Sakura
'Oh man. Oh man. Oh man!'
I felt myself panic as I internally screeched at the sight I saw before me. My own twin sister, Mayu, was trapped within the clutches of the...no THE Hibari Kyoya and there was no way I can stop him. Heck, I don't even think Tsuna has any hyper dying will mode pills at the moment to stop the prefect!
'What am I going to do?!' I soon find myself clenching my hands into fists, unable to find a solution that would prevent all of us from getting hurt by one of the most dangerous and deadly character of Katekyo Hitman Reborn.
"Hibari-san." My eyes widened in shock, as I watched my sister calmly call out to the prefect of Namimori Middle School. Hibari, in turn, changed his focus from Tsuna and I to my twin. "I'm not strong enough to stop you, but I would prefer that you'd release me this instant that way we can explain the current situation going on right now. Otherwise my sister is going to cry, and only I can stop her."
'What?!' I felt my face twitch in anger upon hearing my sister say that. 'I don't cry on a whim!'
"Sakura-san." Tsuna noticed the anger flickering through my eyes as he nervously took a step back out of caution. Going back to the prefect, he removed the tonfa lodged into the ground and returned his death weapons to who knows where. Hibari's sudden change of action surprised me, I didn't think Mayu was capable of handling Hibari through words like Dino. Although Dino was able to handle Hibari because that boss needed to fight with him on a daily basis during the Varia arc.
Taking cautious steps, I quickly head over to help my sister get up from the ground. "Mayu!"
"I'm fine Sakura." Mayu reassured me by patting my head, by the time she got up from the ground. "But I think it would be best if we moved our discussion to the house. I don't want the neighbors heading over here thinking we're crazy."
"Right." I glanced back to see Tsuna giving a small yet terrified smile toward the prefect who was heading over to him. Out of all the characters that arrived to our house on our fourteenth birthday, who would have thought the real Tsuna and Hibari would end in the real world. However there was something bugging me at the moment, why would they appear now of all times?
'Though...we're going to be in so much trouble when Kyo-nii and Nade-san return. The last thing they want to see are guys, excluding Yuki, staying in our house!'
A few minutes later
"My name is Suzuki Sakurako." I reintroduced myself, while Mayu did the same. "My name is Suzuki Mayuri."
The three of us, meaning only Tsuna and us were sitting in the dining room table. Hibari was leaning against the wall, his eyes closed as he listened in on our conversation.
"I'm Sawada Tsunayoshi, and this is-" Tsuna gulped as he introduced the aforementioned prefect. The teen leaning against the wall simply uttered, "Hibari Kyoya."
Tsuna scratched the back of his head, trying to think of something to continue the conversation. "Err...from what Sakura-san explained to me earlier it seems that the both of you already know us."
"Yes." I nodded in confirmation. "I just wanted to clearly state this."
I coughed a little before clearing my throat to speak, "Although I'm grateful of the fact that the both of you are here in our world at the moment. However the only thing I don't know, was how the both of you got here."
"As my sister said, we were only minding our own business at home when we found the both of you in the backyard." Mayu added on to the explanation.
"Right, I was going back home with my friends from school but." Tsuna grimaced as he placed a hand against his forehead, "I can't remember what happened after I said goodbye to them."
"I see." Mayu muttered, as she placed a hand against her chin as she took note of Tsuna's explanation. "What about you, Hibari-san?"
Tsuna and I both flinched at the same time, and slowly glanced over to the prefect standing not too far from us. Hibari had his head lowered from the start of the conversation, but upon hearing my sister's voice he raised it to eye Mayu from across the table. I wasn't sure of how Mayu was able to get Hibari to listen to her despite what happened earlier, but I get the feeling their on mutual terms? Well tackling someone to the ground certainly isn't a way to get a person to talk, right?
"..."
"I see, you were on making rounds around Namimori at the time however after you turned a corner you immediately found yourself in an unfamiliar territory due to the change of time." My eyes widened the minute I glanced at my sister to whisper yell at her. 'Mayu, how in the world were you able to get anything from him?! He barely said a word!'
Mayu nudged my arm, trying to get me to focus on what's important right now. 'Fine, but I wanna know how you managed to get him to speak!'
She gave a short nod, before returning her focus over to Tsuna and Hibari again. "By the looks of it, the both of you have no way of going back to your own world and the two of us don't have the answer you're looking for at the moment."
"However the both of you need someplace to stay." Mayu pointed out. As much as I would have loved for our dear Kaji Aoyuki to be still here he's unfortunately left with his family the minute summer vacation started. What bad timing. I mean, despite his pure hatred for Tsuna, Yuki would have been eager in letting Hibari stay at his house. They can't even stay with us, otherwise our aunt and cousin would end up demanding answers as to why there are two guys around the house. 'How unfortunate.' I pitied myself at this dilemma. 'At this point, Tsuna and Hibari are going to end up staying outside until they find a way back home.' I wouldn't mind having them stay here, but I can't take another hug from Tsuna even if its going to lead to what happened earlier will be repeated in the near future.
My cheeks warmed in memory of the hug. I can't believe I got a hug from my favorite character. Wait, don't stray from the main focus right now Sakurako! Tsuna and Hibari need a place to stay right now or else they're going to end up living at the park in hiding!
Gathering my strength up, I suggested to my sister hoping that she'd agree. "Why not let them stay here, Mayu?"
"The both of them arrived in the backyard of our house in the first place. Wouldn't it be better if they stayed here until we get to the bottom of this?" I could feel my heart thump, as I prayed to the shrine gods that my sister would give the okay. 'Please, Mayu! You can't just let them walk out of the house right now!'
Mayu sent a frown upon seeing my sad puppy-dog expression. What can you do Mayu? I'm the master of puppy-dog faces!
Pinching the bridge of her nose, Mayu closed her eyes as she gave a heavy sigh. "Fine." I was going to cheer happily, but paused the moment Mayu raised her left hand to point at me. "On one condition."
"What was it?" Oh man, I hope she doesn't make me do the laundry tomorrow. That's supposed to be her job!
"You need to convince Kyosuke-nii and Nade-san because if we hide the fact that there are two guys staying with us, we're in deep trouble."
I raised a brow at her, "Do you even think Nade-san and Kyosuke-nii will believe me in the first place?" I made a hand gesture to direct Mayu's attention over to Tsuna and Hibari. "That there's two boys from a world we deemed as fictional as can be, but real to them that just so happened to appear in our backyard?"
"You know them better than I do." Was my sister's oh so convenient come back, sigh. What did I do to deserve a twin who doesn't acknowledge the difficulty in explaining to our aunt and cousin. She even knows how horrible I am at when it comes to speaking to the both of them! 'Mayu, how could you!'
Tsuna attempted to console me by saying, "Well Sakura-san, at least you managed to help Hibari-san and I. I don't know where we would end up staying in the first place."
That's a nice way to put it, but Tsuna that doesn't help me at all!
In the midst of pitying myself, I could hear the sound of keys jangling from behind the front door. Our house was pretty quiet as of this moment, since we pretty much finished our discussion. However...I wasn't prepared at all. The explanation, the disappointed faces of my relatives, or whatever event that will lead me to my doom.
I cringed as I excused myself from my seat, and muttered. "We're dead."
"No we're not." Mayu replied back, while Tsuna gave an apologetic smile along with a thumbs up and Hibari...simply stayed in his spot not moving an inch. So much for back up help!
By the time I reached the front door, I could tell that it was my aunt from the sound of her voice. "I hope my nieces aren't too mad at me."
"Welcome back Na-" I was going to start by greeting my aunt, however I choked in the middle of my words. I couldn't believe what I just saw right in front of me.
Standing at the door holding the house keys in hand was none other than my aunt, Kondo Nadeshiko, and a awfully familiar man was right behind her.
Black trench coat. Check. Platinum short blonde hair. Check. Terrifying steel cobalt eyes to boot. Check. Although one thing that strike me was the fact that there was a coffee stain on the man's trench coat.
"N...Nade-san." I sputtered out in shock as I continued to stare at the sight before me.
My aunt tilted her head in confusion, until she realized why I was so stiff. "Oh, Sakura I'm so sorry." Sorry for what?! "I just met this man during my walk earlier today, and after talking to him for a while I accidentally spilled my ice coffee on his clothes right when I was going to leave." You did what?!
She clapped her hands together to make an apologetic expression toward me, "So I'm going to let him stay here for a bit just to wash his clothes."
"T-That's not what I meant." I managed out, my aunt must of thought I wanted an explanation but that wasn't the case. "Why is Alaude here?"
Nadeshiko raised an eyebrow at me out of curiosity, "You know him?"
Uh oh. I don't like the sound of her tone. I gulped before I continued to explain, "I don't just know him Nade-san. He's a chara-"
"You." I instantly paled the minute I heard a familiar voice sound from behind me. My knees were about to give in and I didn't want to turn around to see death looming behind me.
Of all the bad timings in the world! It just had to involve me in it! I was practically in the center of three people who were capable of bringing me to my grave in a heartbeat.
One, the teenage boy standing behind me while adorning an aura of terror also known as Hibari Kyoya. The future tenth generation cloud guardian of the tenth generation boss of the Vongola Famiglia, Sawada Tsunayoshi.
Two, the man that has been standing behind my aunt and was quiet this entire time otherwise known as Alaude. A four hundred years and something old ancestor, who could be related to Hibari, was the first generation cloud guardian of the first generation boss of the Vongola Famiglia, Giotto or Sawada Ieyasu by multiple fandom information.
Finally the third, a woman who can send the most deadliest death glare in my entire life and could ban me from the internet at any given time known as the lovely Kondo Nadeshiko. My beloved aunt who rules this house wanted an explanation, and this situation wasn't helping at all.
"Sakura, what's going on?"
I'm so dead.
