Authors Note: Hey Love's! I'm back, after you get done reading this chapter please leave a review and tell me how I did, I feel like I am a little bit rusty because I haven't written in a while so please let me know. I dropped the gun satisfied with want I have done, I look at marvel's face and I am pretty sure that he shit himself there is a perfect little hole 2 inches away from marvels face. I never planned on killing him as much as he deserved it I couldn't bring myself to do it. I just wanted see him scared and frighten, to put him in my shoes knowing that he wasn't in control and knew that I could end his life at any given time. I made Marvel my bitch and it feels pretty damn good.

The next thing I know I am swept up in big, strong arms and I know immediately that they are Cato's arms, I hug him back and everything just becomes surreal and I break down in a mixture of emotions, I pull back and capture his lips with mine not wanting too ever stop but I hear one of the cops clear their throats and me and Cato break apart but he still keeps an arm around me. The cops call for an ambulance and escort us outside to the front yard, the ambulance comes and takes Marvel away and the rest of the cops take evidence from the house the two cops that showed up with Cato pull us aside.

"Ms. Everdeen, I'm officer Payton and this is my partner Max". He reaches out his hand and I shake his hand I do the same too his partner.

I grab Cato's hand and he puts his other arm around me. Officer Payton continues.

"I have to be honest, in all of my years of working I haven't seen a scene such as this, I don't know much about you miss Everdeen but I know Marvel and knowing his background I can only image as to what he has done to you, as for me and my partner we see no reason to bring you into custody. You were defending yourself against a ruthless monster and as far as my partner and I are concerned you did nothing wrong, you made a brave move back there not killing that man and that shows so much about you. I am however am going to need you to write a statement for me stating this evenings events, but as far as that our investigation is done here, I will promise you that as long as I have anything do to with it Marvel will never get out of jail once I am done with him. I will call you and keep you updated on the investigation. Take care Ms. Everdeen." He turns too Cato. "Nice to see you again Cato, take care of this young lady"

Cato pulls me closer to him. "Of course".

Officer Payton and Max walk back to their squad car and drive away. I pull Cato towards his car. "Let's go home"

He smiles and gets into the driver's side as I get into the passenger's side the drive, we drive back too Cato's house in silence and I take this time to stare at my amazing boyfriend and I realize that I am the most luckiest girl in the whole world, he has protected me through everything and I know that he would never hurt me. I kiss him on the cheek and he smile then looks at me from the corner of his eye.

"I'm not complaining but what was that for." He says with a smile.

"Just for being you." I say in awe.

When we finally do get home I take the lead, getting to the door first unlock it then step inside I wait for Cato too come into the house and I jump on me surprisingly he catches me and leans against the now closed door. I kiss him passionately again and again he carries me upstairs never breaking our embrace when we finally reach the bedroom he throws me on the bed and gets on top of me and continues to kiss me. I take off my shirt and take off his too he starts to kiss my neck and I moan and close my eyes, I open them only to realize that Cato has stopped.

"What's wrong?" I ask him.

"I can't do this Katniss" he answers not looking at me. He gets off of me and sits on the edge of the bed. "It's not that I don't want to because believe me I do but you have been through a lot today and I wasn't lying when I said I wanted to take things slow, I love you Katniss and if we do this right now I wouldn't feel right about it I would feel like I'm taking advantage of you and I love you too much to do that."

I get on my knees and snake my arms around his neck and kisses his cheek. "I love you Cato." He turns around and tackles me and puts himself between my legs I scream in surprise.

"But believe me Katniss when the time comes I won't hesitate to rip your clothes off with my teeth and slowly make love to you." He starts kissing all down my body. "Pleasuring you inch by inch." He pulls down my pants and kisses my inner thigh. "But not tonight." He gets up and goes into the bathroom to take a shower but not before leaning down and giving a breath taking kiss.

"You're such a tease." I yell at him through the bathroom door.

"Only for you baby." He yells back.

After he gets done taking a shower I take one then come out and lay down in the bed with my more than amazing boyfriend. I wake up in the morning and realize that Cato isn't beside me, I smell something amazing cooking downstairs and I get up and make my way downstairs. I take in what I am seeing before me, my boyfriend cooking in the kitchen with only boxers on, I take this time to look at him, he muscles are just perfect my eyes travel down a little bit and I say hello to his cute little butt. He notices that I am standing there and smirks.

"Like what you see."

"Actually I do." I smirk back.

"I knew you couldn't resist this." He answers back and flexes his arms and kisses one of his biceps. "But you're not too bad looking yourself babe" I can feel his eyes roaming all over my body and I blush under his stare. Feeling confident I walk up to him never breaking eye contact and stand on my tippy toes and kiss him and he picks me up and sets me on the counter and pushes himself between my legs and we have a full on make out session on the counter. I smell something burning I pull away from him and I hear him curse under his breath before turning away and turn off the stove. I laugh at this and he turns to me.

"Oh so this is funny."

"Yes actually it is." The look he gives me sends me into a laughing maniac. He smiles and picks me from off of the counter only to throw me on the couch and get on top of me then he starts to tickle me, I plead with him to stop but he doesn't so I flip us over forgetting that we are on a couch and we end up falling off with me landing on top of him. I still continue to laugh as I pin his arms above his head I lean down and give him a light kiss.

"I wouldn't mind waking up too this every morning." He says. I let go of his arms and sit up but still sitting on him.

"Me either, this is the happiest I have been in years." I breathe out.

"I'm glad that I could make you this happy, in fact I plan on making you the happiest woman on this planet, I love you Katniss I feel like I have known you my entire life and I can't wait too finally be able to make you mine and only mine for the rest of my life, I promise too always be there to wipe away your tears, to be there when you need me the most, to be the shoulder that you can cry on. I want to take care of you for the rest of your life and I want to take away all of your worries. I want to wake up next to you every day for the rest of my life. To be able to make sweet love to you whenever I want, I want to call you mine Katniss, I haven't felt this way about anyone since you disappeared that day in the park, I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you, I love you katniss." He takes a deep breath and looks away for a moment then looks back at me.

Then he says the words that completely catch me by surprise. I thought I would die before I hear these words.

"Will you marry me?"
