Before we get started: (blows on noisemaker) HAPPY THIRTIETH! Yay! Thirtieth chapter, that is c:

Blah blah blah Sailor Moon is owned by Naoko Takeuchi-sensei and TOEI Animation, you know the drill.

Notes: I just started ToraDora, on the third episode, and it's so funny! It's an anime that's been on my list for a long time… Watch it! I hear there are lots of feels o.O If you've watched Clannad, you're used to feels, so it's good T^T USHIO-CHAN, DAISUKI DA! Sorry. *sniffles* Those of you who have seen Clannad: After Story will know what I mean by that ;-;

I hope FUNimation dubs PGSM Crystal! :D I heard that the dubbing is gonna take place in Sweet Ole Texas, which is FUNimation is. I wonder if I'll have to add them onto my list of owners =_=

IMPORTANT: Koko is what everyone in the Royal Family calls Kousagi, well, at least in this story :D Also, Chibiusa and Helios are already married ;) They're 21.

"What?! You're kidding! You can't go to Hokkaido and come back the day before my wedding!"

"Hey, calm down, Blondie, we'll be back in time for your little tea party! It's all good!"

Usagi and Akira are standing in the front room of their apartment, arguing. Usagi noticed that Haruko had left. She seemed to have a headache today, and probably couldn't take the arguing. "But, we need your help planning…"

Akira raises an eyebrow, and Usagi sighs. "What, with those other girls runnin' the show? Whenever we try to help, they pretty much just make us sit and do nothing. They can handle it, Blondie. Let them do it, and let us go to Hokkaido."

Usagi purses her lips. "You go to Hokkaido and have fun with your friends and girlfriend while the rest of stay her and slave over it. Great. Knock yourselves out!" Usagi says, and walks away toward the door. She knows she's being dramatic, but she's mad that Akira thinks she can just waltz off and leave all the work to them.

"Oh, come on, Blondie, don't be like that! I know you can see the way I think! You know I'd just be in the way! C'mon, lighten up a little! You're turning into a-" Akira cuts off, and Usagi turns around.

"What? I'm turning into a what?" she spits.

Akira groans, and rolls her eyes. "Fine. You're turning into a bridezilla. Everything HAS to be perfect. Take a look from my point of view, Usagi."

She has a point; Usagi doesn't have to be so butthurt about her going to Hokkaido with her friends and Haruko. She sighs, and presses her temples, wondering if headaches are contagious. She sighs. "I don't have time for this. I have a job to go to. See ya." She turns around and wrenches the door out of her way, slamming it shut behind her.

"I'm here!" Usagi calls as she walks into the employee lounge of the Randall's supermarket.

"Hey, Usagi-chan!"

"You're late, Tsukino," her supervisor says. "What took you so long?"

"I'm sorry, I got in an argument with my roommate. I'll do my best to be on time for my next shift."

Her supervisor shakes his head, and places a hand on her crown, making her flinch a little. "What on Earth are we gonna do with you?" He sighs, and walks away. "Put on your apron and get to Register 6."

"R-Right!" she says, and sighs. She opens her locker and pulls out her apron.

"Hey, Usagi-chan," one of her co-workers, Sakura, says, smiling. "You're getting married, right? Will we ever get to meet the lucky guy?"

Usagi smiles. "I dunno, maybe. If you come to my wedding, then definitely!"

Sakura's eyebrows shoot up. "Seriously?" she says, and squeals. "Ooh, I just love weddings! I can't wait! When is it?"

"August twenty-first," Usagi says.

"Eh? Hey, wait… Do you know Akira Chiba?"

Usagi's brow furrows. "What about her?"

Sakura smiles in understanding. "Ah, now I see… You're that Usagi!"

Usagi narrows her eyes. "You're one of her friends from when she was away? Meaning you're going to Hokkaido, too, aren't you?"

Sakura smiles sheepishly. "Heh, yeah…"

Usagi sighs. "You can still come to the wedding, if you want. Akira and Haruko have to be there, because they're part of it, so I'm sure you can make it back in time if you want to go."

"Yeah! It'll be fun! I'm looking forward to it!"

Jose sighs, and knocks on the door to Mamoru's apartment. He'd been wanting to talk to the Princess for a while, but didn't have the guts to. He decided to "grow a pair", as they say here in the twenty-first century, and just do it.

Suddenly, the door opens in front of him, and Serenity stands there in nothing but a small tank-top and little pajama shorts, her long, pink hair tied up in a messy bun. Jose swallows, his face heating up, and she rolls her eyes. "Oh, it's just my sister's boyfriend. Come in."

Jose follows her into the dark apartment, and Serenity pauses her music blasting on the surround-sound system. She clears a spot on the couch. "Sit," she commands, and he follows instructions as he watches her disappear into the kitchen.

The apartment is a mess. He remembers Usagi mentioning it being really neat and tidy, so he supposes that Serenity had made it really messy, and that Mamoru probably hadn't had time to clean it, what with having to juggle three jobs, school, and planning a wedding. Jose noticed that they both had slight, dark bags under their eyes at their last planning session. Thankfully, they don't have any enemies to deal with, so they don't have to squeeze that in somewhere.

Serenity comes back out holding a tray with a teapot and two cups. "You're lucky I was feeling like tea before you even came, or it would've been an even longer wait." She shoves her tabloid magazines and empty wrappers onto the floor with the platter, and sits next to Jose. "So, what's up?"

"Well, I, uh, I mean, I just-"

"Just spit it out, Jose."

"Um, well, I guess what I mean is…" He takes a deep breath. "How're things? In- In Crystal Tokyo?"

Serenity smirks. "Translation: 'Does Koko still love me?'" She giggles, and Jose swallows, his face hot. "Yes, she loves you lots and lots, and misses you like crazy. It was like I couldn't come here fast enough!"

"Did… Did your mom send you to take me back?"

Serenity smiles mischievously. "Actually… She doesn't even know I left. Only Helios and Koko know."

Jose nods. "I see." He takes a sip of his tea, thinking about Kousagi. He misses her a lot. If only he could see her now...

Early the next morning, Usagi wakes with a start. She sits up quickly, sweaty and shaky. Her heart pounding, she flips the covers off her futon, and jumps when her alarm goes off. With a heavy sigh, she shuts it off and lies back on her thin mattress. She's not worried that she'll fall back asleep because adrenaline is still pumping through her body from the nightmare.

"Are you alright?"

Usagi looks to where the voice came from, and finds Jose sitting up in his futon across the room. She sighs. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry about me," she replies after a few moments. She gets up and walks out of the room carefully, afraid that she'll trip because she's shaking so badly.

Usagi's suddenly in her room in Kyoto. She sits up and crawls to the door. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she notices that Luna is not there, but expects to find Mamoru downstairs.

She opens the hallway door and silently walks down the steps, which down creak like they usually do. It's almost too quiet. She finds Mamoru in a tuxedo in the kitchen, and moves to take his hand, but stops herself when he disappears. Then, she's shoved onto the ground, and her grandmother is kicking her, hitting her, yelling at her. Usagi is screaming for her to stop, but this only makes it worse.

"My turn," a familiar voice sneers. Her grandmother ceases beating her, only to be replaced by none other than Arisa Tsukamoto.

"No!" Usagi cries, but her pleas are futile as Arisa picks her up by the collar of the white dress that only now does she realize she's wearing. Arisa punches her repeatedly, and kicks her, and the blood stains the beautiful gown.

Sobbing, Usagi opens her eyes to her dark bedroom, unable to take anymore.

"Take care!" Mamoru calls over his shoulder as he leaves his last shift for the day, Little Caesar's, a pizza place. When he turns around, he sees a girl. "Usako? What's up?" Usually, she'd still be at her own workplace. For her to be waiting outside of his, twenty miles away, is strange.

She sighs, and looks at him. "I had a weird dream this morning. I think I need to go back to Kyoto."

"What?!" Mamoru says, surprised. "But… why?!"

"I think I need to tell my grandmother that we're getting married."

"I'll come with you."

Usagi purses her lips. "I'm not sure…"

"I'm a grown man, I can take care of myself. I should be there, anyway."

Usagi sighs, and smiles. "Alright. But, what I really need to warn you of is my behavior. It's a lot different from here. That's why I'm afraid. I don't want you to see me like that."

Mamoru wraps his arms around her, and she sighs. "It'll be fine. I want to know more about you."

Usagi laughs without humor. "Not that side."

"I don't care. Who do you think I am, anyway?"

"Mamoru Chiba, the most amazing person in the world."

"With at least one exception."

"Thanks for insisting."

"That's my job."
