshin"
Kenshin jumped up and brought his sword down but before he could connect Hikaru raised his spiritual pressure freeing himself from the trap, "awaken and illuminate, sozo no ochita kamigami" Hikaru grabbed the blade before it could hit him, "so your zanpakuto can minpulate time in a small area and you bankai is interesting as well I can't wait"
Masaki flew up behind him to slash him from below but when she got close he grabbed her sword as well, "so you zanpakuto can manipulate gravity and space how interesting" while still holding both their swords Hikaru spun around and flung the two to the ground
"tick, brake" Hikaru held in his hands the twins zanpakuto
"so this is the power of you zanpakuto" Kenshin said jumping in to the air to attack Hikaru
Hikaru raised hone kurassha and Kenshin was frozen in the air before he was slamed in to the ground then Hikaru crushsed Masaki as well, with both twins out for the count Hikaru landed and sealed his zanpakuto
"you fought well but you're no match for a captain, not yet atleast" Hikaru started to walk away when he got a chill down his spine, "oh no" he thought, "they know"
On the other side of the Seireitei Rangiku was hiding from her captain and having drinks with some of the other Lieutenants, "so Isane you're dating a captain what is it like" Rangiku asked clearly drunk
"well I don't like to talk about it" Isane said quickly
"tell me what is my captain like behind closed doors" Shuhei asked
"no what I really want to know is have you done it and what was he like, I get the feeling he would be great" Rangiku said
"I don't think it would be right to talk about that" Isane said shyly
"oh come on tell me" Rangiku grabbing the 4th's lieutenant and she noticed something on her hand, "is this a ring are you getting married?"
"that's what I wanted to talk about but you got drunk" Isane said
"well congratulations from now on you will be Isane…..Isane" Rangiku tried to recall the 5th squad captains last name, "hey Shuhei what is your captains last name?"
"I don't know he never told me" Shuhei said
"then let's go find out" Rangiku grabbed the two lieutenants and dragged them out of the bar, "now where would he be"
"Hikaru would be teaching Ichigo's children" Isane remembered causing the drunken lieutenant to fly off in the direction of the Kurosaki house
As the three of them ran up to the house they found Hikaru leaving, "I knew that feeling was right" he whispered to himself
"Hikaru what is your last name?" Rangiku asked
"why do you want to know?" Hikaru asked
"so your wife to be can change her name on documents" Rangiku said dragging Isane forward
"fine my full name is Hikaru Aizen" the lieutenants looked at him with shocked faces
"wait so are you related to.." Shuhei pointed at his captain
Hikaru let out a laugh, "no my last name isn't Aizen and I'm not related to him" Hikaru cleared everything up
"so is your name Hikaru" Shuhei asked equally as drunk as Rangiku
"yes that part was true" Hikaru said
"now all we need is his last name" Rangiku said clearly happy, "this deserves some sake"
"so this is where you have been Matsumoto" Toshiro appeared behind his lieutenant, "you are coming back to the office and doing all the paperwork or I'll make you an unseated officer"
"oh captain please don't do that I wouldn't earn enough to live" Rangiku was on her knees
"then do the paper work" Toshiro said pointing towards the 10th squad
"and Shuhei why aren't you doing your work?" Hikaru asked giving his lieutenant an evil stare
"well you see Rangiku interrupted me and dragged me here to find you" Shuhei tried to keep the sweating under control as he lied through his teeth
"well my lovely Isane won't lie to me" Hikaru's voice and mood seemed to pick up
"well he was out drinking with us" Isane fiddled with her hands as she said it
"well then, I guess I'll have to punish you Shuhei" Hikaru's voice became evil and his reiatsu turned black
"please don't" Shuhei pleaded almost coming to tears after remembering the last time
Flashback
Shuhei was in the office alone completing some paperwork when Rangiku burst in to the office, "Rangiku, what are you doing here?" he asked putting the pen down
"my captain has been nagging me and I need a drink but he took all the sake I hide in the office" Rangiku said, "and your captain always has booze"
"fine" Shuhei got up and grabbed two bottles from where his captain keeps his good alcohol
The two of them drank and talked for hours, most of the bottle was gone when Hikaru walked back in to his office to find his Lieutenant and the 10th's lieutenant drunk, "Rangiku leave your captain is looking for you"
Rangiku left, leaving Shuhei alone with his captain, "I told you to finish that paper work but you got drunk instead so as your punishment" Hikaru walked over to his desk and started to unload all his alcohol on to it, "you will drink all of this"
Shuhei spent the rest of the day drinking while his captain watched by the time he was half way through he had passed out
Next day
Shuhei walked in to work with a killer headache, "HEY SHUHEI!" Hikaru shouted at his lieutenant as he walked in
"I have a headache could you please not do that?" he asked
"WELL DON'T MIND ME I'LL JUST BE TESTING THE VARIOUS ALARMS I HAVE AROUND" Hikaru stated and so for the rest of the day all Shuhei could hear was the sound of alarms splitting his head open.
