Chapter 40-Gentlemans club
Inside the Seireitei
Captain of squad 12, Takumi Sora, stood at the base of a 500 meter tall white tower, that was in the middle of construction, he was typing on a computer connected to the tower when Kichiro appeared next to him, "why do you waste your time on a piece of junk?" squad 7 captain asked as he kicked the base of the tower
"what are you talking about this is a testament to the most brilliant of minds" Takumi looked up at the tower with gleaming eyes, Kichiro grabbed the other captain by his collar and pulled their faces together
"say that again and I'll kill you, he is nothing but lucky idiot with no talent" Kichiro threw Takumi away from him, "besides shouldn't you be working on the other thing"
"don't worry it will be finished in the month" Takumi started to walk away but stopped and looked back at Kichiro, "weren't they both created by the same man, I heard he drew up plans to build god itself"
"shut up you creepy bastard" Kichiro shunpoed away as Takumi walked back to his barracks "I'll kill him, I'll kill him even if it takes me years I'll find him and I'll kill him"
Cave
"so Mayuri what location did you get?" Ichigo asked as the four captains sat in a circle discussing their next move
"17 east"
"you know which one Nemu got?" Toshiro asked
"the same one"
"how could that happen?" Ichigo wondered
"some captains and lieutenants stayed together" Hikaru explained
"fine then you two stay here and protect everyone else" Ichigo said as he stood up, "Hikaru and I will find the two"
"good but come back quickly and try not to run in to any trouble" Mayuri chuckled as the two get ready to go
Ichigo and Hikaru shunpoed to the east 17th district and found themselves in a larged town with tons of people running round trying to get to places and trying to sell things, the two captains blended in perfectly with the crowd, "you have to have an actual plan this time" Ichigo said as they walked against the horde of people, "we won't get so lucky this time"
"this way" Hikaru turned down an ally and Ichigo followed, the two took a few turns and walked down some back streets until Hikaru finally stopped
"where are we?" Ichigo asked
"where our fellow captain is" Hikaru pointed to the shop in front of the two
"what do you mean?" Ichigo asked as he read the sign, gentlemen's club, "WHY THE HELL DID YOU BRING US HERE!"
"this is where our captain is" Hikaru step forward to walk in but Ichigo stopped him
"how do you know that?, I don't feel any spiritual pressure" Ichigo asked
"it's simple the one we're trying to find is Shunsui Kyoraku and where else would he be but here" Hikaru explained
"sound logic to find captain Kyoraku but how do you know he's here?"
"it was his hand writing" Hikaru walked in to the club and Ichigo followed
The club was dimly lit and had a bar in the corner with tables and chairs scattered around the centre and love seats around the edges, there were a lot of customers sitting around the club with women dressed in barely anything serving drinks and sitting on the customers, "he's not in here we should go" Ichigo said after scanning the room
"what you scared and of course he's not in here, he'll be where you get the real service" Hikaru walked over to a door guarded by a huge muscular man, Hikaru handed the man some money and the two walked in and found Shunsui Kyoraku sitting on a love seat surrounded by four girls with a huge smile on his face, "Shunsui so glad we found you"
"what are you two doing here?" he asked as they sat in another seat
"I could ask you the same thing" Hikaru commented
"well I'm the owner of this place" Shunsui mentioned to everything around him, "I manage everyt…." A large book landed on his head as Nanao appeared next to him
"don't pretend you manage this place" she said
"good you two are here, we're getting everyone together" Hikaru told them everything that had happened
"that is troubling" Nanao said before turning to Shunsui, "we should leave immediately captain"
"you're right, get our Zanpakuto and anything we need" Shunsui stood up and the three walked to the front of the club to find everyone out cold with someone standing over them all wearing a captains coat
"so who are you?" Ichigo asked drawing his sword
"I'm Kichiro captain of squad of 7" he just looked at them with distain in his eyes
"Ichigo get Shunsui out of here I'll deal with this one" Hikaru said his voice becoming deadly serious
"but you dealt with the last one"
"JUST GO!" Hikaru shouted
"fine" Ichigo and Shunsui ran past Kichiro and out the door
Hikaru walked over to the bar and poured himself a drink, "you gonna preach to me?" Kichiro asked
"no I'm gonna warn you" Hikaru took a sip of his drink, "get out of there now before I have to kill you"
"you think you can take me, you're a talentless hack"
"that's what Hiraku said and you know what happened to him"
"I'm not like him"
"I don't know what made you like this but get out while you can I don't want to kill you"
"I'll be the one killing you" Kichiro turned and walked out of the club
"you used to be so cute when we were little" Hikaru smirked at the memory before hearing someone scream outside, Hikaru jumped up and ran outside to find Shunsui's and Nanao's zanpakuto and a bag
"what happened?" Ichigo asked as he ran round a corner with Shunsui
"I got Kichiro to retreat but he got Nanao" Hikaru told them
"then we need to find them, he couldn't have gone far" Shunsui said picking up his zanpakuto
"no, knowing him he should be miles away by now" Hikaru said, "we need to get back"
"NO I'M NOT LEAVING NANAO!" Shunsui shouted
"we have no choice, we'll get her back once we have everyone" Hikaru reasoned
"fine" the captain caved and they made their way back to the cave
