Her warm smile was the first that he saw, when Klaus opened his eyes.
She was only wearing one of his buttoned-up shirts, and it was Caroline's sexiness down to a tee.
He sighed, because she was just a soothing morning sight.
"Good morning." She said sweetly.
He stood up and trapped the quilt around his waist with a knot, he neared her with a smile and a bit of his haughtiness back. "Good morning, little Elf, what do you have reserved for us today?"
Caroline gave him a mischievous smile and pointed above their heads.
Klaus slowly looked up, finding the mistletoe that she had been busy putting up before he woke up, and he chuckled. "I suppose that if it's snowing outside, kissing under the mistletoe is mandatory."
She nodded, while getting on her toes to kiss him on the lips, Klaus replied to her kiss sweetly and stroked her cheek.
"How do you like Christmas, so far?" She asked him with a smile.
"It could be too early to establish it as my favorite festivity." He candidly said.
With a change in her smile, Caroline seductively lowered her hand from his chest to his hand and started walking.
Klaus followed her, a bit suspiciously to the sofa.
She placed her hands on his shoulders, and with that, Klaus comprehended that he was meant to sit down.
After a flirtatious peck, Caroline flashed away from his sight for a few seconds.
When the smoldering voice of Michael Bublé filled the room, she closed the curtains to leave the snow outside and the heat inside.
Birds flying high
you know how I feel
The voice seductively set the tone, and Caroline started moving her body slowly to the tune, she was standing in front of Klaus, looking at him as enticing as the music made her feel.
She toyed with the first button of his shirt, teasing at first before opening the two first buttons.
Caroline glided a hand along her leg while her hips swayed, she lifted the shirt only for a bit, while she turned her back on him to toy with his senses.
She was so enticing that Klaus was struggling not to touch himself, while she was dancing for him, and her body wasn't even that exposed yet.
Almost on cue with his resistance, Caroline turned around to show him that she had unbuttoned the shirt entirely.
Klaus rested his palms forcefully on the sofa, tensing, because he wanted to have a hand wrapped around his growing erection upon the view of Caroline wearing an erotic sheer mesh red halter-neck style monokini.
Lazily, she turned on her side and lowered the shirt to show her shoulders, but now Klaus also had a privileged insight to her lewd garment, it was tied up in the back with three tiny little knots.
One was behind her neck, another in the middle of her back and the tiniest one was revealed when she dropped the shirt to the floor and exposed a really thin G-string.
In the front, she was covered by sexy lines of red sizzling fabric but in the back, her perfectly curved milky-white body was all bare for adoration.
The song picked up rhythm, and Caroline really got into it, she moved her hands to hold up her hair while rotating her hips in perfect evil ways.
Klaus cleared his throat and straightened up on the sofa, his hand was itching and his erection was hardening.
Obviously, his Christmas was very different this year, and he licked his lips, noticing how she was undoing the small knot behind her neck.
She looked behind her shoulder teasingly, before nearing him.
She brushed his lips with hers softly. "Am I doing a good job?" She whispered with a smile.
He growled, running his hands over her ass. "I need to do something about…" He hissed, because Caroline touched him over the quilt.
"Ummm…" She moaned sinfully.
As tauntingly as her next move was, she turned on her back and pressed herself against him.
She rested her hands over his knees and started rubbing her ass against his hard sex, and truthfully, Klaus only didn't act on it because the quilt was still between them.
She moved like a wave against him, while Klaus started caressing her body. She rested her head against his shoulder, but her ass was still grinding against him.
Klaus started kissing her neck and undid the knot that held her front in place.
Caroline started working faster against him, like she was riding him without having him inside of her and Klaus's breath thickened against the side of her neck.
Caroline had her eyes closed, and she happily moaned louder when he cupped her naked breasts, he caressed her gently while she buckled her ass again and again against him.
Klaus's lips were scorching on her neck, and he groaned against her skin when his orgasm threaten to arrive as a result of her grinding and rubbing, and honestly by how incredibly hot she was right now.
"Bite me…" She said with her eyes still closed.
Without moving his head, Klaus descended his fangs until they pierced through her skin, and he drank from her, while Caroline grabbed the back of his neck with her hand.
"There's one more knot to undo, Nik…" She informed him in a shaking voice.
Klaus pulled her to him so that she was sitting on his lap, he wasn't bothering with that one and simply tore the string apart.
She lifted, only enough for him to slide the monokini out of the way and for her to part the quilt.
She locked her eyes with his and kissed him roughly, while Klaus masterly buried two fingers inside of her.
He pumped his fingers in and out of her so skillfully that Caroline jolted in no time, even before he made a thrusting move.
Caroline whimpered with her eyes on his, as he settled inside of her, and she started moving to meet with his slow thrusts.
She rested her hands on his knees and swayed to him, just as he slowly buckled his hips up.
She tossed her head back, still taking him in, but entirely lost in a pleasure that only Klaus was able to pull out of her.
He moved, almost painfully slow. He kissed her neck, all the way to her earlobe.
"Christmas is expected to last for three more weeks, is it not?" He whispered in her ear, with another deep thrust into her.
Caroline cried out as his fingers found her warmth, as well.
She started to ride him faster, while he worked on her and it all came down for her with a loud yell for his name.
Smiling, she rested against him when the wave settled down. "Didn't I tell you that Christmas was amazing?"
He was still caressing her heated body with a loving touch. "There's not a fault on sight."
She kissed him on the lips, before she moved into a different position.
Caroline now faced him and rested her knees securely on the sofa, before she guided him inside of her.
He slid so deep that she hissed in rapture.
"I love Christmas so much…" She said, as she started to ride him hard.
He held her hips in place with a groan, he wouldn't last long, if she kept that pace.
She stroked his chest, leaning back and finding support for her weight in one of his knees. "It's my favorite season." She swayed against him, determined.
"It's escalating highly on my list as well…" He answered in a hoarse voice.
She smiled, riding him faster. "Really?"
He clasped his lips and made this guttural sound that was supposed to be his response of agreement.
"Happy almost Christmas, hubby." Her fangs descended.
Klaus rested the back of his head against the sofa while Caroline leaned forward and bit him with a strong will.
He found a shattering release that was almost visceral.
Caroline smiled against his skin. "I'm going to make you love Christmas." She licked the drop of blood that fell down his neck with a lazy tongue.
It took him a minute to lay her down on the sofa and to take her hard, with a new erection.
Caroline moaned, elated.
She would never be tired of that raw passion of his.
Damon wasn't too happy with the arrangement.
He was waiting for Liz in the Sheriff's office with Elijah. "What do you want exactly with Liz?"
Elijah moved from the window, to look at Damon. "My sister is an Original vampire and you've tainted her with your common blood."
"I'm pretty sure, that's not what I asked you, just now."
"Your blood is in my sister's system… I couldn't be more upset with you, but I have another priority at the moment."
"Would that be Klaus? Why isn't he breathing down on my neck as well?"
Elijah moved closer to the desk, he touched the items there slowly and then in a blur he plunged a pencil into Damon's leg.
"As I said, I currently have another priority but rest assured, that we will all have a reunion soon, to properly thank you for linking yourself permanently to our family."
Damon took the pencil out angry at Elijah, who smiled at Liz when she came inside of the office.
Liz gave Damon a strange look but handed Elijah the file that he asked for.
Klaus stepped into their bedroom running his hand over his wet hair, Caroline was sitting on the bed waiting for him,
She was ready to go out and he smiled, expecting a trip to the Rockefeller Center to see the Christmas tree, that would surely explain why she left him in the shower alone, but as he walked further, he saw the bags lined up on the side of the bed.
Caroline handed him his phone. "You need to call Elijah."
Klaus took his time to reach for it. "With what purpose?"
"My husband does not stay behind in New York, while his brother is out there hunting the man who hurt him. As much as I loved our second honeymoon with snow…" She smiled and stood up. "… I know you, and soldier Nik is dying to come out and play."
"I'm struggling not to take that as a naughty hint." He said with a smile.
"I will never leave you. I know that that's something you're not used to, because distrust has always been part of your life but I'm here now and I love you and I think that it's pretty clear how much passion there is between us, but there's also understanding and respect. And I'm telling you that you need to do this."
Klaus closed his hand around the phone. "The fear of losing you is my weakness and that's hard to accept, Caroline."
"That's exactly why I want you to go after Ansel and to eradicate his presence from our lives." She picked up his jacket and helped him get dressed, then she fixed the lapel smoothly. "Now go be all badass and do what you do best."
"And if I return home covered in blood, will you still look at me the same way?"
Caroline smiled at him. "We've always been good at working our differences in the shower, Niklaus."
Rebekah dragged the huge tree to that spot in the hollow of the staircase.
She was determined to have the tree up today, everything kept changing and people were constantly away, but it didn't matter, she was doing this alone.
The loud laughter made her look up to the staircase.
It was Bonnie and Kol, and she sort of hid behind the huge tree, because she wasn't on the best terms with her brother and definitely not in the mood to start a fight when she was trying to dive right into the Christmas mood.
"I need to have something done today, Kol…" Bonnie shook her head. "I can't spend all day locked inside of our room again."
"We need to master our new ability to control volatile black magic." He said with a smile.
"You just want sex." She narrowed her eyes at him.
"So blunt and straight to the point, how can I not love you, Bonnie Bennett?"
She tried to go around him but he caught her hand and she was easily pinned between his body and the rail.
"Using the big guns, huh?" She smiled at him.
"Are you referring to my hazel eyes?" He wiggled his eyebrows.
"I was hoping that you would take the opportunity to make amends with Bekah…" She started off subtly.
"Why would I do that?"
Bonnie tilted her head. "Do you want me to wear that cute uniform again?"
"Are you… using sex to extort me, darling?" He asked, absolutely appalled.
Bonnie smiled. "Last night was fun, wasn't it?"
Kol pulled away annoyed. "Not so much, if you used it as a ruse." He started going down the stairs with a loud huff.
She laughed and followed him downstairs as well, lacing her arms around him easily. "My only purpose last night was to try something different and I loved your reaction." She kissed his cheek. "But if you talk to Bekah, I'll let you choose the next costume."
Kol laughed coolly. "I'm an Original, darling, it's going to take a little more than that to break me."
"Really?" She nibbled on his ear. "Is that a test?" She whispered. "Because I like how commanding you're becoming in the bedroom and I might want to take it to the next level…"
He hastily turned around to face her.
She shrugged. "There are a lot of things that you can learn when you visit a naughty lingerie shop… And I did some shopping."
His energy shot up like a broken thermometer and Bonnie was struck with the huge lust that was prickling her skin already.
"Bonnie!" Rebekah tossed her hands in the air, upset that the tree started burning.
Kol frowned, realizing that Rebekah was only five feet away.
Bonnie covered her mouth. "Sorry…"
"Sorry? You bloody set fire to my tree because of your filthy bedroom conversation." Rebekah was beyond mad.
Bonnie focused on putting out the fire but it wasn't fast enough to savage the beautiful tree.
Rebekah pressed her lips sad now, this was definitely a sign that she should give up.
Bonnie looked at Kol, expecting that he would budge and finally clear the air with Rebekah, however, he didn't move an inch.
"Will any of you help me find a new tree?" Rebekah stared at the charred tree.
"Not a chance in all of Christmas hell." Kol responded with a smile.
Bonnie sighed. "I will."
Rebekah looked at her brother, hoping that he would reconsider. "This is becoming a bit ludicrous, Kol."
"My exact thoughts when I think that Damon has sexed his way into this family."
"Is that your best retaliation, after I hurt you?" Rebekah sneered.
"I don't get hurt, sister, I snap necks." He hissed.
Rebekah chuckled bitterly. "Then you're not that different from Nik, are you?"
"Oh, but apparently I am." He dropped in a cold voice.
"I was scared for Nik."
"I know that you don't really pick who you go around giving yourself to, but I expected that after the Matt fiasco, you would at least think before giving Damon free rein."
"I'm going to break a branch from this tree and drive it straight into your heart."
"It's not white. Why don't you go ask Damon if he has a spare, lying around?"
Bonnie touched his arm, because this fight was getting out of control.
"I never do the right thing… for you and Nik, I'm always the weak link and the only one who makes all the wrong choices."
"Your own words, love." Kol bitterly said.
She finally had enough and left, she stormed out of the room but right on the front door's step she froze.
"You look like someone who's ready to pulverize the entire town." Klaus said with a smile.
"I would really appreciate the company." Rebekah replied emotionally.
"I already have plans, sweetheart, but I can always squeeze in a bit of mass murdering to brighten up the day of my baby sister."
Rebekah's emotions broke down to a watery look in her eyes and quietly, Klaus took her into his arms.
"I would appreciate it if you would stop dying on me, love."
Rebekah smiled against his chest. "You know what I would love, Nik? That you would finally realize that you're not alone." She looked at him. "I'm not willing to live my life without you, so stop leaving me."
Klaus smiled mischievous. "I may be willing to compromise on all the above, but don't stop pleading for Damon's life, just yet. I have a pending conversation with him, that might end with his heart in my hand."
"I asked him to turn me."
"I gave him a warning a long time ago."
"It's my life. I get to choose what I want to do with it."
"You're my sister, you have no choice when it comes to your safety."
She laughed. "It's remarkable how some things are so stubborn to change."
"Yes…" He lessened his eyes. "I find it soothing, don't you?"
She rolled her eyes. "Bonnie was turned with Kol's blood in her system and she didn't turn into one of us."
"No, she became the first vampire and witch." He interrupted her.
"That has to do with that energy matter that they both have together, you don't know how it would work on me, so my chances with Damon were exactly the same."
"I don't gamble with chances. I make matters happen as I want them to." Klaus ended the talk upset and went inside of the house.
Rebekah huffed, so far, only Elijah seemed to be on her side, the rest of her brothers wanted Damon dead.
"I'm so happy to have you back." Bonnie hugged her friend tightly.
Caroline returned the hug happily. "I missed you, Bon."
"Are you ok?" Bonnie asked her softly.
Caroline smiled. "I am… London was really rough but Klaus is back and we can finally put that behind our back."
Bonnie stroked Caroline's arm gently, she was here for whatever the other needed.
"What happened to the tree?" Caroline suddenly asked, with a glance at the monstrosity.
"Bonnie and Kol happened." Rebekah answered as she reached the girls.
"Spells?" Caroline teased Bonnie.
Bonnie only smiled.
"Well, we need a new tree and some ornaments. This house needs some Christmas spirit, some lights and uh… can we get some really big red bows to put down the staircase? And we need a list of presents, I already know what I'm getting Nik for Christmas but Elijah is giving me a headache… We need to brainstorm ideas!" She finished excited.
"I'm so emotional that I actually feel human tears approaching." Rebekah said slowly.
Caroline pointed her finger at her. "Keep those newborn vampire feelings tamed, we are going Christmas shopping and I need you on your best styling mojo."
"I missed you, C…" Rebekah said happy to have her bubbly friend back.
When Elijah handed Kol the file, he instantly frowned.
"Are you sure about this?"
"I am… Niklaus found out that they have been moving secrets to use as leverage, so that no one would step in for that mayor position, until now."
Kol closed the brown file after another glance at it. "He has to be working with Ansel…" He shook his head. "Bonnie will not take this one lightly."
"Do you wish for me to speak to her?" Elijah volunteered.
Kol looked at him, forcing a smile. "It's my girl, her father and I will tell her about it."
"As you wish then." Elijah easily smiled.
"Do I still detect a triangle tension in the air?" Klaus joined the two men staring at one another.
"You would be the one with experience, wouldn't you?" Kol asked with malice.
"You should ask the other end of the original triangle. He has twice the experience." Klaus looked at Elijah.
"There's nothing prevailing between Bonnie and I." Elijah quietly said.
"Weren't you offering to speak to her when I came in?" Klaus asked amused.
"I will always care for her wellbeing." Elijah said determined, even if it made Kol throw the file on the table with a snarl.
Klaus held back a smile and looked at Kol waiting for his comeback.
"Make sure you care for her with at least 50 feet between you and her." Kol snapped.
Klaus looked at Elijah promptly.
"Why is this amusing you, Niklaus?" Elijah confronted him.
"I'm very easy to entertain." Klaus said, showing his dimples.
There was a soft knock on the door and a girl came inside of the library, she smiled a bit nervously as she stood inside of a room with three dashing Originals, but mostly because Klaus was there.
Klaus kept his eyes on the file that Liz gathered for them, without paying attention to the girl visibly in awe.
Elijah came near her with a smile. "Do you have news?"
Dani placed her long hair behind her ear. "Filiz just called, Hayley is gathering werewolves on behalf of Ansel, which means that she made contact with him."
Elijah looked at Klaus.
He kept his eyes on the paper. "I need to send out a message…" He looked up, sizing the girl. "Tell Hayley to send the werewolves here, if she complies, she proves loyalty to us and I'll give her a quick death, if not, she wins over Ansel, and I'll let Rebekah kill her."
Dani gulped down as Klaus looked straight at her with his blue intense eyes. "What will you do with them?"
"I'm going to kill them for choosing Ansel…"
Somehow, she felt like she was the only girl in the world because he was looking directly at her. "Can I help with that?" She asked, eager to show her support.
Klaus laughed along with his siblings, because she was transparent.
"You really know how to choose your hybrids." Kol grabbed a bottle of malt for them.
"A good General knows his soldiers." Klaus countered easily.
Dani shyly met his eyes. "You changed my life, the day you turned me, and you have my gratitude forever…"
Kol laughed into his glass. "And you know how to pick your fans..."
"And this meeting is over." Caroline said while crossing the threshold and putting the competition to shame.
Dani knew who she was, and looked down from the forbidden man.
Caroline wasn't threatened, but she still had her say in this and she smoldered her way to Klaus.
He smiled absolutely smitten with her ways.
"I'm going shopping with the girls and I will be out for a while." She placed her finger under his chin.
"Enjoy your day out." He answered smiling.
Caroline locked her lips with his for a kiss, it was a smoldering long and deep kiss.
Elijah focused on his books, and Kol looked at the couple like he was watching a movie while Dani wished that she was the lucky blonde kissing Klaus like they were alone.
Finally, Caroline broke the kiss but smiling kissed his lips softly for a last goodbye. "I'll buy something red." She whispered.
Klaus licked his lips watching her walk away, his eyes wandered to the tight jeans that she was wearing.
Caroline smiled at Dani who hardly returned the easy gesture.
Elijah scolded Klaus, he really wished his brothers would keep some things in the bedroom and left with Dani.
Kol rested his empty glass on the table. "Shall we go pay Damon a visit, while the girls are away?"
Klaus reached for something on the desk and smiling stood up. "I'm itching to talk to him."
Kol smirked when he saw the bat on Klaus's hand.
