"How is this possible?" Bonnie was perplexed.

Vicki smiled. "In the end, the witches did keep their promise to Matt." She stopped smiling. "Of course, Matt died and that wasn't part of the plan." She looked at Kol.

"Did they turn you human?" Bonnie quickly formed a line of thought.

"No, I died as a vampire, so I came back as one..." She said with an evil twist to an enticing smile so peculiar to her.

"What do you want, Vicki?" Bonnie asked her uneasily.

"Oh that..." She brought her shoulders together. "Damon's head on a platter, revenge over my brother and a whole lot of pain, but don't worry, we'll have time to catch up properly." She had a small step that would've taken her closer to Bonnie, but instantly Kol moved to cut her off. "Cool down, lover boy, I only want Damon."

"You just said that you wanted revenge for your brother's death." He reminded her.

"I just got back." She opened her arms with a sulk. "Give a girl a moment to breathe and to get her crap together. Besides, I didn't get to have fun as a vampire since the Salvatore duo killed me." Vicki pursed her red lips, playfully. "Then there's that tiny detail about dead blood and all..."

Kol eyed the woman, searching for a reason not to shred her into pieces immediately.

"Let her go." Bonnie asked him softly.

Vicki turned away smugly. "Send all my kisses to Damon."

Kol grimaced because instead of looking worried about this unexpected vampire visit, Bonnie was lost in her own world. "Bon..."

She looked up from her black boots and smiled at him.

He smiled because it had been a while since he last saw an honest and happy smile from her.

"I think that I know how to bring Elijah back." She said with a shimmering light in her eyes.

Caroline stood flabbergasted, as she watched the opulent structure. On her mini guide, it stated that it was the largest wooden structure in the world, and she was really impressed by it.

Klaus smiled, because of her stunned expression and reached out his hand for her to take.

Instantly, Caroline entangled her fingers with his, and hid her other free hand inside of the pocket of her casual flowery dress.

She leaned over his arm blissfully.

"Is it true that archaeological findings stopped this place from becoming a parking lot?" She quietly asked him, as they stepped inside of the ultra-modern structure that was so different from the medieval surroundings Klaus had spent the morning showing her.

Klaus watched as she looked up fascinated, it would never cease to amaze him how much information Caroline seemed eager to gather, she asked about everything surrounding her, read everything she could get her hands on and she always wanted to see more, to know more, to ask about his own views on things and he just loved it all.

"Yes, and upon the findings, they've turned the location into a museum. Later on, they added a farmers market, an elevated plaza and a restaurant where we will be having lunch today."

Caroline twirled around and landed on his chest with a soft giggle. "I love it! I love Las Setas de la Encarnación." She showed off the Spanish accent that he taught her in 24 hours.

Klaus stroked her happy smiling face and kissed her lips lovingly. "Would that be your attempt to turn me on, Caroline?"

"That is a strong possibility." She laughed and gave him another peck, then she pulled his hand to drag him along with her happily. "Come on, I need food." She made a desperate voice. "I'm starving!"

Rebekah closed the door of his car with a look at Damon, there had been nothing but silence between them all morning.

"She's meeting us here." He simply informed her, as they walked in the direction of a small diner by the road.

She was the first one inside, as he held the door for her, and she chose a table next to a window.

After she ordered breakfast, Damon was occupied with his phone, so she focused on the dreary landscape outside.

A few minutes later her breakfast arrived but all that Rebekah tried was the coffee, she wasn't feeling that well this morning.

"Well, she's late." Damon dropped his phone on the table, ticked off.

"She couldn't find good parking for her broom?" Rebekah asked without looking at him.

"Are you still upset with me because of that comment I made yesterday about the leaves?"

Rebekah shrugged. "I didn't lose sleep over it."

He leaned over with a sigh. "Bex... I like you better when you're not acting like a pouting princess."

"I like you better when you're not being a wanker." She returned with sass.

"I'm not a good guy." He leaned back on his seat.

Rebekah fixated on him. "Tell me that you didn't feel anything when you kissed me."

Damon quickly shrugged it off. "What I felt is probably not what you don't want to hear."

She kept her eyes on him, determined. "This unspoken flirt that we have going on is not helping us at all."

"I miss the old Bex..." He said, looking away from her. "… the sexy kick ass Bex, didn't have as many human dilemmas and issues."

"I miss her too, Damon. She didn't have a boyfriend that she loved wholeheartedly and that turned out to be one of the master planners behind the mega Original hunt."

Damon looked back at her, she was the one avoiding his eyes now and looking outside.

"So, he was a lying psychopath, I've dated a couple of those as well, but they only get to you if you let them."

Rebekah smiled. "Don't worry, I won't bother you with my problems. As soon as we get back, you can count on my entire change of attitude."

Damon was going to answer her, but his phone buzzed, when he saw Stefan's name on the screen, he touched the Ignore button.

"That's one of your specialties, Damon, ignoring." She struck ruthlessly.

Damon looked up at her confused. "How exactly did we fall into this... married couple spat, breakfast routine?"

Rebekah didn't answer him because an unknown woman sat down just next to her.

Damon averted his eyes towards the brunette. "You're extremely late."

The woman was nervous, and her voice came out rushed as well.

"I had to make sure that I wasn't being followed."

Damon groaned exasperated. "I forgot that you had a paranoia disorder."

She glanced around the diner. "Let's make this fast, shall we?"

"I have a witch problem on my hands. She lost her powers, and we need to fix her all back to witchy power bunny."

The brunette squinted. "Was it a consequence?"

"She gave up on her powers, so that she could kill another witch." Damon replied, annoyed that the girl kept twitching in her seat.

"That's the worst crime among us and no one gets away with it, with only a simple power loss."

"Oh, she's still very much alive." Damon widened his eyes, because the only real change was Bonnie's snappy change of mood.

"Then she must have cheated on death before..." The woman said thoughtfully.

"Speak English." Damon demanded.

"There must've been another situation in the past, where she was dying but found a way to delay her death and that's why she's stripped of powers."

Damon pressed his lips a bit. "She sort of gave up on them, so that she could kill her mother."

The woman grabbed her bag ready to leave. "There's nothing I can do for her."

"Wait!" Rebekah grabbed the woman's arm fast but before she could say another word there were images rushing to her mind, the clearest one was Bonnie holding a body in her arms.

"You're a witch as well." The other gasped. "What did you see?"

Rebekah looked at Damon and then back at the woman. "My deceased brother, Elijah."

"I have the gift of foreshadowing death and you just had a free glimpse into my mind."

"That doesn't make any sense, because Elijah is already dead."

"This witch that you're talking about..." The woman turned to Damon.

"She's a close friend." Damon stated.

"What I saw goes way beyond the common magic of salt and black candles."

"You're losing me with all the witchy talk." Damon snapped with a roll of his eyes.

She reached out to take his hand harshly. "I'm telling you that your friend's magic is only dormant, and if she wakes it up it's not going to be pretty. There's only dark magic left inside of her, and I suggest that you keep it on a very tight leash." She quickly stood up to leave just as fast.

Damon and Rebekah looked at each other annoyed. They were going back home with a riddle on their hands.

"Gracias." Klaus thanked the woman at the bar as she handed him two drinks.

From that spot to the street, it was only a minute, but the place was so crowded that it took him a lot longer to reach the beauty waiting for him outside.

Caroline accepted her drink with a big smile, there was such a hectic environment surrounding them at the riverside, where all the young people gathered around to drink in the streets.

She couldn't have loved it more, everyone drinking and talking, either in small or large groups, all mashing up into a huge loud colorful crowd. Music came from everywhere, from the bars, the houses, the cars… It was loud, young and fun, just like her.

"What do they call this, again?" She stared at a strange mix of alcohol.

Klaus smiled. "Botellón, it was banned a few years ago, but the Spanish are all a bunch of rogues." He licked his lips attentively to the dress that Caroline had chosen for tonight.

The short red dress had a ruffle hem and an open back with a circle ring that held these really thin straps, he smiled to himself, Caroline was invested on a very seductive mission tonight as she finished her look with black ankle stiletto boots, while her beautiful golden hair was wrapped in a loose French braid.

"Are you admiring the dress?" She narrowed her eyes at him. "Or imagining me without it?"

His smirk was lewd as he circled his arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him. "I don't want to be accused of lack of romance."

She laughed easily in his arms. "France was romantic."

He kept his adoring eyes on her face. "And Spain, thus far?"

She teasingly inched closer to brush his lips with a light kiss. "I was promised a really hot trip."

Tossing his drink away he took her hand. "If you allow me."

Caroline dropped her drink beaming and followed him through the crowd.

Further down the street it wasn't so busy, but there was this muffled sound of stamping and clapping coming from inside of one of the buildings.

They stopped in front of the steel door where Klaus made his presence noticed by hitting it with his fist a couple of times.

A few seconds later, a huge man opened the door with a harsh look at the couple, instantly his eyes lingered on Caroline and moved by it, he moved aside to let them in.

Caroline was then led through a narrow corridor, the music was getting louder but so was the incredibly dewy atmosphere, the air was dense and hot and she felt intrigued by the mysterious setting.

Once they reached the main area of the club, things really got interesting for Caroline.

Two women were dancing to nothing but powerful strokes of a Spanish guitar and while they circled each other, they were stomping their heels hard against a wooden floor.

Caroline smiled, captivated by everything, by the music, the bright red voluptuous dresses and the long black hair that the women ornamented with red roses. It was all so intense, that she couldn't look away for a single second.

She had heard about this dance, the Flamenco, but it was very different watching it this close.

The proud carriage and the expressive usage of the arms along with the rhythmic stamping of the feet, was breathtaking.

Klaus was letting her enjoy the moment undisturbed, and he only spoke when she looked at him.

"It's safe to assume that I've hit the mark with my choice tonight?"

Caroline was one with him, she wrapped her arms around his neck and rested her lips against his, it was a small kiss at first, nothing but lips pressing each other.

"Thank you for showing me all of these different things." She pressed his lips harder and under this magical sound of gypsy music, she melted into a passionate kiss with him.

Damon and Rebekah were on their way back home, and the trip was again made of silence. "Are we really going to stay mad at each other now?" Damon asked her as a way to break the mood.

She was resting against the window and decided to ignore him anyway.

That made him hit the brakes hard and step outside raging, she opened her door watching him calmly in contrast, even when he looked at her upset and raised his arms in the air mad.

"Are you alright, Damon?" She simply asked him, leaning against her door.

"I like you and I screw everything up, because it's in my nature to place huge hurdles in the middle of the road, even when there's none. I can't change who I am." He confessed in a rant.

She didn't utter a word.

"I'm trying really hard to be that kind of guy." He drifted his hands inside of his jacket.

"What kind?" She asked him calmly.

"The... Stefan-kind of a guy." He muttered.

Rebekah smiled. "I don't want Stefan, I want you."

He looked at her stunned.

"Are you done ranting in the middle of the road like a madcap man?" She asked him softly.

"Yes." He started walking back to the car.

Rebekah returned to her seat with a big smile, she liked him too.

She was resting against his chest and enjoying the show, but she was also enjoying the little kisses that he was leaving on the side of her neck, they were little prickles of skin that really made her giggle. "Nik… stop it." She whispered at him.

Always rebellious, he moved his unshaven cheek a bit against her skin, before dropping a moist kiss in the back of her neck. "You look absolutely striking tonight…"

It pulled a shiver from Caroline, and she moved a little away so that she could look into his eyes.

Maybe it was the music or the heat that filled the Club, along with the loud stamping and clapping that made her heart come to life but there was definitely something messing with her, big time.

Klaus glided his hand down her smooth back, no matter how long had passed or what they had been through or perhaps because of it, they were still able to set each other on fire, by simply looking at each other.

Caroline wanted to speak but words seemed to have vanished from her mind, instead she was consumed by this craving for his hands on her body and his lips devouring her.

She gushed out a harsh hiss as her hand traced his familiar steel chest and when she smiled naughtily at him, Klaus gulped down and pinned her to him, there was no need to make him want her even more, but apparently Spain was bringing something raunchier out of Caroline, or maybe it was marriage.

She inched her lips closer to his and lowered her eyes to his lips, she didn't kiss him, but he felt her lips softening his and felt her hand come between them, stroking him through his Jeans.

Klaus groaned, peeking up above her shoulder, no one seemed to be taking any interest in their little sexy altercation, but he was having a feast on the exposed skin of her back while she moved her knee between his legs, clearly, she wanted him, and Klaus was reacting to that strongly.

He lowered his hands to her ass and pressed her to him, Caroline's steady breath tripped a bit, there was definitely something going on inside of his pants and she looked at him ready to collect on that.

"Enough sightseeing for today?" He asked her, raspy and low.

"Depends on what you want to show me next." She pushed the game just a bit more.

"There won't be enough time to fill a bathtub with water." He assured her.

Caroline's hand was coming around his back and she glided her nails across the fabric of his shirt. "That's not what I want tonight."

The air between them became dense.

"Any thoughts that you would like to share?"

She moaned the tiniest bit, as she inched for a kiss but full of evil, at the last second, she pulled away. "Somewhere, where we can be caught."

She started to walk away.

His eyes were taken by an amber fire and smirking, he followed her.

They made it all the way to the Hotel, truthfully it was only a few minutes away from the club but that's as far as Klaus was willing to wait and Caroline knew it.

She was having fun by just watching him about to implode but she also knew that the longer she made him wait, the bigger and better her reward would be, so while they were waiting for the elevator, she started to get really excited.

The damn thing seemed to be taking an eternity to arrive at the reception floor and Klaus groaned under his breath, there was only one thing on his mind right now and it was pretty much straightforward, so it didn't help that Caroline was smiling at him all innocently.

Finally, the elevator arrived and the boy who operated it, smiled at Caroline, she stepped inside and returned the smile.

She fixed her eyes on Klaus as she stood behind the boy, this is exactly where she wanted to have her scandalous happening.

"Do you have security cameras on the elevators?" Klaus asked the boy instantly.

"No, Senor, we have many famous people staying here, so, for privacy issues, we don't have them here. Paparazzi could steal tapes, you, see?" He wiggled his eyebrows.

Klaus smiled and widened his eyes. "Keep watch, so that we don't get disturbed and if anyone asks, the elevator is under maintenance. Thank you, that will be all."

The boy nodded compellingly and left them alone.

As soon as the doors closed, Klaus flashed to Caroline and grabbed her neck hauling her close, he kissed her roughly and she returned his passion on the same level.

Klaus's hands moved down her back and he cupped her ass, pulling her up and pinning her against the wall, she laced her legs around his waist at once, and when his lips traveled to her neck, Caroline smiled happily.

This was going to be good.

Klaus searched for her lips again, kissing her deeply but a little less slowly than usual and Caroline enjoyed the hastiness in him, as well as his almost desperate need to have her.

She moaned into his kiss, messing up his hair before sneaking her hand under his shirt.

Klaus broke the kiss breathing hard as he felt her hand on his skin.

Caroline looked into his eyes as he slowly caressed her naked leg, when he reached her ankle-boot he slowly took it off while keeping his hungry eyes on her.

The sensuality behind it was erotic to her and she couldn't even explain why, but when he did the same with her other boot she shivered because that was not all she craved that he stripped her from.

There was no need to read her thoughts, and Klaus easily tore the fragile metal circle that held all these tiny fragile straps of her dress, he watched lustfully as it fell down Caroline's faultless body, rendering her naked to him.

"I really liked that dress." She groaned before taking his lips eagerly.

Her hungry hands tore his white shirt apart, buttons and fabric flew everywhere inside of the elevator to expose his perfect chest to her.

Klaus treated himself by placing warm kisses on her shivering skin, on her neck, her collarbone and then up to her chin, assaulting her mouth again while he caressed her breasts.

There was an implicit urgency in him that was new and exhilarating for Caroline, she stroked his broad back and moaned loudly when he brushed her nipple with his thumb.

She gushed out a lot of air, it was getting impossible to wait, her fingernails found his chest and she clawed them down leaving red marks of her ultimate need and desire for him.

Easily, she opened his belt and his jeans with a shaken movement because she found herself shuddering for him, she pushed his boxers down stroking him like she had done back in the Club but with nothing between them this time.

"Caroline…" He deeply whispered her name as he tore apart her thong and returned the favor by cupping her warmth with his hand.

She threw her head back bulking her wet core against his long fingers that found a way inside of her, she couldn't focus much but she still managed to whimper his name before he curled a finger inside of her, to touch that one sensitive place.

It took her everything to keep it together, it was ridiculously too soon to yell his name.

He removed his finger from where he needed to be himself and Caroline understood his need very well, she was longing for all of him as well.

Caroline clasped his neck with one hand, while the other hand went down between them to guide him.

With a slow motion, she lowered her body to take him inside, and she closed her eyes, trembling with the amazing sensation of Klaus entering her determined.

The same determination that he showed when he pressed her against the wall and buried himself deeper inside of her with another commanding thrust, followed immediately by another harsh one.

Ok, that was mean, but God damn it, she loved every second of it.

Klaus wasn't stopping now, and his pace became relentless, Caroline whimpered because it wouldn't take her long, he was hitting her right where she wanted him to and when he leaned over to kiss her neck, she reached up to grab on to something.

Only that she was pinned against a flat wall, so instead she wrapped her arms tightly around his neck while he drilled her against the wall.

Caroline rested her forehead against the penchant of his neck and bit her lip hard when he cupped her ass, propelling her just a little bit further up the wall, so that he could settle better between her legs and really lose himself completely inside of her warm heaven.

"Oh God, yes, Niklaus..." She murmured, far away from sanity, it really felt good to be taken like this.

Klaus knew exactly what triggered her, and she came easily but he didn't stop.

He gripped her hips, adjusting again inside of her and pushed hard, fast and lost in her panting cries.

One of his hands found its way to her breast again and Caroline knew that this was it for her, the way that he was pounding into her while caressing her was rushing her second orgasm.

She moved her leg, and her knee was buried against the crook of his back, Caroline pressed herself closer to him for the last seconds and started moving along with him, meeting his thrusts with her hips while sinking her nails deep into the back of his neck.

"Nik… I love you…" She whispered against his ear.

Klaus pinned her shoulder to him and grunted as she cried out louder, announcing how near she was, he kissed her shoulder and squeezed her nipple knowing that that would bring her home.

Her entire body quivered for him, and a set of waves welcomed his powerful release.

Caroline blissfully moaned and placed a warm kiss on the side of his neck while she caressed his skin.

Protectively, Klaus circled his arms around her. "I love you, Caroline..." He whispered out of breath.

She pulled away from him, just enough to take in the look of love in his eyes and smiled at him before his lips came down on hers for a kiss.

"That was earth-shattering right there, but I really liked that dress." She complained, before kissing him again.

"Bonnie, you've spent all day on the phone with Angelus, so what specifically are you up to?" Kol demanded answers, as she scattered more books and old scrolls over the table.

"I needed to know if he had somehow tried to bring Elijah back already." She focused on her task, opening another book.

"We've been through this once before, he hasn't been able to contact Elijah, ever since Nik died." Kol was starting to get worried.

Bonnie tapped the page under her finger and then narrowed her eyes.

She was going to get another book from the library, when he finally snapped.

He took the book from her hands harshly. "Talk to me, I'm right here, Bonnie."

"The first time that Vicki tried to cross over, I sent her back but by accident I opened up a door to the world of the dead and they all crossed over to this side. It took my magic, along with my Gram's, to close it back, but what if I opened that door when I tampered with Klaus's life? If that door is still open, there is a way for us to guide Elijah right through it."

"He would have to be a restless spirit in order for that to happen. Right?"

Bonnie nodded. "That's why I needed to know if Angelus has been in touch with him."

"Well… has he?" Kol asked anxiously.

Bonnie looked at him seriously.
