Authors Note: I am really sorry that I have delayed this chapter, it is because I thought that the reviews would continue going up but they stopped at 54. Not that I am not thankful for those who have reviewed because if you have read any of my previous chapters you would see that in almost every authors note that I thank and send a shout-out to recent reviewers or those reviews who meant something to me. Now here is chapter 8 and I hope that you guys enjoy. It probably won't be a long chapter but it might, I have been having writers block and as you all should know by now I don't pre-write my chapters I just write and go off the top of my head. So it really depends on where my mind goes whether or not it will be a super long chapter. Sorry but I hope you guys enjoy.

Katniss POV

Cato kisses my cheek telling me that he has to go to the gym and meet his new fighter that wants to be sponsored by his company. From what I know he's been with this company for a while, but how can you be an employee and have so many days off and spend money like there's no end. I look at my necklace and the ring that it attached to it, even though it's not an engagement ring it still means so much to me. He has done so much for and asks for nothing in return. One day I will show him exactly how much I love him, but as of right now I just want to take things slow. But a girl could sure as hell get use to this.

As I start packing I take the time to admire what an amazing boyfriend I have. Cato has done so much for me, even when he barely knew me. I was just some girl who I was getting the shit beaten out of her. What if he just left me in the front yard that day and didn't care? Would I be dead? Why is he doing this?

I shake the thought and decided to show Cato just how much I love him and go down stairs and start cooking dinner. I set up the table and put candles everywhere, pleased with my work I sit down on the couch and decided to watch TV until the man of the hour gets back from work. I'm flipping through the channels when I see something that catches my eye; it's a picture of Cato and me on our date at the beach. Why would this matter? I turn the TV to listen to the reporter.

Camera men found our fan favorite multimillionaire Cato Ludwig and a mystery girl at the beach apparently on a date and a quite expensive one. You can see in this shot the young bachelor is putting what seems a necklace around the young ladies neck and proceeds to kiss her. Who is this mystery girl? And is she here to stay?

I just stare dumbfounded at the screen as multiple pictures of my and Cato are showed across the screen. Did she say multimillionaire? How can that be possible when he works are at a gym…? I jump up and get my laptop and search Cato Ludwig

Immediately all of these articles pop up about Cato's accomplishes and awards. They go on to talk about how he opened up his own business about 3 years ago. "The Ludwig Bellator"… Why wouldn't he tell me about this? Except for the obvious reason, he wanted to know if I truly cared about him and not using for his money, I am about to shut off the computer when I notice a picture of Cato and another girl… My curiosity takes over and I click on it and read that it's a picture of him and a girl named Glimmer. I read on to see that they dated for 2 years but Cato dumped her saying that she cheated but Glimmer made a comment to the reporter that he only used her for publicly, saying that her father owns multiple businesses and he used her to get famous then threw her aside life a ragdoll and say and I quote "Be careful ladies Cato Ludwig isn't all he seems"

I close the computer. Nothing she says can be true; I mean why he would do that. She's probably was just upset that they broke up, even if that I was true he couldn't use me publicly anyway. I'm sure as hell not rich and he couldn't gain anything from being with me. Or maybe this was a different kind of case what if I'm like his charity case; I can see the headlines now. "Cato Ludwig takes in poor beaten girl"…

STOP IT.! I have to mentally yell at myself Cato would never use you like that. He is a gentleman that shimmer girl doesn't know what she is taking about…

I hear the door open and am met with a sweaty Cato I go to him and smile.

"Someone had fun at work" I smile at him.

"Of course, who wouldn't have fun watching too immature guys try to knock either other out without even throwing a punch?"

I give him a confused look and he then continues.

"They were too scared to hit one another so they just wrestled for 42 mins."

I laugh at this. "Well I made dinner, so go take a shower because no offence baby but you stink" I say, exaggerating as I put my hand over my nose. "Really bad." I giggle.

He sniffs himself. "Yeah you're right, I'll go take a shower and I can't wait to see what my lovely girlfriend prepared me." He kisses my cheek.

"Ugh you're so corny" I laugh up at him as he walks upstairs. I chose not to bring up what I found out not just yet.

When he gets done with his shower, we sit down to the table and have a nice dinner. But he then takes my hand and I look up into his piercing blue eyes and notice that he has a serious look.

"Katniss I have to tell you something." Afraid of what he's going to tell me I just nod for him to continue.

"I've been hiding something from you and before you get mad please understand that I needed to know how you felt before I could tell you."

"What is it...?" I say slowly.

"I own a million dollar company." He looks at me, trying to read my eyes. Now is the time that I have to tell him.

"I know" I tell him simply.

"What? How could you know?"

I tell him about how I saw us on the news and researched his name and the things that I have found. And I explain to him that I was scared on if he was using me or not. I ramble on and on until he cuts me off by placing a kiss on my lips.

"I would never use you like that. Glimmer was a bitch, who was only with me because she thought that we were meant to be because we both were rich and our dads worked together. I finally couldn't put up with his constant high maintenance and broke it off. I would never use you for stupid publicly"

I smile at this. Not only because he just admitted that he wouldn't do that, but also because he put that shimmer girl in her place. He helps me clean up and since this is my last night in this place before I move with Cato he picks me up bridal style and carries me up to my room and we lay down. I notice that when I am with him I am starting to regain my confidence that was shattered to pieces when I met marvel.

Cato falls asleep fast; I expected it because he did have a hard day at work. Having trouble sleeping I get up and look at my sleeping boyfriend and admire how handsome and fit he is and how he is all mine. I go downstairs and go outside to get some air and play with the cat that always seems to wonder onto my porch. When she suddenly runs away and I follow her onto the drive way, when I bend down to pick her up I feel suddenly feel something hard hit my head and I fall to the ground, barely conscious. Wondering what the hell just happened.

"Hello kitten. Long time no see. Where's your body guard now." My attacker says as he picks me up.

The last thing I see before I black out is Marvels face.

Authors Note: I know it's horrible. I am just a shame, many of you probably that this is boring and I don't blame you. But I am trying my best. I would really love it if you guys would review because at this point I have no idea where to go with this story because I went completely off the hook with this my original plan just went of the window because my finger was just typing away and before I knew it, Katniss was being kidnapped. And I have decided that you guys get to choose what happens in the next chapter and what I mean is you get to decide what Marvel does to Katniss (No Rape) And how Cato finds Katniss. So I won't be reviewing until you guys come up with something. When I update is completely up to you guys. I love all my followers and fans of this story!
