-Natsu's POV-

"NATSU!" Makarov yelled out running towards them.

Natus turned his head and stopped pushing Wendy in the swing. Lucy and Levy looked up as well.

"Huh?" Natsu responded. "What's up Gramps?"

"Master? Are you alright?" Wendy asked.

"I need a favor from the four of you." Makarov stated. Lucy nodded her head telling him to go on. "I need you guys to help Laxus and the others."

"Help them? Master are you sure?" Levy asked. "I mean, they're-"

"HELL YEAH!" Natsu interrupted.

Lucy hit Natsu in the back of the head. "Don't be rude!" She scolded.

"Levy, continue." Makarov said.

"Anyways, they're S-Class. Are you sure we can handle it?...Especially if you're saying they can't." Levy explained.

"I said no such thing." Makarov stated. The four of them tilted their heads to show their confusion. "What I simply meant was that they need help in order to defeat Hades faster. They are probably fighting his crew as a distraction so they get tired easily. I want you guys to give them a boost." He explained.

"I don't care what it is! We're going!" Natsu shouted.

Makarov smiled. "If you can leave as soon as possible, I'd appreciate it."

"Alright! I'm all fired up!" Natsu exclaimed.

Just wait, Laxus. Lucy thought.

You guys better be alright. Levy thought.

We'll be there shortly. Wendy thought.

"Well come on!" Natsu yelled out. "To our victory!"

-Mira's POV-

"That's all you got?!" Ultear shouted at her.

I-I can't waste all my energy. I need to defeat her and go help the others...to defeat Hades. Mira thought. I need to concentrate. Come on. Focus. She closed her eyes in order to think of her next attack. I got it! She opened it again and before she could attack, she felt something hard hit her face and she felt a kick in her stomach which made her fall to her feet.

"Why must you fairies be so stupid?" Ultear sighed. "Honestly. If you just kept your business somewhere else and looked the other way, your death wouldn't come so quickly."

Mirajane smirked. "That's not how Fairy Tail works, and that's not gonna change either! No matter what time it may be."

"Time, huh?" Ultear smiled. "Oh. I got time for you alright." Before Mira could take in what she said Ultear said "Luminous Minutes!" Ultear threw an orb above Mira and it reproduced into numerous orbs that began to charge towards her like light beams.

-Jellal's POV-

Jellal was panting as he focused on his opponent, Azuma. "You know," Azuma yelled out. "I've been waiting for someone strong...This has been fun, however I see you're not strong enough for me."

"Well that's very rude for you to say." Jellal said. "I'm just getting warmed up." Jellal looked around the forest. I can use the trees as an advantage. It'll be easier and quicker. He won't see it coming. As he turned around to face Azuma, he noticed that he was gone. What? That's strange. I didn't even feel his presence move.

He saw something in one of the trees. His eyes began to wide. "Great Tree Arc." Azuma muttered. "It's a lost magic which allows me to manipulate and produce trees-"

"Great." Jellal said sarcastically. "You're saving the earth."

Azuma simply smiled. An explosion occurred that it almost hit Jellal. "I appear as the rude one? You shouldn't interrupt people while they're talking. Tree Arc's real power lies in my ability to control all the Magic stored within the earth."

"You know I actually liked trees...but if they're in my way then I must have to do something about it." Jellal placed both of his hands on top of each other, with the top hand having only the index and middle fingers spread out. "Grand Chariot!" He yelled out. Seven Magic seals were summoned in front of the him and they began to connect together to make a constellation. Each Magic seal then releases a powerful light that blast down on the trees, forming the same pattern on the ground before exploding. "This spell's destructive capabilities rival that of an actual meteor's you know?"

Azula glared at him. "Come boy. I won't go easy on you anymore."

Jellal tilted his head. "Were you before?"

-Gajeel's POV-

"I don't have time for this bullshit!" He yelled out. "I'm getting annoyed! Just hurry up and pass out or something!"

The Flame God Slayer just simply looked at him. "This won't end quickly idiot!" He laughed psychotically. "Do you even know who you're fighting against!?"

"Not Hades." Gajeel mumbled.

~Flashback~

As we continued walking, Gray was still complaining that he wasn't going to fight Hades.

"Gray." Jellal said sighing.

"Whaaaaat?" Gray said.

"Shut up." Laxus said.

"It's not fair because you get to fight him, Laxus!" Gray argued. "Or else you would've been complaining." Laxus just ignored him. "It should be me! I should be the one bringing the guy down!"

"But Gray-" Mira began.

"Noooooo!" Gray whined.

"Stop whining! You're going to make my ears bleed." I said.

"Come on, Gajeel. You can't not be mad at this!" He said.

"Of course I'm mad!" I yelled. "I wanted to do it to but we all can't get what we want!"

"Well I want to!" Gray said. "I want it to be MY victory!"

"You're acting like a little kid." Laxus said.

"I don't care! Just let me-" This time Gray got interrupted. He got hit behind the head by Laxus's hand.

"You really think I'm going to do it myself?" He asked. Gray and I just looked at him confused. Apparently Mira and Jellal knew what he was talking about because they smiled. "It's not only going to be me, idiot. It's going to be all of us."

Gray rubbed the back of his head. "What do you mean?"

"This isn't going only going to be YOUR victory." Laxus said. "It's also going to be Fairy Tail's."

"I thought we weren't fighting him." I asked. I'd hate to admit it but I was just as confused as Ice Freak over there.

Mira smiled. "What we we're going to tell you, before you began whining." Gray smiled guiltily. "Was that if we defeat Hades comrades then we'll go help out Laxus." Gray tilted his head to show his confusion. I did the same.

"It's like this." Jellal said. "Laxus fighting alone is just a back up plan. We all will most likely end up fighting one of Hades' comrades. That will slow us down and not to mention use up most of our magic. However, if we finish our battle quicker than we anticipated, then we head straight to Hades. We'll all volunteer to take one on so Laxus doesn't have to use most of his magic." He explained.

"Our goal is for us as a group to defeat him." Laxus continued. "If you can't, then it's all up to me."

"Wait. So when we're done with our fight, we can help join you to defeat Hades?" Gray asked Laxus, and he simply nodded.

"I'm gonna beat him!" I said.

"I'm gonna defeat him with one punch!" Gray said.

"You can't defeat someone with one punch." Laxus said.

"You do it all the time!" I said.

"That's different. They're way weaker than me. I doubt someone in this guild is going to be like that." Laxus explained.

"It's possible." Gray muttured.

"No it's not." Laxus said getting bored of the conversation.

~End of Flasback~

"No! You're fighting against me, the Flame God Slayer, ZANCROW!" He continued to laugh.

"Yeah, yeah. You keep saying that. It's getting annoying! Big talk for a man that can hardly make me flinch with his punches." Gajeel replied.

Zancrow stopped laughing. "We are the strongest guild there is...and I get to talk high and mighty, you hear? You're over there complaining yet you still haven't beaten me."

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Gajeel yelled out.

"What I'm saying is,Grimoire Heart has no need for weaklings!" He shot back.

"You're making it sound like I want to join your stupid Guild!" Iron Dragon's Lance: Demon Logs. Gajeels arm turned into a large spearhead, from which a large number of iron spears were fired towards Zancrow multiple times.

Zancrow simply grinned. "Fire God's Supper!" Zancrow clasped his hands together to launch a mouth-shaped attack of black flames at Gajeel's attack to trap in a spherically-shaped black flames, which eventually reduced them to ashes.

Gajeel stood there pissed off. "Man, you're getting me pissed off."

-Laxus Pov-

Laxus felt awkward. Meredy was just staring at him feeling proud that she had an advantage. "What's wrong?" She called out. "Scared?"

I could just end it here and now but...He began to remember when Gray was up against Wendy during the competition versus the S-Class and the normal class wizards.

~Flashback~

"Beating up a little girl, Gray." I said shaking my head.

"You would have at least gave her a chance. She's only a little kid." Gajeel said.

"But you guys said I shouldn't go easy on her!" Gray said defending himself.

Gajeel and I just shook out heads in disappointment.

~Later that day~

"You know, you should go check out Wendy." Elfman said as he was done talking with Mira.

"What? Why?" Gray asked.

"Because you beat her up." I replied.

"And didn't give her a chance." Gajeel added.

"She must be feeling so devastated!" Mystogan dramatically put his hand to his forehead.

"S-Shut up!" Gray said."I don't want to go by myself...it'll be awkward...I won't know what to say..." Gray mumbled.

Mystogan smiled. "Come on, we'll go with you."

"WHAT!?" Gajeel yelled out. "Why do we have to be there for his screw up!"

Mystogan turned to him. "Well that's why. To make fun of him while he apologizes for his screw up."

Gajeel thought about it. "Good point." He said beginning to walk.

"I'll come to!" Mira said following Gajeel.

"Aww, come on guys!" Gray said catching up with them.

"You coming?" Jellal asked me.

"I couldn't care less." I replied walking away in the different direction.

"Lucy will be there~" Mystogan mischievously whispered. I stopped walking and turned to look at him. "Don't worry. I won't tell."

"If you won't tell then I have nothing to worry about."

"Don't you want to see her?"

"...Mira will be there so I don't want to make it obvious."

"I'll do the dishes for a week if you come." I thought about it. Usually the dorm was clean since Mystogan and I always picked up after ourselves unlike Tin Man and Ice Freak. "We'll watch whatever you want for a whole month!" I gave him a look. Seriously? We never fought over the TV. We just didn't really care what was on as long as it was good. "I guess that won't work either huh." He thought about it once again. "We never really fight, huh. We argue over little things but not much..."

"That's why I picked you as my roommate." I said.

He smiled. "Come on~. Admit it! I'm your best friend."

I looked at him. "Don't be stupid." He gave me a concerned face. "Of course you are. I thought you knew that already."

He smiled once again. "Well you better be! You're my best friend and if I wasn't yours, then that would've been awkward!" I smirked. Well, might as well go. I'll tease Blondie while I'm there. "You could also comfort Wendy."

"You're kidding me."

"Hurry up!" I heard Gray yell.

Mystogan began to walk where Gray was and I followed. When we got to Wendy's dorm she was sitting on her bed with Lucy. She had a few band aids on but nothing major.

"Hey, Wendy." Gray said as we entered the room.

"Who's your roommate?" Gajeel asked. "Everything looks like it's yours."

"No one is." Mira answered. "Gajeel, you're forgetting that Wendy is two years younger than us." [Wendy is a Freshman and the rest are Juniors.]

"N-No way! I thought she was in our grade." Gajeel said.

"Yeah, same here. She's always hanging out with Natsu and Lucy." Gray said.

"Hey Wendy! You don't have marshmallows!" A voice came from the kitchen.

"Natsu! Why do you want them anyways!" Lucy yelled out.

"So I can fire them up and we can have smores!" Natsu replied.

"You'll just burn her dorm!" Gajeel said going into the kitchen.

Lucy got up from her bed and Gray took her spot."Wendy...I'm really sorry." Gray said.

Wendy looked at the floor trying so hard not to cry.

Lucy came over to us and whispered. "Geez. Believe it or not, Gray and Gajeel just made things a little worse for her."

"How so?" Mystogan asked.

"Wendy hangs out with us because she has no other friends. Natsu saw her one day sitting by herself so he invited her to join us. I'm glad I'm her friend but I wish she had someone around her age. They would have more things in common and classes together. It's true Wendy has classes with us because of how strong she is but she doesn't have 2 classes with us and it makes me worry." Lucy explained.

I looked over at Wendy and I saw Gray try desperately to make things better but apparently Wendy looked like she wanted to cry more and more each second. Mira then went over to them and began to scold Gray. "Alright. But that's not why she's crying, am I right?" I asked.

Lucy shook her head. "She lost against Gray."

"But Gray's an S-Class. Wendy shouldn't be to hard on herself." Mystogan said.

"That's true but that's not only it. She felt guilty because she's a Dragon Slayer and since she lost to another Dragon Slayer, she's starting to feel like she's weak and doesn't belong in Fairy Tail." Lucy explained.

"But Natsu isn't an S-Class and he's a Dragon Slayer. Plus, he lost to Gajeel." Mystogan tried to reason.

"I know. I told her that but she said it was because the way she lost."

"What do you mean?" I asked Lucy.

"Natsu's fight with Gajeel lasted longer and their attacks were stronger. Wendy told me that she didn't even last half their time out there with Gray."

We all turned to look at Wendy. "C-Come on Wendy." Gray said. "Everyone loses. You shouldn't be a sore loser." Wendy's eyes began to water. "W-Wait! T-That's not what I meant!"

Lucy sighed. "I've been trying to cheer her up but nothing has worked. I don't know what to do. I thought a dragon slayer would comfort her better by telling her that it's not like that. But so far, Natsu and Gray have failed."

I looked over at Lucy. She looked just as sad as Wendy. Mira came up to us shaking her said and said that Gray isn't doing so well in comforting her. "You think?" I asked sarcastically.

"Laxus, maybe you should try." Mystogan said.

"What? Why me?" I asked. "You're quicker in thinking on your feet. Plus, you'd be better at it. Comforting isn't my thing."

"Oh, Please Laxus!" It was Lucy this time. I turned to her and was about to object but I felt like I had to do it. For Lucy.

"Alright, alright. But you owe me one Blondie." She smiled brightly at me and I began to walk towards Wendy so she wouldn't see my face blushing. I heard Mira giggle.

"Get out of my way." I told Gray. Wendy flinched. I guess I shouldn't have said that so rudely. I thought. Gray looked over to the rest and they simply nodded. He got up and walked over to Mystogan asking what I was going to do. "What's wrong, kid?"

Wendy simply looked at me surprised. I waited for a response. "I'm weak." She mumbled and she began to silently cry. Shit! I thought. "S-See! I'm e-even crying o-over it." She stuttered.

I sighed. "Is it because you lost to Gray and you're a Dragon Slayer?" I asked her. She nodded while rubbing her eyes. I sighed again. Well, here goes nothing...or rather everything about her confidence if I mess up just as badly as those two idiots. I thought thinking about Natsu and Gray. "Wendy, you do realize that Natsu is also a Dragon Slayer and lost right? And he's not in the S-Class."

"I know...B-But...I-I lost so q-quickly." She cried.

" I'm stronger than any of those idiots. Not every Dragon Slayer has the equal amount of power. We all have our different abilities, and doesn't mean they're not worth anything." I explained. She looked up at me. I should explain it better. I thought. "Look, Gajeel is stronger than Natsu, am I correct?" I waited for her reply and she nodded her head. "But Gray is stronger than Gajeel."

"No he's not!" I hear Gajeel say. I ignored him.

"That doesn't mean Gajeel isn't strong."

"Ha, Gajeel! You hear that? Laxus thinks I'm stronger than you so that means it's true!" Gray said proudly.

I rolled my eyes at those two and focused back at Wendy. "It just means that there's someone stronger than you, however that doesn't mean you'll win every fight, but it also doesn't mean you'll lose them either." Wendy simply nodded. I still wasn't convinced she was alright with the whole thing so I continued. "Wendy." I said gently. "I think you're really strong. You have classes with a bunch of Juniors. It may not be the S-Class but man, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm actually a little scared of you. A freshman taking Junior classes? Pretty sure that's why no one messes with you." She cracked a small smile and giggle. Alright. Almost there.

I smiled back at her. "It doesn't matter how strong the guy is. What matter is standing up to him." I waited a moment then I continued. "And that's what you did with Gray during the fight. You didn't back down. And that's also exactly why you belong in Fairy Tail."

She rubbed her eyes and her tears were gone. Her eyes were a little red from all the crying but she seemed alright. "Y-Yeah! I promise I'll keep getting stronger and stronger."

"I don't doubt it. You're a Dragon Slayer after all."

"And when I lose, I'll make sure it won't be from the same person twice." She said. her confidence coming back.

"Well then, if I was Gray, I would be scared from here on out." I replied.

Gray hid behind Mystogan and eyeing Wendy. She turned to me and giggled. I ruffled her hair and got up. "Thanks Laxus." She said.

"No problem, kid. If anyone's giving you hell, you know who to come. " I said cracking my knuckles and giving an evil smile.

"We're a Dragon Slayer family!" Natsu said throwing his hand up.

"Yeah! You're our little sister!" Gray said smiling.

Wendy smiled and blushed. "L-Little sister?" She turned to me and I nodded. Yeah. I can see that.

"If you're having trouble on any attacks, you can come to us." I said.

"We'll help you out." Gajeel agreed.

I walked over to Lucy and Mystogan nodded to me. "That was so kind of you Laxus." She said.

"Yeah whatever." I said turning to watch Gajeel and Gray arguing over who's stronger and Wendy talking to Natsu and Mira. Lucy smiled and leaned in to kiss my cheek. I looked at her surprised. "Now I don't 'owe you own'" She said.

I simply smirked. "You know, if you wanted to kiss me to begin with Blondie, you should've said so."

"You're Blonde to!" She said.

We left Wendy's dorm and were headed towards our own.

"You know she never denied it." Mystogan said as he opened the door to our dorm.

"What?" I asked.

"That she wanted to kiss you to begin with." Mystogan replied.

I smirked. "No, she didn't, did she?" I said thinking of ways to make her blush next time I saw her.

"Come on." He said as he went in. "Want to play this new video game I just got?"

"Since when do you own video games?" I asked. It was true that Mystogan would play and I would sometimes join in to either play against him since he always claimed that he was bored playing alone; or in teams with him and against Gray, Gajeel, and sometimes Natsu. Of course we also won against those idiots.

"Okay, fine. They're all Grays but he said I can keep some." Mystogan replied.

I went over to the couch and said "Sure. Get ready to lose though."

"Bring it on." Mystogan said smiling. "With everything you got."

~End of Flashback~

...But I don't want to beat up a little girl like Ice Freak did and ruin her confidence...even if she is the enemy. Laxus thought about it again. No. That's not it. I looked over at her. She just reminds me so much of Wendy.

"How old are you anyways?" I asked.

"I'm not so young! I'm 14!" She said. Huh. Same age as Wendy.

"What's this thing called again?" He asked looking at his wrist.

"Sensory Link." She replied."This spell allows me to link two different people's senses by using strong feelings of some sort between the two people that are being linked. These two linked people are distinguished by a spell and it won't work if they are near each other." She explained.

"Yeah, I got that part" I mumbled.

"Then you should've brought her with you!" She shot back.

"Look. I don't want to hurt you and you end up crying so step out of the way and take this stupid bracelet off. Pink isn't really my color." Laxus said.

"Yeah but it might be hers~" She said.

Laxus glared at her thinking about Lucy. "I don't have time for this." Laxus was about to use his weakest move on her so she wouldn't get so hurt when she mumbled something.

"Maguilty Sodom." She had created teal Magic Blades.

Laxus used his Lightning Body in order to have it protecting him while not hitting her, but as he saw that they were passing his magic, he quickly moved to the side but got hit by three. All three in the same arm. It stung a little but all he kept worrying about was that Lucy must've felt it to.

Laxus was about to use that previous weak move to end it all but she did something unexpected. "Three Spread Sensory Link!" She shouted.

"I've already suspected that I won't be able to beat you." She said holding up her wrist for Laxus to see. She now had the same bracelet as Laxus.

"So you're telling me that you're going to sacrifice yourself in order to take me down?" Laxus said.

"If it means that I won't let my Guild down, then yes."

"Do you actually really think you're life isn't worth much?" Laxus mumbled. "Well...I'm tired of this." Sorry, Lucy...this is gonna hurt. Laxus was about to use his Lightning Dragon's roar but he thought that, that would hurt Lucy to much. He thought of another move. He was going to fight in melee, a hand to hand combat.

He clenched his hand and lightning was surrounding his fist creating a lightning orb. He then surrounded his body with lightning and used his Lightning Body in order to teleport closely in front of her. With the lightning orb he created, he punched her in the stomach. Her eyes widened and she fell onto her back. "I-I can't move my body!" She said.

"Huh. I guess you can defeat someone with a punch." Laxus smiled referring back to what Gray said about defeating Hades with a punch. He stretched his back feeling the pain she was but it didn't hurt him. The bracelet in his wrist disappeared. "Yeah, you'll feel like that for a while. It paralyzed you." He rubbed his head. Sorry Blondie.

"Y-You would go through all the pain and cause the one you love pain in order to win?" She asked.

"I would actually want to avoid that, but I know that if I didn't you would cause so many people I care about pain. I know Blondie would want me to do it this way. We're both strong enough to handle it." He explain.

"Do you call everyone by their hair color?" He looked at her. "You called me 'Pinky' referring to my hair."

"Oh right! What's your name?" Laxus asked.

"Since I lost, my life belongs to you." She said. Before Laxus could tell her that, that wasn't necessary she continued. "Meredy...My name's Meredy." She said, her eyes watering.

"Meredy, huh? Well that fits. My name's Laxus."

"W-What do you mean." She said holding back her tears.

"Meredy, from Fairy Tail." Laxus said.

"W-WHAT?! I'm..I'm not from Fairy Tail. My guild is-"

"Yeah I know." Laxus interrupted.

"I don't deserve to live!" She yelled out. "I deserve to die if I lost! That's what my guild taught me!"

"If you're guild makes you feel like you're not worth much then you should change guilds." Laxus told her. "If lives were lost today...then today lives were also born. How important each and every day is...depends on how important you feel it is to you." Laxus explained. "So...come join Fairy Tail. I got this person I want you to meet anyways."

Meredy looked up into the sky and tears began to roll down her cheek. "Fairy Tail, huh?"

Laxus was about to reply, when a man with long dark hair tied in a ponytail appeared. "Already lost?" The man said.

Meredy's eyes widened. "B-Bluenote!" She stuttered.

"And to a Fairy much less." The man continued. "I wonder...Do Fairies really fly? You're a fairy, aren't you? You must be since you're from Fairy Tail." He asked tilting his head.

Laxus was about to teleport when Bluenote, with a whiff of his hands, increased the gravitational force around him effectively immobilizing and damaging him at the same time. "Nope...still can't fly...Fall." Meredy began to shake, knowing what would happen next from that attack.

Laxus was sent to the ground.

Shit! I completely forgot about this. I sometimes remembered but I was to lazy. How man years has it been? 3? Sorry about that. If any one is still reading.
