"There," the hair stylist says, having finished. "Do you like it?"

Usagi examines her hair in the mirror. "It's perfect," she sighs, amazed. "Thank you very much." She pays her, tipping high, then walks out.

"Is that Tsukino Usagi?"

"It is! Hey, Motoki-onii-san!"

"Wow, hey!" he says, walking over to her. "It's been forever, how are you?"

"I'm hanging in there!" she says, smiling. "How 'bout you?"

"I'm good, Pops handed Crown over to me and Unazuki last year. Where have you been, anyway?"

Crap! Usagi makes up a quick lie. "Well, my family moved away, and since I just graduated, I decided to move back on my own. Well, I've got a couple of friends with me, but, you know."

"Oh, well, awesome! Glad you decided to come home!"

Home. When was the last time she felt at home? 3 years ago, she guesses. "It's really great to be home. I've really missed everybody."

"Hey, we've still got the V game. Wanna give it a shot, for old times' sake?"

"Sure, sounds fun!"

"Everyone, we've got a problem!"

"What's the buzz, Art?" Makoto says to the comm watch.

"Well, there's a great power detected at the Control Center. It's very strong, so I think you should all go check it out."

"Alright, we'll go check it out. Thanks for letting us know, Artemis."

"I'm counting on you five. Good luck."

"You know exactly what it is, don't you, Artemis?" a female voice says in the shadows of the alley next to him.

"Yeah, I know. It's been a while, Luna," Artemis says, smiling.

Luna walks out of the shadows. "Sorry for not keeping in touch, but I just couldn't. It would've been unfair to Usagi-chan."

"It's fine. Let's see how things turn out, hm?"

"Yeah."

Mamoru and Rei jog into the game center, on guard. "Furuhata! Is someone using the Sailor V arcade game?"

Motoki shrugs, grinning. He definitely knows something. "I dunno. Go and see for yourself."

Mamoru gives him a sideways look, and, with Minako joining them, the three soldiers head towards the game.

Once they reach it, they can't believe their eyes. A girl about the Guardians' age is playing the game intently. She has long, blonde Odango-pigtails, and is wearing a tight-ish black t-shirt with a faded design on the front, ripped, dark-blue, skinny jeans, and black combat boots. Are they dreaming?

"B-Buns-head?" Mamoru tries.

"Hold on a sec," she says, giving him one finger, her cute voice all too familiar. "I'm about to beat this level." Makoto and Ami join them, staring bewilderedly.

"Is this chick for real," Makoto says, "or is she just a wannabe?"

"We're not sure yet, but don't get your hopes up," Rei replies.

The girl stands straight and faces them. She smiles sweetly. "I'm home."

"This is the place, right?" Haruko asks, looking up at the sign that reads "CROWN GAME CENTER".

"Don't see no other place called Crown, 'sides that diner 'cross the road, and I know she said 'Arcade'."

"Well, I guess we'll see, then."

The doors slide apart with a veen, and the couple is greeted with a loud squeal. "Usagi-chan!"

"Hey, sorry 'bout that!" a guy in an apron says. "There's a girl who's a good friend of ours that just came back. We haven't seen her for three years!"

"Yeah, I'm gettin' that," Akira says, cringing at the loud screeches and sobs. "By chance, is that chick named Tsukino Usagi?"

The guy blinks. "Y-Yeah, you know her?"

"Well, yes, we're her roommates, from Kyoto. She told us to meet her here," Haruko explains.

The guy nods, understanding. "Oh, okay!"

Haruko approaches him, and holds her hand out to shake. "You must be Furuhata Motoki. She's told us about you. I'm Taiyono Haruko, and this is my, um… friend, Chiba Akira."

He shakes their hands. "Hey, how you doin'?" Motoki sighs and runs his hand through his hair. "You, uh, said she talked about me? What- What'd she say?"

"She said you were really nice, like a big brother, and good-looking. She said she used to have a big crush on you, you know, before Mamoru-san."

Motoki rubs the back of his head in embarrassment, blushing. "Aw, well, I don't I'm that good-looking…" he laughs flusteredly. "She, uh, really said all that?"

Haruko nods. "Well, we should be getting, or else she wonder where we are! It was a pleasure to finally meet you, Furuhata-san!"

"The pleasure's mine, Haruko-san," he says, smiling.

As they walk away, Akira says under her breath, "I think he likes you."

Haruko snorts. "Please. He's, like, 22. What, are you jealous?"

"N-No. Psh, why would I be jealous of some guy?"

Haruko smiles. "I love you, Akin," she says, grabbing her hand.

"I-I love you, too. Not like it matters," she says, making Haruko laugh.

"Haru-cha~n!" Usagi says, breaking free of the bear group hug she was swarmed in. "Ah, I can breathe again!" She turns back to her other friends. "Guys, this is Taiyono Haruko and Chiba Akira!"

Haruko smiles. "You must be her friends that she always speaks of, and, of course, the Chiba Mamoru she absolutely won't stop thinking about, am I right?"

"Haru-chan!" Usagi exclaims, very embarrassed. Her face is beet red.

Mamoru blinks. "Uh, y-yeah, that's me! It's good to meet you." He reaches to shake their hands. As soon as he takes Akira's hand, he instantly lets go. "What… was that?"

"M-Mamo-chan, honey, you may need to sit. There's something we need to tell you." Mamoru sits in a nearby stool. "You see, Akira is-"

"Your sister," Akira interrupts.

"I-I don't have a sister," Mamoru says, trying to figure out the situation.

"You do, you just don't remember her. See, she's Sailor Earth. She looks just like you, she's certainly as annoying, and her family name is Chiba. It all adds up. She remembers you, even though she was just two the last time she saw you. She remembers everything from the accident till now. She has a photographic memory, caused by the accident, just the opposite of your amnesia."

"Yeah, you knocked my head real good," Akira says sarcastically.

Mamoru runs his hand through his hair and sighs heavily. "Wow, what a lot to take in! I didn't know I had a sister."

"Yeah, well, it ain't like findin' out you have a bastard child!" Akira snaps. `God, I hate this guy already. So damn annoying!`

"Ay! Chill, girl," Makoto orders. "What's your problem?"

"My problem is I don't see why the two of us ain't ever good enough for Usagi! All she does is take, take, take, and it's never damn good enough! We do everything to keep her from breaking down, and she still has to run back to y'all here! We always protect her, always try to cheer her up, and she still needs more! She's like a friggin' baby!"

"Akira! How could you?" Haruko scolds, then lowers her voice. "She's our Princess!"

"I…" Usagi says quietly, looking down at her toes. "I… I'm… sorry. I didn't realize… that I was being a burden. I sincerely apologize. Please don't leave me, though. I need you. You're all my precious friends, and I can't imagine life without any one of you."

"You can't always get what you want, Usagi."

"I'm Usagi, now, huh? Not Blondie? That's okay. I guess I deserve that. I really do like you, Akira, even if I have a funny way of showing it. I do like being around you. I don't just like you, Akira. I love you. I love all of you. I don't know what I would do if something were to happen to any of you. Maybe that does make me weak, but I still cannot do it."

Akira begins to walk away. "You comin', Haru?"

Haruko swallows. "N-No… I can't stand by you this time, Akira. This is the Blonde Queen you always dreamed about, and I believe we are supposed to stand by her no matter what. So, I stay."

"Alright, suit yourself. I can't make any decisions for you. Sorry. I love you."

Tears slip down Haruko's face, and she begins to sob into Usagi's chest. Usagi tries to console her, but what good is it when she's feeling the exact same way?

"Are you happy, Akira? You've finally managed to break her heart. I thought you promised you would never make her cry! What the heck happened to that?!" Akira ignores her, still walking away. "JERK! Come back here and answer me, dammit! GET YOUR BUTT BACK HERE! THAT'S AN ORDER, DAMMIT!"

"You can't make me do anything anymore. I'm breaking all the rules, now, so I'm out of your control. Screw the Moon Kingdom. Screw civilization. I ain't no fricken Sailor Earth anymore. You can forget it. Screw you. Screw all of you. I don't flippin' care. So, buzz off, little faggots." She sends the peace sign to them behind her back, and leaves, the doors sliding open with an annoying veen, as if they're laughing at Usagi. Her sight is blurry, so she blinks, feeling the hot tears slide down her face in frustration and agony.

The two of them fall to the floor, crying. Haruko starts losing control. She starts hyperventilating.

"Haru-chan, Haru-chan, calm down, just breathe, slowly now, breathe in through your nose, that's right, slowly, out through the mouth, calmly, that's right. It'll be okay. She'll be back, I'm sure of it. Don't worry."

Haruko bursts out into loud sobs again, and Usagi holds her head to her chest. "She'll be back. I know it." Then, she whispers, "Mamo-chan and I went through the same thing a couple of years ago, and look where we are now." She remembers what happened back when Chibiusa first came to visit. Mamoru had told her he didn't love her anymore, and ended their relationship. She was heart broken.

"Wait a sec, I'm not gettin' it," Makoto says. "You're talking like they're a couple."

Usagi looks up at Makoto. "They are. They've been a couple for three years."

"More like we were," Haruko mutters.

"Don't speak like that!" Usagi scolds. "That's exactly the kind of talk that caused me to go depressed back then, and even… recently. C'mon, Haru-chan, get yourself together! She'll be back. You have to believe in her. Even if you've never had a fight or anything before, this is good. Look at me." Haruko slowly lifts her head to look at Usagi. "While she's gone, she'll be thinking of all of this, thinking about what she did and her choices. She'll realize just how amazing and beautiful you are, how kind and wonderful, sweet and caring, and she'll hate herself for what she did. When she realizes, she'll be back, and she'll cherish you more than she ever did before. She took you for granted, didn't realize just how important you are to her, and to me, and she will come back for you. I promise you, that's how it will happen. Okay?"

"Y-You r-really think so?" Haruko asks, and hiccups.

"I know so!" Usagi says, and smiles. She pulls Haruko in for a hug, and holds her tight. "She doesn't know what a precious gift she had right in front of her. Trust me, she'll be back. I'm here for you, Haruko!"

"Thanks, Usa-chan!" Haruko says. Usagi pulls her into her lap, and holds her tight. Haruko sobs in her arms.

"Dumb blonde, don't know crap. Pissin' me off!"

"You should chill, Akira-sama."

Jose and Akira are back at the apartment that the Trio is staying in. Akira is packing the things she had recently unpacked. She stands up straight, puts the backs of her hands at her waist, and stares at Jose. "Wouldja quit it with the 'sama' already? Gettin' on my dang nerves."

"What would you like me to call you, then?"

"Just Akira is fine," she says, continuing to pack. When she finishes, she zips the suitcase up and sets it up right. She sighs. "That's about everything. You comin' with me, kid?"

"Well… You'll need someone to come with you, won't you? I guess I am."

"Aiight, then. Where's your stuff?"

"It's in my bag. This bag is from the future, it can hold and anything and everything you own. All you have to do is think about what you want to pull out, reach in, and you pull it out."

"I wonder what other kind of crap Blondie's people'll make," Akira mutters. "Whatever. Let's get outta here."

"Right!"

I actually ended up finishing this chapter before the last one, and even went into the next one. Sorry for procrastinating so badly D:
