Before I start, please read till the end.
About a year or two ago, I had this great idea for a Rise of the Guardians sequel. And I found this amazing website that allowed me to bring my idea to life: .
When I started out, I didn't know what I was doing. I never did anything like this and I had my doubts as an author. But everyone's positive feedback pushed me to do my best.
But that was when I was 14. My writing skills weren't the same before. And I see that every time I look back at my old stories.
At first, I was putting off publishing chapters because I was too lazy to write. But after months of school and friends and life in general, I put my fanfic in the back of my head until I completely forgot about it.
But, looking back, I see that some of you are still waiting, hoping to see a new chapter after all this time! I was touched, and I'm so sorry to have kept you in the dark for so long. I'm sure some of you are disappointed this isn't a new chapter, and I'm sorry for that as well.
I never intended this to be an unfinished fanfic, I swear! I had a plan for this story, I literally have the script for all the chapters on my computer!
I'm really attached to this fanfic, as much as those who are following it. Which is why I want to be able to bring what I have in mind to life, the way I want it to turn out.
I want to end this message by saying: don't give up on this story just yet. Listen to your Conscience will be continued, whether it will happen next week, next month or next year, I don't know. It might even be continued by another writer, someone who's better suited...
But, if it's not too much to ask...as readers and as Rise of the Guardians fans...
Don't give up on this fanfic... you just gotta have hope...and believe in me, alright?
