Once the family reunites, they learn that there's a prophecy involving Clara. Question is will Clara succeed?

As the final battle draws near, Henry gets dreams of someone else's memories and writes them in a journal. When he finally learns the stranger's name, he uncovers secrets that affects his family and potentially save his mom, Emma Swan from a battle with Gideon, the Dark One's second son. This is going to be a two-part story.

The two develop a powerful and inspirational relationship in which they discover truths that will change them both forever. Based on Nicholas Sparks' 2002 film A Walk To Remember.

AU. Emma moves back to New York after they defeat Zelena, determined to keep her walls up and never realizing what home truly is for her. Meanwhile, Captain Hook is stranded in a new realm where people don't really trust him but where he is determined to stay and create a home for himself. Along the way both find out that sometimes you have to grow apart to find each other again.

A man was going about his normal daily life in Storybrooke until a certain person arrives and things begin to change.
