Chapter 37- The new Gotei 13
2 months later
"we've been at this for months" Tarou said as he ducked under another one of Hikaru's slashes
"well use your shikai and we can stop" Hikaru stabbed and Tarou jumped out of the way
"well I can't do that" Tarou blocked one of Hikaru's slashes and kicked the captain back, "I'm done"
Tarou turned his back on Hikaru and started to walk away when they both sensed three spiritual pressures nearby, Tarou put his guard up ready to attack but Hikaru raised his spiritual pressure, "what the hell you'll lead them to us" Tarou whispered
"that's the plan" Hikaru raised it even more
"we found you, you can stop now" someone shouted in to the cave
"fine" Hikaru lowered his spiritual pressure as three people walked in to the cave
Tarou was about to attack until Hikaru made him lower his sword, Hikaru then walked up to the leader, who was carrying a captains coat, and shook his hand, "long time" Hikaru said
"so what are you doing here and why did Urahara send me here?" Ichigo asked
"I told him to come here if Aizen ever attacked him" Hikaru explained, "so why are you here"
"Aizen took Rukia, how about you?" Ichigo asked
"they took Isane and I'm training Tarou" Hikaru looked at the two standing behind Ichigo, "but now you two are here we can speed up our plans"
"what are you talking about?" Masaki asked
"well you can teach Tarou shikai and bankai by the time all the remaining captains are gathered" Hikaru explained
"and what will you be doing?" Kenshin asked
"I'll be with Ichigo finding the other captains" Hikaru pulled out two scraps of paper, "if we find one it will lead us to another and another"
"so where do we go first?" Ichigo asked
"district 1 west" the two captains left, leaving the children to fend for themselves
"don't fight any soul reapers unless you have too" Ichigo shouted back at them
Inside the Seireitei
The captains of the Gotei 13 stood in two lines on each side of the room listening to a report given by a member of the stealth force, "we managed to capture Rukia Kurosaki but the rest of the Kurosaki family escaped" the soul reaper bowed in front of the new head captain, Momo Hinamori
"have you located Hikaru or any of the other missing captains?" she asked
"no mama but our best men are on it" he assured her
"squad 2 captain" she turned to the person immediately to her right
"if they come back empty handed I'll kill them myself" she told Momo
Izumi the reserved and deadly captain of squad 2, she had a slim figure, as well as being the shortest captain, and tied her long black hair in a ponytail, she is described as being cold to everyone except the captain of squad 6, no one knows the nature of their relationship but the two are close.
"Izumi no nee…. I wonder if I should eat that cake now" the man across from her started to get a far off look in his eyes
Hibiki Hibachi was the unfocused captain of squad 3, he had spiky blond hair that fell in to place and is characterized by his lack of focus, being able to start talking about one thing then end with something different, most of the captains would get annoyed when talking to him.
"Hibiki I would love to know how your brain works"
It was Jurou Kaede the captain of squad 4 who spoke up, at first glance Jurou would look like a kind healer with his slightly messy brown hair and kind eyes but anyone who knew him would be afraid, Jurou enjoyed torturing people with experimental medicines and surgeries not stopping until they were dead.
"when is this meeting over" squad 5 captain complained
Kenta Itsuki was the cynical captain of squad 5, he was of average height with shoulder length brown hair he didn't bother to comb, Kenta is known for his constant look of boredom even in the middle of battle but despite that he is constantly looking for something to excite him.
"aww why do you always look so bored Kenta after all you get to look at me the entire meeting"
Sachiko Riko was the erotic captain of squad 6, she was busty and curvy with long black hair, she is rarely seen fighting instead she will be in a mirror fussing over her clothes or make up but if she does have to fight she is known to use her own body as a distraction and this has given her a reputation as someone not to get involved with.
"I don't know why I put up with you all" squad 7 captain said
Squad 7 captain, Kichiro, was a tall man with spiky black hair that fell over his eyes and a scarf that covered the bottom half of his face, he was the quietest captain and seem to hate all the others, even though his mouth couldn't be seen everyone knew he had a scowl on.
"you should just calm down" squad 8 captain yawned
Naoki Kyo was the captain of squad 8, even though he spent all day sleeping he always seemed half asleep and even after waking up from a nap he would always complain about wanting to go back to bed, he had wild platinum blond hair and his uniform hung off his slim figure.
"hu you guys say something" squad 9 captain moved his headphones to hear a response
Kazuo Nori was the young captain of squad 9, he was quite tall with short brown hair and was never seen without his prized headphones on his head, Kazuo was the most care free of the captains, keeping his headphones in even during captains meetings, he never listens to anyone and doesn't follow the simplest chain of command.
"oh you crack me up Kazuo"
Squad 10 captain Michi Kio was the prankster of the captains, he was always up to no good and could not be seen without a grin on his face, his short spiky black hair and lanky figure only added to make him look more mischievous
"when can we leave I don't want to have to stay any longer" the broad captain of squad 11 said
Kenpachi Noboru was the captain of squad 11, he was a tall man with spiky black hair and covered head to toe in scars, Noboru only cared about fighting and killing he only wanted to carve up the next opponent.
"I have important things to get back to"
Takumi Sora was the creepy captain of squad 12, he was thin with pale skin and long green hair, much like Jurou he enjoyed torturing people during his experiment but unlike Jurou he didn't stop when they died and he was obsessed with eternal life because of these reasons the other captains tended to keep away from him.
"how about we all calm down with a drink" the last captain suggested holding up a bottle
Yoshiro Ryo, captain of squad 13, was the resident drunk among the captains he could always be found in his office drinking or in one of the bars at any time during the day despite this he never seemed to be totally drunk no matter how much you poured in to him, he also had quite a reputation as a ladies man with his shoulder length black hair and stubbled chin.
"so what should our next move be" Momo wondered
"how about on the only captain we have the location of" Michi suggested
"you mean Toshiro" Takumi said, "so much power in such a little body I would love to see how it can take it"
"I think you're right" Momo dismissed the captains as she thought about what the former captains might do
