Chapter 42- 3rd seat

Isane sat in a dark cell with a single small window for light, they kept all the captured members of the gotei 13 in the same cell and she couldn't believe how many had been captured even some captains were sitting against the wall with their heads down, Isane was brought out of thoughts when the thick steel door opened and someone wearing a captains coat walked in, at first she thought it was Hikaru but it wasn't, they just had a similar style, he scanned the room until his eyes landed on her and he signalled for some guards to restrain her and knock her out.
Isane opened her eyes expecting to see an interrogation room but found she was in a bedroom laying on the bed, she looked around and saw the same person sitting at a desk facing away, 'now my chance to escape' she thought before he turned to look at her
"so your awake" he had a look in his eyes that she had only seen in two other people
"who are you and why did you bring me here?" she asked not shrinking away from his glare
"I'm Kichiro captain of squad 7" he introduce himself, "and why are you here, well you think about it"
Isane thought and the worst and most probable scenario came to mind, "you wouldn't"
"I would but that is not why you're here" he assured her
"then why?" she asked again
"tell me where Hikaru is hiding"
"I will never tell you anything"
"well then I guess I did bring you here for that" Kichiro started to advance on Isane as she backed away, "I do love it when they scream"
Isane had her back to the wall and Kichiro was almost close enough, "Kichiro what a naughty boy" both of them looked at the door and saw Sachiko standing there
"what do you want I'm busy"
"as much as I like this whole scenario I know you only want her to get back at that Hikaru guy, I don't know what you grief is with that guy but if you go through with this neither of you will enjoy it and I can't stand that" she lectured
"I didn't know that my sex life interested you so much but fine take her back to her cell" Kichiro walked out leaving Isane alone with Sachiko
Sachiko summoned two guards to take Isane back to her cell
Cave
The six captains sat together, "so we have six captains, that's half" Shunsui commented to break the silence
"Captain Unohana what location did you get?" Ichigo asked to try and get the conversation on track
"20 north, I even got the village" she showed Ichigo the slip of paper
"this is great we don't need to search the whole district" Ichigo stood up along with Hikaru
"we'll be back soon" the two left and made their way to the village it said on the paper
When they got there they found a small village with barely over 50 people living there, Hikaru walked up to an old lady, "excuse me but could you help us find somebody?" he asked
"of course who are you looking for, I know everyone in this village" she told them with a smile
"that's good we're looking for a tall man with long white hair…." Hikaru was dragged away by Ichigo
"how the do you know who we're looking for?" he asked
"I looked at the slip and knew it was Jushiro's hand writing and had Shunsui confirm it" Hikaru explained before returning to the old lady
"I know who you're looking for" she told them
"well where is he?" they both asked
"you're talking about Jushiro, I remember him he kept such a nice garden and lived with his niece and her husband"
The two were confuse for a second but regained posture, "where is he?" they asked
"I'm sorry one night some people from the gotei 13 came and dragged him and the niece off but the husband ran off in to the mountains"
"what was the husbands name?" Hikaru asked
"I think it was Sentarou" she said sounding unsure
"thank you" Hikaru thanked her and ran off towards the mountain
Ichigo followed close behind as they headed up the mountain, "so Sentarou and Kyone stayed with Jushiro and they lived under the story that Kyone was his niece and Sentarou was her husband" Ichigo put the pieces together
"yes" Hikaru said without looking back
"so why are we going up the mountain?" he asked
"because she said Sentarou escaped and we need to find him"
"well ho…" Ichigo jumped back as someone jumped out of the bushes and attacked them, the attacker swung his sword at Ichigo as he ducked underneath it and uppercutted the guy and sent the attacker flying
The two captains went over to the knocked out attacker and found it was Sentarou, they waited about hour before Sentarou woke up, "why did you attack us?" Ichigo asked immediately
"I'm sorry but I thought you were soul reapers coming to capture me" he explained
"what happened to Ukitake and Kyone?" Hikaru asked
Sentarou got a downcast look in his face and he began to tell his story, "I was a few days ago…."
Flashback
It was a peaceful day and Jushiro Ukitake was taking care of his garden while Kyone made them dinner and Sentarou was lounging outside, "you know I could get use to this captain" he said
"please call me Jushiro we don't know who could be listening" Jushiro told him
"sure thing Jushiro"
"you two get in here dinner is ready" they both heard Kyone shout from the other room
The two had started to move when the ground next to Jushiro exploded and sent him flying, "CAPTAIN!" Sentarou screamed and shunpoed to his side
"I'm fine but…. danku" the captain put up a barrier to block more incoming kido, "Sentarou we need to get Kyone and leave"
"yes sir" Sentarou helped the captain up and the two walked in to Kyone walking out of the kitchen, "Kyone get our zanpakuto now"
She got their zanpakuto and helped Sentarou carry their captain but as soon as they left the house they were surrounded, the two drew their swords along with their captain, "Kyone take Captain Ukitake and run I'll hold these guys off"
"no we'll fight them off together and all escape"
"THE CAPTAIN IS INJURED AND YOU NEED TO GET HIM SOMEWHERE SAFE, SO FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE LISTEN TO ME!" he shouted at her
"fine but I'm coming back for you" she helped her captain up and ran with him as Sentarou opened a path for them
End of flash back
"I watched them run away and managed to defeat all the soul reapers but when I went to find them all I found were their zanpakuto" Sentarou finished his story
"ok" Hikaru helped the 3rd seat up, "we need to get back so come on"
