Back in the Megazord, we took our controls and began to prepare for attack. All the canons were loaded, and the missiles were locked into place. I could see Tommy getting the Dragonzord ready, shifting it so it was facing Serpentera. Our two Zords stood shoulder to shoulder, looking like fierce soldiers gearing for war. Sadly, they still looked like children in comparison of the towering Zord that hung in the air across town. My mind flashed back to the last time I had seen the metal beast. It has been over ten years now. Lord Zedd had tried to use it to attack Earth. His plan failed but it still make me want to shiver from the thought of it ripping apart the city. We had been lucky that day, something causing it to malfunction. Could we be that lucky again?

"RANGERS!" Alpha cried into the intercom, his voice full of excitement. "I have found the power cell!"

"That's great, Alpha!" Aisha said, pushing back in her chair to face the boys.

"I'm sending you the blue print now. I will load it onto the monitors." There was some static and suddenly, the glass of the cockpit filled with a projected picture. This must have been a new feature that Billy had installed. I didn't recall that happening before. The blue print showed an outline of Serpentera, parts of it's body sections off. In the middle of it's belly, there was a highlighted area. It pulsated like a heartbeat, giving it the feel that it was alive.

"That must be the cell." Billy muttered, leaning forward to get a better look. "Tommy, are you receiving this image as well?"

"Yeah! I see it. We will have to split up. One of us will distract Rosita while the other goes after the power cell." Tommy voice said into our helmets. "Who has the most fire power left?"

"We have twelve missiles left and about 87% power." Adam replied. He pressed a few buttons, looking at the Megazord's readout. "What about you?"

"I've only got about six rounds left but full power. You guys have more mobility than I do. Go for an attack and I will try to catch her off guard." There was some beeping on his end. "We need to finish this before it gets any worse. I know we can do this, guys. We have the power to do anything and we've done this before. Let's show her just what the Power Rangers are made of." A smile spread to my lips as Tommy did his best to come up with a corny pep talk on the fly. Course, it had been years since he had to do one and it was good nonetheless.

The Dragonzord shifted and Tommy faced it in the direction of Serpentera. Slowly, it began to make it's way over towards the long dragon shaped Zord. Serpentera's eyes glowed red as the head slowly moved to face the Dragonzord. Tommy fired a missile towards it, the explosive hitting it's mark on the chest plate. It didn't even move, the giant zord still suspended in air above Angel Grove. Scorch marks covered the front of it from the impact and Tommy continued forward, slamming the Dragonzord into Serpentera. Both fell backwards some, the city trembling as they thundered. The back legs of Serpentera came out of the back of the zord and planted on the Earth. The front two reached out and grabbed hold of the Dragonzord. It was about twice it's size but Tommy's Zord had more mass to it. The sound of metal scratching metal vibrated through the air as we watched the two towering machines pulling against one another.

"We should get into position." Rocky stated, the battle in front of us reflecting in the visor of his helmet. Aisha and I slid back into our seats, pulling our buckles on securely. Below us, I felt the legs of the Megazord lift as we began to walk towards the fight. "Power Sword!" Rocky called out. Above us, the giant sword flew down from the heavens and landed in the right hand of the Megazord. By now, Tommy was blasting more missiles into the chest of Serpentera. They exploded, now causing to harm not only to it's target but also the Dragonzord. It's closeness to the monster Zord caused the front of his Zord to be hit as well. The noise echoed off the buildings around us as we continued to charge forward.

"We need to aim for the cell." Billy said, holding tightly to his controls. "Tommy, how are you holding up?"

"Well, I've been better." Tommy's voice called back. It was very staticky on his end and almost hard to hear him. "You better hurry up. I don't know how much longer I can hold it."

"The Dragonzord is blocking the power cell. You need to get Serpentera either on it's side or facing us. Do you think you can do that?" Billy asked.

"Yeah but you'll only get once shot at this though. My communications are going down. I'll move into position now." The radio cut off, telling us that the power to the Zord was depleting. Leaning forward, Rocky increased our speed and the Megazord ran faster. The Dragonzord unlocked itself from the ground and balanced back on the tail. Reaching up, it's claws sunk into a broken piece of Serpentera's chest plate. It was a deafening crunch sound as it pulled back. The once shiny chrome Zord turned, it's belly facing us as the Dragonzord began to topple over.

"NOW!" Rocky called out. The arm of the Megazord raised as we closed in on the two dragon shaped mechs. Turning the arm, I pulled down on the lever and brought the sword hurdling towards them. Closing my eyes, I knew what was going to happen next. I could hear the crushing noise as the sword sunk deep into Serpentera and right through into the Dragonzord. Opening my eyes, I saw I was right. The Power Sword had sliced right into the metal of Rosita's beast and then into the Dragonzord. Sparks and electrical currents rippled around the blade, wires protruding from both of them. The glowing red eyes of Serpentera dimmed and its energy readings on our screen shot down to zero.

"Tommy!" I called out, hoping he could hear us. I pulled my communicator towards my wrist and pressed the button. "Tommy? Are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm fine." He answered back, relief coursing through me. "I can't get out though. The door is pinned. A little help?"

"I'll go." I said, unbuckling from my seat. I teleported from our cockpit to outside of the Dragonzord. It laid on it's side, the face of it peering up towards the sky. Off in the distance, I could see the sun beginning to set. It sent hues of pinks, oranges and red across the blue sky. Running over, I found the door of the cockpit. It was pressed firm against the street under it. There was no way he was getting out that way. Pulling my blaster from my hip, I pointed at the side of the face. "Tommy, stay away from the left side. I have to blast my way through." I said into my communicator.

"Okay." Pulling the trigger, a beam of pink energy shot out of the end of my weapon. It blew a small hole into the metal. I continued on, putting more into it. Soon, there was the outline of a human sized hole. Putting the blaster back, I ran over and kicked the metal. It gave slightly. I kicked against, a tingling in my spine telling me it had been too hard. The metal gave this time though, following through. Sticking my head in, I saw Tommy standing inside. "I'm glad to see you." He said. I reach out my hand to him which he took. Pulling, I helped him climb out.

"Are you hurt?" I asked, looking up at him as he wiped himself off. He shook his head. Dirt covered his green uniform and there was a small gash in the top of his helmet.

"No. I'm fine. What you about?"

"I'm okay. We're all okay."

"We'll need to head inside of Serpentera to recover Rosita, Goldar and Strasser. They'll need to be arrested and sent to Zordon's planet for their crimes." Tommy said, walking towards the Megazord. Reaching for his waist, he stopped.

"What's wrong?"

"I must have dropped my Dragon dagger in the Zord." He replied, glancing at the ground around him.

"I can grab it." I said over my shoulder, jogging back to the wreckage of the Dragonzord.

Bending over, I ducked into the hole I had created. The power was off now, and it was instantly darker than outside. It took my eyes a moment to adjust to the change. The cockpit was similar to ours. There was chair set up in the middle, green lights on either side of it. Buttons lined the walls and the control panel in front of the cushioned set. On the wall behind the chair was the symbol of the Dragonzord, the signature footprint what used to be on Tommy's Power coin. I struggled to see in here, the dark no seeming to let up. Why was it so dark in here? There wasn't even light from the entrance. Confused, I glimpsed over to where I had crawled in and saw that there was no longer a hole there. Did the Dragonzord have healing powers or something? Running over, I banged on the walls of the Zord. "Tommy!"
