Pre T.A.A.H

Neither Link nor Siegfried knew how to sew. It was a problem. The two of them hardly knew the meaning of the phrase, "Being careful" and did very little to heed it when in regards to their clothing. As a result, many of their garments ended up wrecked beyond possible repair. For the longest time they either dealt with their torn wardrobe, or threw them out and bought the cheapest form of clothing they could find.

That was why they were so relieved to come into contact with people who could find their way around a needle and thread. Better still was the fact that they did not even have to pay for the services. Talim and Sophitia were happy enough to help them whenever the boys asked for assistance, without charge. However, Ivy got so tired of fixing clothes that the two of them had ruined, she had finally had enough and taught them how to mend the weakened seams themselves.

Link found himself halfway decent at the task. Siegfried was quite good at it, rivaling even the women in his group, which was something that Maxi and Yunseong never failed to laugh at when they got the chance. Which was why the knight only ever fixed clothes for Link and Kilik. The knight considered it a gift more than a curse. After all, he was the only one Link would trust enough to mend his hat when it somehow got ruined or broken.

Post T.A.A.H

Siegfried sometimes swore that he could hear voices coming from the weapons around him.

At first he thought it was simply the people holding them, changing their voices slightly for whatever reasons they saw fit. Then he thought that he was perhaps misinterpreting the sounds that the wind would make when it bounced off against certain items. Then he simply thought he was going insane, and refused to dwell on the voices any longer.

Most of them stopped after a while, that or he simply stopped being able to hear them. Two in particular remained. They were both female and both appeared to belong to weapons he was very well acquainted with.

One belonging to the Master Sword, "Such calamity you've helped cause in so little time. The point of our existence is not to harm others."

And one belonging to Soul Calibur, currently residing in Siegfried's Zweihander, "Then what should I do o holy blade?"

"Learn to give him as much, if not more, than what you take."

Fang: Is this last one even canon to TAAH?

Mistress: I kind of wish it was. Sadly, no. It was an idea I had toyed with early in the stories infancy. Maybe I'll toy around with it again someday.

Fang: Until then, R&R please.

Mistress: And thank you.
