I've been finishing my college projects as of late, asides the fact that I'm also doing beta work for SeventhAssassin's Soulless Sky (If you're into Katekyo Hitman Reborn, you may like to give it a shot. If you're not into the abusive twin fic cliché, it may not be your cup of tea ;). And I'm going to edit a few things with the main time line because I realized how fast it was. And also Denzel's appearance, partly because I'm currently designing a reference for the main team (Appearance, colors, attire, etcetera, etcetera…). Oh, and I'm having fun so far. *Smiles*

Well, onto the story!

"Amber! It's your turn to shine!"

"I know!"

With the call, she had started to move to the front and spun.

The bells chime in the rhythm as she moved according to the rehearsed moves and dances as she followed along the sound of the instruments.

She had always loved listening to the sounds of instruments and would dance in no time as the instruments were played.

She liked to move along with the beats. It kept her in peace and away from nervousness as she danced.

As she felt the song close to the end, she made one last spin and curtsied towards the audience.

Slowly, the whole auditorium was booming with claps and elated shouts.

"Onee-chan that was an awesome performance as always;"

Amber was about to leave the theater after her crew did when she was approached by a girl with red hair.

Fanalis red, to be exact;

'Ah, I remember her... She's one of the Alexius that were regulars.' Amber had thought fondly as she smiled and ruffled the younger girl's hair. Because only Reim's Fanalis corps are known to have been part of the Alexius;

"Hey, there you are Nikki! Don't run off on your own!" Someone else had called on the younger girl, she turned her head to the direction and called back with a wave.

"Onee-chan! It's Amber!"

'Oh, it's Myron.' Amber recognized her.

In fact, Nikki had been a regular to her performance since four years ago, accompanied with Myron all the time. She made a point to schedule her performance in Reim at least twice a year. Partly as Reim had been the country that gave her a rise to fame;

Besides, she loved children. She wanted to give at least even the noble children some hope for their future.

"Ah, hello there Miss Myron." Amber had greeted the older Fanalis.

"I apologize; Nikki is very excited when she heard of your planned performance two days ago."

"Haha, don't be so stiff. I really liked children so I really don't mind with her." Amber had laughed lightly. And soon asked;

"How are your duties lately?"

"There hasn't been much going around in Reim, most of us are getting restless. Lo'Lo even;"

'So Alibaba has yet to arrive…' Amber mused and smiled. "Then try and enjoy your times while you can. You'll never know what happens in the future."

"I suppose you do have a point… Oh, are you staying here long?"

"Well, I think I'll be staying here a month or two the least. I have something to do here."

"I see... where's that masked friend of yours, Fai? Or your other friends?"

"We're splitting up for a while, and Fai has a memorial to make."

He walked and walked. A bundle of flowers in hand;

In a field of greens, there was a distant, desolate land with broken buildings.

There are no signs of a burn, but destruction and cracks of the ground.

He paid no heed to the cracks as he walked and walked until he found a large grave mark.

"To those who were lost; we remember that you lived."

"It's been a while. A year, was it?" He spoke to no one as he placed the flowers in front of the grave.

"I wish I could have time to warn you all. Ion, no… Tia is quiet distraught and traumatized with all of you gone, you know?"

"I knew you would be visiting the grave Fai." He didn't need to turn to see who it was.

"You're done with the performance Amber?"

"Why would I be here when I'm not even done?" She raised a brow at his question before she asked. "You know, I find it weird that you'll visit on your own when we're used to visiting the grave altogether. I thought you might want to wait for everyone else to come by for giving the yearly offering for everyone who died. Why now?"

"… Remember how Zaire and I told you that we were stuck in Asmoday's dungeon for four years when you meet me again in Reim?"

Date XX, Month, XX, Year, XX (Thirteen years ago)

"Look at all of them knights over here! They look way better and cooler than the ones back in Balbadd!" Zaire had commented giddily as two knights of Reim went past them.

Fai sighed. "Yeah yeah, you've been saying that for the past few days we're staying here."

"You're a bummer;" Zaire pouted.

"Anyway, since we already got some things to get ready for the dungeon, we should get going." Fai interjected before Zaire could protest more.

"Fine… It's the 32th dungeon that no one seemed to be able to conquer, right?"

"Yes. Let's go before the sun sets. We're not sure when we are going to come back in real time of this world anyway."

"Yeah yeah, better be safe that sorry... I still wanted to look around Reim." The younger boy puffed his cheeks.

"Tell you what, you can look around Reim for all you want after we left the dungeon."

"I LOVE YOU BUDDY!"

Fai sighed.

They had walked a quiet long way from Reim. Five hours in total.

("Near Reim they said, this distance is ridiculous!" Zaire protested as they walked far off from Reim.

"Still considered near for them, probably; since it wasn't even half a day ;")

They didn't hesitate to stop after the long walk and entered the dungeon. They didn't want to waste anymore time.

They honestly didn't expect to be faced with people.

They only heard that there could be monsters around, but not people.

Fai immediately cut the sword off from the perpetrators hand with a swing of his own and asked. "Why did you attack us?"

"You killed my family! You killed my wife and children!"

"What…?" Fai and Zaire could only wonder at the man's sudden outburst and mad look.

"You deserve to die!" The man was about to take the sword back but Fai stopped him and knocked him down to the floor with a hit to the neck with the sword's hilt.

"No one deserved to die, we'd all die in one way or another mister. But would they really wish for you to waste your life just to kill?" Fai questioned.

"You…!"

"Go now. You should find peace. They'd wish for your happiness more than having you to dwell on their deaths."

The man screamed in pain and soon disappeared into light. Another person had taken his place. A lady looking peaceful and smiling solemnly;

"Thank you young man… Please go ahead. Master Asmoday, the Djinn of this dungeon, is waiting."

"Asmoday? What are you…?"

"I am but a simple illusion Master Asmoday created through memories of you who take the trials. Unlike the other dungeons, this dungeon shall test your conviction, views, and determination. I wish you luck, young conquerors. You have passed the first hurdle."

The lady soon disappeared into light once she had finished talking.

"What was that about…?" Zaire wondered.

"If this is a test of views, we'll just have to steel on with whatever is going to happen. Let's go."Fai beckoned and the two soon went further into the dungeon.

Unknowingly to the two friends, Asmoday, the Djinn and master of the 32nd dungeon watched at the treasury he had lived in over the years.

"He'll do well for a king…" Asmoday commented as he watched the friend's advance. As he kept watching, he felt a disruption.

"…What is this?"

He had left more visions to test the two as he left the treasury to check on the disruption.

"My family would never come back! It's all because of you!" A young boy had thrown a rock at them.

Fai is growing mentally drained at the trials. And it was rather apparent that it had come from his memories, and a rare few are from Zaire's.

He knew he did nothing wrong in his whole eleven years as far as he remembered, unless it had to do with the recent dreams he had been seeing…

"What did I-"

"You always justify yourself that you didn't know better, but you're plain enjoying it!"

"…I know." Fai had said unknowingly and kept talking.

"I know nothing with what I did to you in my past lives or whatever, but I'm also trying my best to move on and make amends with all these people I met. Sins would stay, but people can be redeemed."

The young boy ended up crying and disappeared to light. The same woman from the first illusion had taken his place.

"You have done well. This point on was a rest point to rest yourself, but once you had left the rest point, the trial will resume."

Both boys nodded and followed the lady who beckoned them.

There were two beds and also some food.

Both boys took up the respective beds and Zaire soon asked.

"What are those about?"

"Hm?"

"You know what I'm talking about Fai. All those illusions are said to be based on memories, right? All of them seem to come from you more than mine."

"…Well…"

Asmoday teleported over to the passage with a part of his power to see what was wrong, but... he didn't think to see this.

"What do you think you're doing, my old friend?" Asmoday had frowned as he met a figure he had yet to see for so long. At the passage between the dungeon and Solomon's world;

It was surprising that someone could stay in between the passage, but he knows only one person capable of such.

Despite the fact that she was no Magi;

"It had been quite a while, isn't it? Asmoday;"

"Enough with the pleasantries, what I want to know is why you are here." He glared.

She chuckled lightly. "Always straight to the point, I suppose…" She soon answered. "If those two were to leave your dungeon early, they would have to be risked by that organization."

"Al Thamen, you mean?"

"Yes; and here is what I propose Asmoday. In exchange, I would give you answers… of my true plans and where I had been all these years since the king's fall… if you accept this cooperation, that is."

"Fine… now tell me, Aparajita."

The Djinn of Darkness and Deceit had never been surprised in his life.

Fai and Zaire had went on.

How many trials had there been by now?

He couldn't count, but he was sure that it must have been long enough by now.

He was rather glad that the Djinn were mindful in keeping them sane by creating rest points in the dungeon, and no monsters to boot.

"Thank god the Djinn were mindful of having those rest spots. I could go nuts with all these memories you know." Zaire shuddered at the idea of coming out insane.

With all these trials based on memories and dark parts of their mind, no wonder this dungeon wasn't even approached by anyone.

They must have been taken out of the dungeon halfway by the Djinn when they had all gone mad.

"And you know, I think this dungeon was meant for you. You got lots of these dreams haunting you and it's like its part of your mind already."

"I suppose so." He shrugged. Both looked forward to see a distant figure and soon decided to make a walk for the next trial. But they heard someone talking.

"Again and again and again; it's so tiring, you know?" The person said. The two stopped walking.

"Huh…?"

"I tried to save them so many times, but the result is just the same…" There was mirthless laughter echoing through the halls.

"Maybe I was never meant to have my sins redeemed…" The voice kept on chuckling madly.

"Well… that's creepy." Zaire shuddered at the voice's mad chuckle echoing.

Fai silently nodded in agreement but questioned out. "What makes you think that you can't be redeemed? All because you never got it right?"

Aparajita watched along with Asmoday after she had explained herself to him.

Asmoday stared at the figure of his old friend, now rather miniature due to his new form as a Djinn.

Asmoday's first impression was that she was enigmatic at best back in the old days, but she herself was quiet proficient in magic and had been the one person that Ugo has no qualms and worries in talking and approaching to. Which was quiet a feat to everyone else.

Some debated that Ugo and Aparajita could become lovers, seeing how close they were, but sadly, they were more... platonic in their relationship to his old allies's dismay.

Even then, despite her reasons, it was quiet devastating to lose one of the trusted allies of Solomon. Many of them thought that Aparajita had died until he found her to this day.

Aparajita let out a light gasp as she heard the voice Asmoday had used. "You actually used his doubts…"

"Yes, and this will be the last. If they can't overcome the darkness of the other soul, this would be all for naught."

"Why do you say that?"

"Because…" Fai inhaled for a moment before he replied. "Everyone deserves a second chance, no matter who they were."

They seem to snort. "It's been a long time since I heard that…"

The voice soon faded, the lady soon appeared once more.

"Fai Leoxses, congratulations, you had passed." The lady smiled and was about to fade from view once more.

"Wait!" Fai called out.

"Hm?"

"Do I… no, Do we know each other before?"

The illusion chuckled, "Only time will tell." Before she completely faded, she told them. "Go, Master Asmoday is waiting for you."

They didn't hesitate anymore after the illusion disappeared into light.

"As expected;" Asmoday smirked. He knew he had chosen the right king by then.

"I never expected you to accept him so easily." Aparajita chuckled.

"He had managed to prove my expectations, a bit higher to say, my old friend. Besides, I planned to have him as my king before your own intervention." Asmoday mused before he turned to the dimensional magician.

"You have chosen to let them return to the day of that young spell fencer's family was killed from the fissure of… the other worldly circumstances. Is that fine?"

"It was all planned my friend, Amber is approaching Reim soon. I would be meeting them in person next year."

"How are you sure that they may approach the living dimensional magician's in a year? The future is but a plain slate." Asmoday raised a brow.

"Zaire is to obtain Botis by that time, as the dungeon was located near that land. Though Denzel won't be there; seeing it happen for so many times often had perks; especially when you had time and space magic;" She chuckled once more.

"Emphasis on the time, my friend;" Asmoday frowned.

Aparajita kept chuckling but soon stopped. "The illusion of that lady you used as their guide… why did you use her?"

"Because she has yet to die to start with, my old friend;"

The dimensional mage gaped. "My…"

"She had wandered to this dungeon before… but I let her out because she didn't fit. In fact, I can see the facial resemblance with Fai Leoxses and that girl."

"Oh…? So you mean…"

"Fai Leoxses and Dark Magi Judal's sister; though I'm not sure if she was sane after I send her out of the dungeon given that she almost threw up at some of the illusions I created…"

"Hm…" Aparajita nodded in understanding.

Asides the control of gravity magic, which was Solomon's equivalent of dark magic which countered the black rukh, Asmoday had been capable of illusions and seeing memories, which was a mix of life magic though gravity and strength is his main type. Though given his title, as the Djinn of Darkness and deceit, it had to be based on ones darkest memories and secrets for the power to work.

Asmoday himself wasn't fond of this ability either, but it was actually helpful in letting him choose the most suitable king.

Aparajita soon heard footsteps approaching and growing louder.

"Oh, it's time to go. I can see that they are about to approach the treasury." Aparajita jumped off from the platform where the treasure he stayed in had been laid but Asmoday stopped her and asked. "Will I be seeing you again soon, my old friend?"

Aparajita had given him a familiar and cryptic smile she always gave to everyone.

"Of course, farewell;"

With a snap, the magician had left the room. The two boys had stepped into the room moments after she left.

"I am Asmoday, the Djinn of Darkness and Deceit." Asmoday had introduced himself to the two boys and stared at them. His voice boomed throughout the treasury due to his now large size.

"Who will be the king?"

"Who will be the king?" The Djinn had questioned.

Zaire sighed. "I thought it was obvious already? I mean, the dungeon seems to be suited for him."

Said Djinn chuckled lightly. "Touché;" The Djinn pointed his large finger to Fai.

"Fai Leoxses, you will be my king."

He was nonetheless, surprised.

"Huh…? Why…?"

"What I'm looking for, boy, is a king who will embrace the darkness of another and use it as a fuel to change the world. You had embraced the darkness of the other soul whose memories are within you, and made it a fuel to change the people you meet for the better through this trial I set up before you. That's why, Fai Leoxses, I choose you, as my king."

'Other soul…? What…?' He couldn't help but wonder. But he had a feeling that the Djinn wouldn't answer if he asked.

"Now then, I should reside in… that sword you have there. I'll transport you out of the dungeon before I reside in the sword."

A bright pillar of light surrounded the room and all inhabitants and items had vanished.

"My king, you may want to wear the mask." Asmoday had pointed out.

"Wha… how…"

"I am the observer of the trial, of course I knew." He simply replied.

"I don't see a point in wearing it now… It might just be a bit loose for me…"

"Nevertheless, you should wear it. It may help you in the future…"

"Alright… I'll trust you on this."

And Asmoday had a feeling that his new king will trust him in that.

"Is it just me, but did my clothes feel itchy?" Zaire scratched a part of his shoulder blade.

"I don't think so. I used to feel my shirt and pants a bit loose… but it just fits right." Fai moved his arms and legs a bit as they gathered the treasure and riches they had obtained.

At that moment, the ground shakes violently.

"What gives…?" Zaire wondered.

"Say… Do you remember that one village we passed by before going to this dungeon?"

"Yea- No way;" Zaire's eyes widened;

Their legs soon started running over to where they last remembered the village.

"…And you know the rest."

"Hm… I didn't think Aparajita would have been involved in keeping you in that dungeon…" Amber spoke.

"I didn't either, Asmoday only told me a bit but why she was there to mess with the passage so Zaire and I came back at the same day of the fissure, he never told me. He's oddly the one that convinced me to wear the mask I bought with you when we first met. He was right in a way."

Silence fell between them. Amber soon wondered. "…Regretting something?"

"…I wished I could have the time to warn them."

"But what are the chances that they'll believe in something that will happen in the future?"

"I know… but at least I wanted to ease those nightmares Ion is experiencing."

"You too… Huh?" Amber wondered.

"Yeah, it's hard not to notice. She'd often scream and cry in those nightmares in the past weeks, I think her memories are returning."

"But she always answer that she's fine, right?"

"Yeah… Ion is hardly someone that would tell her own problems to anyone…" Fai had sighed, his hand reaching out for the mask and unveiled his face for Amber to see.

"You sure it's fine to take the mask off here?"

"No one's around so I'm fine and besides, everyone knows this face already."

"Ahhh~ so that's why you followed along with me~" Amber hit her palm lightly with her fist with an "I get it" expression.

"Yeah, what do you think? It could at least give her some peace in mind…"

"It may not be the same home I used to remember… but at least it gives me a feeling of homecoming."

"Well, I might as well help along too. Been a while since I saw grandma anyways~"

"I hope granny's doing fine and that there wasn't much trouble…"

"You're being stiff again." Amber then added "They say no news is good news, you know? Though I can't help but worry about grandma… Say, when do you think Ion had those nightmares?"

"I think… it's after Dunya died. But let's get back to Reim first; we're lodging the inn for a day before we head there so we're talking more about it there."

"Aww… it sucks that the village isn't even close to Reim…" Amber pouted.

"You're being a kid. And besides, Ion's the one to decide the new location so Al Thamen won't find out."

"It's still unfair…" Amber puffed her cheeks. Fai sighed. Amber's childish side showing up is going to take a toll once they went over to the inn…

"Myron told me that there was nothing wrong going on and Miss Amber is performing as per her own schedule… I apologize to intrude, but what makes you interested with them, Lady Scheherezade?" Muu inquired her as they both surveyed the town with a crystal ball infused with rukh's.

One of them were looking at the masked boy and the famous "Songstress of the desert" walking towards an inn.

"Call it a hunch Muu. They aren't exactly a threat to Reim. But something about that masked boy seems… strange."

"Ah…"

An unknown smile had etched at the magi's lips as she spoke out to Muu and watched. "Fai Leoxses… He's an enigmatic young man."

"You knew him?"

Scheherezade nodded. "I still remember it well… It had been nine years..."

Date XX, Month, XX, Year, XX (Nine years ago)

Scheherezade had decided to walk out after she received an image from the Rukh's of the recent tremors they felt hours before.

Using the clone she created, she had moved out of her throne, calmly dismissing her worried and trusted aide's that she's alright and would like to go on her own, she had walked in accordance to the Rukh's guiding her to where the two boys she saw are likely to go while carrying the young survivor.

She soon reached the inn they were staying and surely, the younger boy with brown hair had opened the door and called on the innkeeper.

"Mr. Innkeeper! Do you have bandages!? It's an emergency!"

"You're from four years ago! You finally returned from the dungeon?"

"What?"

"Doesn't matter Zaire, it's an emergency mister. We had a gravely injured person." A masked boy had entered after the younger boy opened it, carrying the six year old girl.

The innkeeper had been surprised at the blood trickling from the young girl's forehead and also the bruises and cuts. "I'll go get some-"

"That won't be necessary young man." She interrupted as she closed in to the inn. She was hardly surprised by the shock and surprise of the staff in the inn, but the two boys are likely unfamiliar with her.

"L- Lady Scheherezade! What brings you to our humble abode?" The innkeeper inquired. Surprised at the Magi's sudden arrival;

"Can you prepare us a room? I would like to heal the young girl's injuries myself."

"Y- Yes! Right away!"

When the staff finally left them alone, she spoke. "The rukh's had told me of the fissure that killed all but this young girl."

Their eyes widened at the mention of the fissure, she noticed.

"You had just left the dungeon when the fissure had occurred." She quickly added and turned to them. "I was surprised that you both had aged properly as if the dungeon had gone by the same time as the real world…"

"Oh… no wonder my shirt felt so discomforting when we finally got out of the dungeon…" Zaire had stretched a small part of the fabric in his shirt as he said that.

"We'll handle that later Zaire, what do you mean?" Fai inquired.

"Someone was tampering with the passages between the world of that dungeon and ours, it may not make sense, but it's the only sensible solution I could think of to why you both had aged… though no one should be strong enough to do such feat." Scheherezade mumbled the last part, which both did not hear.

Even as a Magi, it was an impossible feat for her which may cast parts of her lifespan. She left that thought for a moment and soon casted a spell;

"Yoah Reg!"

Light flowed around and surrounded the girl. The bruises and cuts slowly disappeared; the blood had stopped flowing out. The injuries are closed.

The masked boy, though, noticed several small scars. One at her stomach, and two small ones near her wrists; "There are still scars over her Miss." He pointed out.

"I'm afraid I couldn't heal them young man. Someone must have tried to heal her before you found her, but was probably killed by the falling debris's. They're a result of an incomplete healing."

'Or unless… that person had used spell fencing healing magic on their blade and give light cuts to heal her.'

"In any way, the young girl is now fine. She should be able to wake up in a day or two. And I will ask one of the soldiers to bring your recently acquired treasures to your inn soon."

The young girl had indeed waked up in two days as she had predicted.

Scheherezade walked her way to the inn once more for a visit and looked into the room. The young girl is looking healthy and well as if nothing happened.

Currently reading a book with the older boy in a mask (Fai, was it? She had to rely herself with what she heard they called each other through the images that Rukh had shown her). Their backs faced each other as the girl read and the boy sheathing the sword with a smith stone.

Fai had noticed her entrance when the door had opened. "Ah hello, miss Scheherezade."

"…Who?" The girl looked up from the book and wondered.

"I'm a magi young lady. How are you doing?"

"I'm doing well, asides some scars in my stomach and wrist, I feel better."

"I see, may I ask for your name?"

"Ion;"

Scheherezade looked rather incredulously at said name. It had been a boy's name in Reim... wasn't it? Fai took the opportunity to explain.

"I think she had a trauma over the incident that she forgot her past memories. And she's the one who chose the name."

"Ah." The magi nodded and soon asked. "Young girl, would you like to be a part of the Alexius family?"

The girl was confused while Fai himself was surprised. "Miss Scheherezade, what brought this?"

"I had considered it for a while. I knew of a spell fencer family that served Reim for ages. She would be in good hands under their care. If I recall, she had looked around six years old, did she?"

"Yes, but Miss Scheherezade… you can't force her if she doesn't want to. Ion will be the one to decide if she wanted to join, or not."

The boy has a point in that. She knew she can't force it, but she had thought of it over the past two days. It would be helpful that the spell fencer army gain another young spell fencer to help, but who is she to control one's decision?

Silence enveloped in the room. The girl placed the book down at the bed table and looked at her.

"It would be an honor to be adopted by the Alexius… but I would like to travel and see the world with Fai, and Zaire. I'm sorry; I would have to refuse, Miss Scheherezade."

Fai had looked at the girl with a slight hint of fondness at his eyes. "I'll take care of Ion. I have friends who were also old enough to take care of themselves. She'll do well, I promise."

And that's when she saw it, a hazy imagery and shape of the rukh of an old soul standing behind the masked boy.

"…He was quiet a good king too." She concluded.

"…Do you plan on bringing that man to our side, Lady Scheherezade?" Muu inquired once more as soon as she had finished the tale of her meeting.

"Fai Leoxses maybe a part of the Sindria alliance by his family name, and he may not be a first class singularity like King Sinbad, but he was completely unbounded by the rules. He was constantly traveling that he hardly has a power within the alliance himself. That man… he's akin to a double-edged sword."

"What do you mean?"

"He may still carry the name of the Leoxses in love of his adoptive family, but he lacks power to be considered an ally in the Sindria alliance circle. He can either be an ally, or a threat with being unbounded."

"I see…"

"But I suppose…" The old magi had trailed off. Causing Muu to let out a "Hm?" in wonder.

"It's because he's unbounded, that he had seen the world in many perspectives." She still remembers what Yunan had told her during his visit a little to four years ago.

"Fai Leoxses makes a fine king… but the strange thing was that he has two souls inside him. And that other soul… was quiet an old soul; yet I wasn't sure who that other soul was. I'm sure you had seen the imagery of the rukh behind him."

She was quiet determined to find out about the enigmatic man and the old soul with him. Even with the little time she had left.

"Oh, didn't think you'd be back to using Bifrons again pal." Firuz stated.

He opened his eyes and stared at his long and trusted friend. "I admit I wasn't planning to use it again after what happened to her. But I already found something else to fight for."

"And that is...?"

"For my son, and my family."

And probably lots to clarify… (The format changed up a bit for supposed questions *Sweat drop*)

1: Who's Nikki?

A: Actually, she's the younger Fanalis with Lo'Lo who brought a Maurenian rabbit in Volume 18's omake (I think someone scan-translated them over at Tumblr because that's where I found it). Since she wasn't named, I decided to give her a name.

2: Aparajita's involvement?

A: Aparajita only messed with the time passage in and outside Asmoday's dungeon so they could age properly and so that the time inside would be the same as outside. She also prolonged their stay in Asmoday's dungeon with her magic on purpose. If Fai and Zaire left then and there, Fai would have to take the brunt of being attacked and mistaken for Judal if he traveled more after conquering the dungeon.

And also, Asmoday knows the deal with Fai and also things about Aparajita, but he won't say anything more about it for a while.

3: Fai and Judal's sister?

A: Yeah, she actually managed to escape from the fire. But this will be one of the few times that she will ever be mentioned. And I don't plan on a reunion for them just yet either. So she won't be mentioned as much.

4: Spell fencer in Reim?

A: It was unmentioned, but there are surviving spell fencers. Though they are different in ethnicity, they all settled near Reim partly due to the strong influence there since as mentioned above, there is a spell fencer family working for Scheherezade for two hundred years. The survival of the remaining spell fencers were unmentioned in caution that Al Thamen would catch wind of it and killed innocents to find the scattered spell fencers.

5: What's with the title change for the story?

A: Regardless the addition, it is still "World Calling". Think of it as a subtitle of sorts.

6: Other worldly circumstance?

A: I won't say much, but it also had to do with why Aparajita was quiet strong despite not being a Magi herself. So Aparajita's own history would be coming by during the Alma Torran arc.

7: Old soul imagery?

A: Only Magi's and magicians strong enough are able to see the hazy image of Alternate Judal behind Fai. Aladdin wasn't strong yet so he never saw the image. Sinbad had seen it once too, but he thought of it as a part of Fai's own rukh. Do note that Alternate Judal lost all means of interacting to the physical plane by becoming Fai's life force so he didn't notice Yunan and Scheherezade's suspicions.

I actually planned an Omake next (Which would explain why Scheherezade was actually weirded out when she heard Ion's name.) but I changed my mind about it due to local holidays starting in a week or two. Also, I'm pretty much absent till 26th July since my next term had internship, and my family's going to Hokkaido Japan in between that date (Whee… been a while since I've been to Japan ww). So there won't be any Omake's for a while since I wanted to update the main chapters first. So I'll be working on that.

Edit: All Omake's moved to World Calling: Memory Notes.

Um yeah, that's all. Ciao!
