Chapter XXI: Tough Love
"Psst." Sophie blinked, and looked around when she could not see anyone or anything with her eyes, she swore that she was going crazy.
"Psst." She heard it again, this she jerked her body to the direction and eyes opened in surprised. Around the bushes hid Luke with another girl who had long bouncy curls They were hard to miss, seeing that they had hid themselves very nicely.
"Help me." She mouthed silently, hoping that they would be able to save her and Natalia, who was clearly had no energy left. Luke nodded and turned to the mystery girl. Sophia kept her head down and looked at her twin, who was unconsciously hanging from the chains wrapped around her hands. She wondered if her father and mother were okay and trying to look for her.
Klaus yelled as he returned back to present, Katherine kneel next to him holding her head in pain. Elijah stood unaffected but was a little dazed.
"Why?" Katherine screamed after a her head relaxed.
"Because you deserved to suffer. You carried the devil's spawn and expect us to be alright." Ayanna stated as witches surround her.
Klaus broke into a charge and ran towards the witches, who of course slammed him against the walls of the caves.
"ENOUGH!" Elijah spoke up as everything quieted around them, "I'd suggest you let my nieces go or else the the last pure Bennett witch well die." He announced as the witches let Klaus drop to the ground.
"You're bluffing." One witch called.
Klaus smirked, "My brother is famous for keeping his word. What makes you think he's bluffing?"
Katherine looked around for Kol but noticed he was gone. He probably went to go look for leverage with Rebekah..she silently prayed that was the case .
"There's no way. You are cut from any communication." Ayanna smiled, but that just made Elijah's dark smile grow even more suddenly Katherine understood what he had done.
"See now that where you are wrong." Her eyebrow went up in curiosity.
From his pocket he revealed his phone, "We are in the twenty first century now. Rebekah can be quite impatient, you see. I'd suggest you let us out along with Aria and Natalia."
"If you kill the young witch, you break your promise to Elena Gilbert."
Katherine growled, "By the looks of you all seem not to care if witch dies. I hope Rebekah has fun ripping her body to shreds." She then smiled innocently.
Klaus smiled as the tension between Katherina and witches rose. It wasn't hard to see that the witches wanted to harm her, but the witches looked like they were conserving their powers.
"resu aw ytheof." The witch chanted as Sophia felt a sharp pain along her ribs.
"Fuck." She hissed in pain and rolled her head.
"Mind your manners child." A familiar voice chimed. She looked up and came face to face with Esther, her grandmother. She nodded towards the other witch, and she left.
She wanted to ask her for help, but something told her that Esther wasn't there to help her escape.
"What do you want?" Sophia spat.
"See I heard that you were the demon child. Impossible by the laws of nature. I decided to give you a chance to prove yourself, but you failed. Now I have to kill you along with my family."
Her eyes widen, Y-you want to kill your children? What type of woman does that?" She said enraged. To think that she thought that Katherine was a bad mother...
"They are not my children anymore. They are nothing but monsters, monsters that I've created. Now I must end with what I started."
Esther's eyes bore into hers, "You're going to help."
"I will play no part in this."
"Sadly, you were born into this, darling." Mikael came behind his wife with a smirk.
"You."
"Yes. I hope you realize that I do feel sorry because I truly liked your mother." He said with fake sympathy.
"Now if you excuse us, we have some evil plans." He said guiding Esther out of the room as a new witch came to torture her, but even before the witch can chant anything, she heard a neck snap. She looked up and saw Luke and the mystery girl.
"Sorry it took so long, we were trying to find a good moment to attack." He apologize as he and the girl helped removed the chains and vervain ropes.
"No. Thank you." She looked towards the mystery girl, "Do I know you?"
She shook her head, "I'm Nadia." Aria's eyes widen as she heard her accent for the first time.
"Thank you." She said weakly.
Nadia nodded and continued to rip off the ropes surrounding her arms.
"resu aw-" Ayanna stopped chanting as she felt a slight pain in her lower stomach area, she then fell to the floor clutching her stomach. Elijah and Katherine exchanged confused looks before Luke and Aria along with Nadia busted into the room or cave. Luke quickly stabbed Ayanna as Nadia took care of the remaining witches. Aria helped her family out of the chains, Natalia was dragged to the boarding house by Nadia, who quickly made it back to Luke.
"Where's your sister?" Klaus asked as he was untied from the knots.
"You know?" He nodded.
"Nadia took her to the Salvatores..."
The mention of Nadia caught Katherine's attention, "Who?"
"The girl." Sophia pointed toward Nadia who stabbed another witch in the shoulder.
Katherine's eyes widen a bit while Klaus' darken.
"Well I'm quite surprised that you survived this long, my dear." Sophia turned around only to faced by Ether. Katherine quickly stepped in front as if she were to shield her, "What do you want, Esther?" Her voice fulled with venom and disgust.
"Nothing, really. I just need to finish what I started, love." She calmly answered, her eyes fulled danger. Before anyone could blink, Klaus injected something into Esther and she fell forwards.
A/N: I'm so so sorry for the long wait for this chapter...I was swamped with so many essay and presentations and homework.
Since many of you wanted Nadia, I found a way to place her into the story...who knows how long I'll keep her or Natalia.
The story is still centered around Aria. Damon and Aria chapters are coming up soon I promise. I think there like 5-8 chapters left in this story in total. Please review:)

Ok so they killed Katherine! I swear the show's just going back to a whole big stupid love triangle w/out the Originals...R.I.P Nadia and Katherine (I hope she's not truly dead)
