Chapter 31-the queen
"it can't be" Rukia said as she looked up at the queen of Hueco Mundo
"what the hell are you doing her, Orihime" Ichigo shouted up to her
"and where is my daughter?" Rukia asked
"she's fine, I wasn't very interested in her I'm more interested in your son" she said looking directly at Kenshin
"why are you doing this Orihime, why did you resurrect the espada and take over Hueco Mundo?" Ichigo asked stepping closer to her
"it's all for you , so we could be together" she sat on her throne
"what are you talking about?" Rukia asked
"I'll turn back time and stop you from meeting Ichigo then we'll end up together" Orihime explained
"and how are you planning to do that?" Ichigo asked her
"forced bankai" Hikaru realised
"what is that?" Ichigo looked at his fellow captain
"it forces a soul reaper to achieve bankai much faster than the 3 day method" Hikaru explained
"then how come I've never heard of it?" Rukia asked
"all research was stopped, only subjects with immense spiritual pressure could survive the process" Hikaru told everyone, "anyone else would achieve bankai for a few minutes then die"
"but why does she need Kenshin?" Rukia asked
"his bankai can affect time absolutely not just in small areas, if she can manipulate it then she can turn back time"
"well I'm not going to let her do that, Bankai" Ichigo fully released his zanpakuto and charged at Orihime
Grimmjow intercepted him and threw him through a wall and out of the room, "seems like I have to fight you" Hikaru pointed his sword at Ulquiorra
"if it is for my queen then I will do it" the emo espada waited for the captain to make the first move
"you're not going to draw your sword?" Hikaru asked
"I do not need it to defeat you" the espada said
Hikaru charged at Ulquiorra but the Cuatro espada sonido'ed behind the captain, "his blind spot" the espada thought as he fired his cero at the captain, Hikaru shunpo'ed out of the way before Ulquiorra could fire his cero, "how did you see my attack, I knew I was in your blind spot"
"my eye sees all things" Hikaru pulled away the hair combed over his left eye so Ulquiorra could see it, the eye looked normal but it had lights and wires inside
"what is that?" Ulquiorra asked
"I removed my old eye and replaced it, this feeds the footage from my drones directly in to my brain allowing me to see what they see, literally" Hikaru explained his eye to the espada
"so you can see everything they see and this allows you to see things that are beyond your reach"
"yes, I like to keep tabs on everything, for instance I know your friend is losing his battle"
"it seems I shouldn't underestimate you so I will draw my sword" Ulquiorra drew his sword then sonido'ed behind Hikaru and brought his sword down, Hikaru sidestepped and spun around cutting across Ulquiorra's stomach
The espada jumped back and fired a cero at the captain, Hikaru appeared behind Ulquiorra and cut down his back. Ulquiorra jumped out of Hikaru's reach, "if I must then I will, Imprison, Murciélago"
Ulquiorra was enclosed in black spiritual pressure and when it dispersed he had wings and his mask now sat centred on his head, "finally" Hikaru said charging at the espada
Ulquiorra grabbed the running captain and threw him through the hole Grimmjow made and followed him through it, Hikaru had landed on a released Grimmjow and jumped off of him and tackled Ulquiorra sending them both back through the hole. Ulquiorra kicked Hikaru off of him then created a green javelin and threw it at Hikaru, managing to spear him through the shoulder, Hikaru pulled the javelin out and snapped it in two
"I will not settle for a sub-par opponent, release your second form or die" Hikaru said pointing his sword at Ulquiorra
"if are going to be arrogant then I will just have to teach you what true despair is, Resurrección, Segunda Etapa" black spiritual pressure coated his fore arms and legs with a black liquid
"good I wanted to go all out, BANKAI" Hikaru fully released his zanpakuto, "Sozo no ochita kamigami no shi"
"Lanza del Relámpago" Ulquiorra created a green javelin with green flames coming off of the ends, "for my queen I'll end this quickly"
"senbonzakura kageyoshi, reap" petals floated down behind Hikaru as he held the two scythes in each hand
Ulquiorra charged at Hikaru bringing the javelin down as he went only to be blocked by Kazeshini then the petals of senbonzakura fell down on the espada tearing him to shreads and bringing him close to death. After the barrage from senbonzakura had ended ulquiorra turned and walked to the foot of the stairs leading up to Orihime.
"I can see now, in your hand is my heart" the dying espada said, "I just want to know do I hold your heart?"
"no my heart belongs to Ichigo and always will, it gives him strength and the will to fight" the hollow queen said not even looking at the espada as he died
"no" Hikaru said after watching the entire thing, "YOUR HEART DOESN'T GIVE ICHIGO STRENGTH IT DRAGS HIM DOWN, SO FIRST I'LL CUT ULQUIORRA'S HEART FROM YOU THEN I'LL CUT YOUR BLACK HEART FROM ICHIGO"
Meanwhile in the next room Ichigo blocked Grimmjow's strike as the espada flew through the hole in the wall, "I wanted to fight you ever since you left me for dead in the sand" Grimmjow said pushing Ichigo off of him and exerting spiritual pressure, "grind, Pantera" Grimmjow pulled his nails along the glowing blade, a torrent of air obscured him but when it dissipated he had changed, he now had longer hair and ears as well as blades on his fore arms and calves he also had white armour covering his entire body
"I defeated you once and I can do it again" Ichigo ran forwards but was thrown back by Grimmjows roar, landing on his back, Grimmjow advanced on the captain when Hikaru flew through the hole and landed on Grimmjow, Hikaru quickly left through the hole and Ichigo jumped up and charged at the espada slashing him across the chest then shunpoing behind the catlike arrancar and raising his bankai, Grimmjow fired seed like bombs from his elbow and blew Ichigo away before he could be slashed.
Grimmjow stood up and towered over the fallen captain as he struggled to get up, "time to die, Desgarrón" Grimmjow slashed his claws and ten blades made of his reishi appeared, "goodbye, Ichigo Kurosaki"
Grimmjow was about to throw all ten blades at Ichigo when he jumped off his hands and on to his head spinning around and sweeping Grimmjow's legs from under him, Ichigo pushed off his hands and flipped over in mid-air before firing a getsuga at the fallen espada and stabbing him in the chest, killing him.
