It was the morning of the rescue, Madison's dog started to get aggressive, even with Tony. Tony was forced to muzzle Stark for other's safety and on a leash.
"Your bringing him with you?" Fury asked.
"Yes," Tony said confidently. "If anyone can find her, it's him."
There were four teams. The Director led a team and so did the Black Widow and Hawkeye. Tony and Stark followed one team led by SHIELD's best Strike team. All the teams but Hawkeye's were going to stay on the land and Hawkeye's were all jets, ready to follow anything that flew out.
Stark didn't bark when the got into the building, surprisingly undetected. He led the Strike team down the hall. His muzzle was off and on no leash, just like he would be in the Army and SHIELD special missions.
Tony followed the team while he was in the middle. He didn't have his armor but standard military grade bulletproof vests and helmet and a gun in his hand. Never again will anyone take his daughter. In only a few short months, he's grown to her and ways even Pepper thought was weird for him.
They stopped at a door where Stark was crouching, his lips curled into a snarl but silent. His tail lashed, ready for someone to knock down the door. Tony felt a hand on his shoulder and did the same with the person in front of him, signaling they were ready.
As the doors busted open, Stark like out a furious yowl and attacked the nearest person. The room they were in looked like a medical room. There were IV's and heart monitors but the girls weren't there. Everyone else in the room shattered but were shot but the Strike team. The leader of the team went over to where the dog had one man dressed in black down and pinned, growling and snapping at his face.
"Where are they?" the leader huffed, picking up the man and shoving him into the wall. He grabbed his gun and pointed it at the guy when he fell to the ground.
He chuckled and looked up at his enemy. "You-" he breathed. "Will never find them. All this is a lost cause," he smirked up. "Good luck."
The rest of the team searched for clues, Tony went to the man in black and, when instructed, searched him. He found a badge with the name of Luke Carnage and a few guns and a knife that he never used. "He has a badge. May be able to get into things," he stated to the leader and gave it to him.
"Excellent," the Striker said and shot the man in both of his shoulders. "Let's find a doorway, men."
The dog was already sniffing around the outer edge and stopped in a corner and started scratching at it. The Strike team went over to him and examined it.
"Tony, now is a good time for one of your inventions," someone from the team said to the billionair.
Tony pulled off his backpack and set it on the ground. He always brought something - just in case. He pulled out a device and placed it on the wall. It rotated and made a clicking noise. The wall moved to the side to reveal stairs and a door at the bottom.
Everyone looked uneasy. The leader turned to the dog and told him to stay up here and watch the man named Luke. As the dog stalked up to the man in pain on the floor, the team started to go down the stairs. Tony put the device back in his pack and put it on, being the last to follow downstairs. The same process, telling the person in front of the other they were ready.
The leader opened the door just as gun fires started. Everyone fell in a routine and started shooting the men. There was one left who was wearing a lab coat, getting papers and stuffing them into a bag. Tony came out from behind the door and shot him in the shoulder.
The team spread out and looked for clues and stopped. There were 5 capiscles in the room with names. This was their mission.
"We found the girls. Requesting backup!" the Strike leader called into a radio and went for the man in the lab coat.
Tony went oblivious to everything and went to the capsicle with the name of his daughter on it. He swallowed hard and looked in to see if it was his daughter - and it was.
The doctors said everyone would be fine. The other girls went back home so their families can help them cope in the hospitals. Tony and Pepper were sitting in Madison's room, waiting for her to wake up from the medically induced coma the doctors put her in. The beeps from the machine told Tony that she would be fine.
Pepper smiled at him. "She's safe now, Tony. A few more days and she'll be home where we can keep an eye on her and everything will be fine."
Tony smiled. "Thanks, Pep."
Pepper smiled softly and walked out the door, giving Tony some time to himself.
He put a hand on her forehead and seemed to pet her. "You're going to be fine, Madison. I'll help you."
The girl in the hospital bed heard everything. She opened her eyes and smirked at her father. "I know, daddy."
