Chapter 49- Aizen's victory
"and what is that?" Mayuri asked raising his sword
"it is capable of bringing back the dead even if their body has been destroyed" Hikaru told them
"how come I've never heard of this?" Mayuri asked
"I built them is secret you only found out about judgement but there are 7 of them" Hikaru admitted
"I knew it you did create god" Takumi exclaimed
"yes but you only built 2 so you don't know about the other 5" Hikaru looked for an opening to attack but found none
"I assume you know what we will do with these" Momo walked on to the scene
"you plan to resurrect Aizen then use the power from the judgment to destroy the soul kings dimension and make Aizen the new god" Hikaru told her
"well done figuring it out but I bet you also guessed we want you alive for the other 5 pieces of god" Momo said
"well you won't get the…" Hikaru was interrupted by Toshiro speaking up
"WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS MOMO!" he screamed, "when did you betray us?"
"I have always been following captain Aizen ever since he saved me during training, I took all your attacks for him during the winter war and I helped him get you emotional so it would be easier to take you out Shiro" Momo revealed everything
"the Momo I grew up with is dead so I have no problem KILLING YOU" Toshiro charged at Momo and the other captains sprang in to actions attacking Momo's captains
Kenshin, Masaki and Tarou were standing back and watching the captains fight when Izumi appeared and faster than any of them could see took out Kenshin and Masaki then attacked Tarou who managed to draw his sword and block her strike.
"good to see you again" Izumi said before attacking again
"I don't know who you are" Tarou said blocking every strike
"well no one ever remembers me" Izumi caught his blade then ran him through and dropped him to the ground
While that was happening Hikaru was fighting Kichiro, he was dodging every slash the captain threw at him, all around them the captains were fighting and no one noticed someone operating the resurrection of god until it was too late and the machine was activated. Everyone stopped fighting when the resurrection of god started glowing and releasing massive amounts of spiritual pressure.
"Ichigo we need to attack Aizen as soon as he gets out that might be our only chance" Hikaru told him
"sure" Ichigo sped forward along with Hikaru as soon as the door on the resurrection opened and out stepped Aizen, healthy and alive, the two captains brought their swords down on his head and didn't even cut a hair
"you will never learn" Aizen threw the two captains off him
"how is he this powerful after being resurrected?" Hikaru asked as he got up
"that is simple" Takumi spoke up, "using lord Aizen's Hogyoku research I created a simple prototype and incorporated it in the resurrection of god, giving lord Aizen greater power"
"doesn't matter I'll still kill him" Hikaru ran forward and thrust his sword at Aizen's stomach, it shattered on impact
"now time to show you true power" Aizen drew his fist back and punched Hikaru in the stomach sending the captain flying through several building and out of sight
"it's time for you to give up you are outnumbered" Michi said letting out a laugh
"how is this happening" Ichigo thought as he looked around, "we beat him twice but he still comes back and beats us, how GOD DAMN IT HOW!"
"I think we broke them" Kichiro said as Ichigo fell to his knees, "any way let's just kill them"
"reap kazeshini" and scythe blade narrowly missed Kichiro as Shuhei appeared out of nowhere with the rest of the lieutenants and prisoners, "what the hell is going on the lieutenants will take care of these imposters the captains need to fight Aizen"
Ichigo stood up and raised Zangetsu, "if we take him together then we can win" Ichigo readied himself as the other captain released their shikai and bankai, "GETSUGA TENSHO"
Ichigo fired a getsuga that hit Aizen directly, Toshiro threw a wave of ice at him then kokujo tengen myo brought its sword down and smashed the ice, all the captains threw everything they had at him for as long as they could without stopping for a second. The captains stood out of breath after their massive effort and out of the dust came Aizen with only a few scratches, he didn't seem fazed by their attacks at all.
"how" was all Ichigo got out before Aizen vanished then reappeared next to Soi Fon, Aizen when on to take out every captain without using his zanpakuto, "how" was all Ichigo could say before Aizen punched him in the stomach and dropped him to the ground
As Ichigo tried to force himself up he saw the captain lying in the dust, the lieutenants getting beaten and Aizen standing over them all, "why don't you stay down" Aizen said forcing Ichigo back in to the dirt with his foot, "this was always how it was going to end, with me as the victor"
"I won't let it end like this" Ichigo muttered trying to get back up, "I will keep fighting"
"it doesn't matter how powerful you get I will always be supe…." Aizen started
"AIZEEEEEEEEEN!" Hikaru appeared he seemed badly injured and barely able to stand but he fought to keep himself up
"I thought I already dealt with you" Aizen commented not really seeing him as a threat, "I didn't think I hurt you that badly"
"I have 2 things to say, two things that should terrify you" Hikaru kept his head down he looked like he would collapse at any moment
"and what are these?" Aizen asked after having his interest peaked
"you threw me in to squad 12 and in there happens to be equipment scavenged from my lab including my reactor" Hikaru said through gritted teeth, " and in these past ten years I practiced kido every day"
"this seems irrelevant to the overall outcome" Aizen said
"it does have an effect because I can use level 90 kido without a incantation and my reactor had the bad habit of burning me" Hikaru explained
It was then that Aizen realised his plan, Hikaru tackled Aizen, "bakudo 79 Kuyo Shibari" black holes surrounded the two and held them in place
"YOU WILL DIE AS WELL" Aizen shouted trying to get free
"doesn't matter" Hikaru said as the two locked eyes, Aizen could now see that the captain was covered head to toe in burns, "hado 96 Itto Kaso"
"HIKARU!" most of the captains called out his name when they realised what he was doing
Hikaru stated to glow and then the two were engulfed in a pillar of flames, it blinded everyone for a second before it disappeared and left behind a cloud of dust, Ichigo searched the cloud of Hikaru and when it started to clear he saw the captain standing there with nearly all his clothes gone, his entire body looked like it was made from ash, "d-d-d-did I do it" he stuttered
"no" Aizen's fist when through Hikaru's chest
"NOOOOOOOOOOO!" Ichigo screamed fighting against the encroaching darkness as he watched Hikaru fall to the ground and turn to dust
"he did surprise me I will admit that" Aizen said stepping out of the cloud barely bleeding at all
All Ichigo saw before it all went black was Aizen standing over him and his friends.
