Spectre: A Beacon to Follow

Spectre has a new goal. He has attempted to leave his miserable old life behind him, and has joined Beacon Academy. But he can't relax for a minute; between fighting Grimm, schoolwork, and team RWBY's exploits, he's going to be very busy. (This is the second story in the Spectre series. I've written it differently this time, so I hope it's better than the last! Enjoy!)

Spectre Chronicles Update 2

'Why, God why?'

Hello again people of the world! Just another update this time round I'm afraid, but details are below.

Now I know what you're thinking: "De4th, Y U NO PUBLISH SPECTRE YET?" Well allow me to explain:

Life has once again caught up with me, and now I have to revise and apply for jobs and do other things. I'll be honest and say that it can get somewhat stressful at times, so I find that a little me time (no dirty thoughts intended) is valuable to me. Plus I hit a brick wall with chapter one and recently decided to scrap it completely.

What I will do after this however, is actually publish the story itself just so you guys know for a fact that it's actually coming. I also promise to release the first chapter by Friday the 13th of February (no bad luck plz...), which is when I leave to go on holiday for a week. I don't know if I can do any writing while I'm there, and I don't know if I can keep up to the weekly releases anymore, but I'll know more closer to the date.

Again, very sorry for keeping you guys waiting.

Now on to other news, that RWBY Collaboration Fic I was taking about in the previous update is finally released! It's called 'Converging Paths' and is posted on GateMasterGreen's stories. We plan to release a new chapter every two weeks, so check it out if you're interested. Be sure to check up on the other authors as well; they're fooking awesome!

I've also been considering what fic to do after I'm finished with Spectre. At the moment I'm considering a Pokémon fic using the games as cannon; the fan base for it is HUGE and my friends are pushing me in that direction (there's even talks of a ROM hack being made for it too!). That said, as you are my beloved readers, I always value your input, so I have set up a poll on my profile to get your opinions and I'll take them into account. Any other options that aren't listed can be messaged to me if you want.
