Leavin' It On The Ice ch. 32
I'm definitely disappointed that we lost the game two weeks but thankful, I have a wonderful girlfriend to cheer me up by making sure that I have an amazing time at the junior prom. I couldn't be more appreciative than I right now and I want to do something special to show her how thankful I am to have her by my side as I have an amazing idea of what I want to do but unfortunately Anna is working even harder than before with the cheer squad. Since Ariel became visibly more pregnant and the cheer captain doesn't want to take a chance on the taller redhead moving the wrong, causing harm to the baby so she decide to find a new girl to work into the routine for National. It mean less time for the two of us to spend together and the time that we do spend together, the cheerleader has fallen sleep on because she's so exhausted as she tried to make sure that everything is going well while trying to keep up her three point two GPA.
If I don't step in now, I think my girlfriend's going to cause some serious injuries to herself if she's not careful and that's the last thing that I want to happen. I watch Anna order the girls on the squad to go through the same routine over and over again for the last two hours as nothing seems to appease and I notice the dark circle underneath her eyes while she seems to be quick to snap at people. Now is more than the perfect time to step in before Anna has a full mutiny on her hands. I step onto the field towards my overworked and over exhausted cheer captain of a girlfriend and before she knew what was going on, I told the girls that the practice which tiredly collapses on the ground as I throw the smaller girl over my shoulder. Anna yells for me to put her down, beating her fists on my lower belly but it does little to deter from what I have plan and I ignore the wolf whistle from people on the way to my dorm room.
Thankfully Marshall has plans with Olivia so she wasn't coming back to the room any time so I open the door, closing it behind me with my foot as I gently place the cheer captain on the bed as she looks up with a rather pissed off on her face. She stand ready to probably to lecture me about what's not okay to do in front of her squad but I quickly cut her off before she could get a word in, kissing her with everything in me and rewarded with a small moan as she wraps her arms around my neck. I wrap my arms around her waist, meshing our bodies together as much as I'm enjoying this, my enjoyment isn't what's important now. I try untangle myself from her but the cheerleader tights her grip on me, pecking me a few times on the lips before nibbling on my bottom lip, making me groan but I push her away by her hips as she looks at me with an adorable pout on her lips.
I guide her lie down on my bed as my hands slowly massage her lower back muscles, earning content moan as I continue to massage her back as the cheerleader's knots melts under my ministrations as I spend well over thirty minutes giving her a full body massage. By the time that I had finish, Anna was sleeping away underneath me and I knew that she's gonna be hungry when she wakes up so I order something from the Grub Hub for the both of us and it wasn't going to get here foe another twenty minutes. I shift the sleeping girl slightly so she's resting beside as she emits cute little snore although if I told her that she does it, it'll only be met with denial and adorable pout so I'll keep it to myself for now. I know how much cheerleading mean to my girlfriend and she's been very supportable during my games as it's time that I show my support for now as I plan to be at every competition that she has, cheering loudly.
I know that the squad's going to do well and I can't wait to see what they've come up to win when someone knocks on my door to find the delivery guy standing behind it with my food. I paid him before gently waking up Anna but only for her to swat away my hand, snuggling further in my covers as I pull out the cover plate, opening it to let the smell of a bacon cheeseburger and animal styled fries. I set it down on the nightstand and it wasn't long before the smell the cheer captain's nose, she wakes up to find the food and quickly chewing down. I turn on Netflix to Bob's Burgers before digging into my double cheese burger and chili fries as my redheaded cheerleader snuggles up to me but it wasn't long before the food was demolished.
"Snowflake, thank you for today. I know that I've been acting a little crazy lately with Nationals coming up and thank you for taking care of me" Anna said kissing my cheek.
"You're welcome and I'm know that you want everything to be perfect but you have to take care of yourself because the squad is counting on you to lead them but I'll always be there to look after you" I said kissing the top of her head.
Thankful Anna loosen the reigns on the squad and started taking care herself while I help her in whatever that I could as Nationals came and went as my girlfriend once again becomes National champions. I never been prouder of my girlfriend than I ever have in that moment as her win motivates me to worker so the hockey team can have a win of their own when Adam calls the team to the hockey rink for a announcement. When I got there, Kristoff look really deep in thought and in shock about something as I sit down next to him but he doesn't notice anything as Eric and Flynn walks to us as the swim captain waves his hand in our stunned friend's face.
"What's up with him? Eat some carrots or something?" Flynn asked raising an eyebrow.
"I don't know. He was like this when I got here and he hasn't said a word" I said shaking my head.
Flynn sets his backpack on the floor before lifting Kristoff's face slightly as he cocks his hand back, palm open and slap the blonde mountain as hard as he possibly could. The blonde hockey player was forced to one side as a huge, angry red mark forms on his face but there was little reaction to do as the former thief shake the sting from his hand. Something must have serious spooked him. I wonder what it is. Adam walk in with the older half of the team before calling our attention.
"As you all know that this is the season that the upper classman are going to spend with you newbies as most of us are graduating including myself and it's been an honor playing along side each and every one of you. There's gonna be an open spot as captain and I thought long and hard about who I want as my successor" Adam said pausing for a moment. "The decision that I have come to is that I have chosen Frost and Bjorman to become my replacement because they've shown real gut during the last game even if we lost"
The guys loudly around us and honestly I wasn't expecting something like this but I know that I want to the guys proud and I know that I'm gonna Kristoff to help if we're gonna lead the team to victory. Phillip pats me on my shoulder in congratulations as Adam gives me a few tips on how to be good leader but also how to be good friend to the guys under me as he gesture to the frozen statue on the bench and I know what he was trying to tell me. The mountain guy doesn't snap out of his stupor as I drag him by the collar of his shirt towards the swimming pool that the swim teams uses to the practice with the guys close behind us before pushing him into the chill water without a second thought.
"What the hell, Elsa?" Kristoff asked surfacing, angrily. "Are you trying to give me a cold?"
"if you can survive a snowstorm then a little cold water isn't about to kill you and besides drastic times calls for drastic measures" I said helping him out of the pool. "What the heck is going on with you anyways?"
"Yeah, you've acting really weird and you didn't even react when Beast made you and Elsa co-captain" Eric said raising an eyebrow.
"What?! When did this happen?" Kristoff asked shocked.
"A few minutes ago but you were so out of it and I slapped the crap outta you" Flynn scoffs.
"Wow, I'm sorry guys but I'm just trying to wrap my mind around something that happen recently that I just shut down I guess" Kristoff said running a hand through his wet hair.
"You all the way down but whatever is, we'll get through it together like we always have" I said placing my hand on his shoulder.
"I walked into the pizzeria to grab a slice when Hans was clocking out and we talk a little but not too much because it's still weird seeing him an okay guy after hating him for so long. Then these guys walked in, you know the rich guys that think that they're above everyone because they come from money" Kristoff said shaking his head angrily. "They started harassing Hans and he just stood there, taking it without a fight and I tried to ignore but I just could before I told those guys to take a hitch"
"And they back off?" I asked curious.
"Just laugh like it was all a joke to them but they left and when I turned around to see if he was okay. Before I knew it, he was kissing me like I never kissed before then he pushes me away like he's been burn and runs out of the pizzeria"
"Wow, how do you feel? What are you feeling I mean?" I asked shocked.
"I never knew that he felt that way toward me and the kiss, it was… it was like nothing that I ever experience and I don't know what it means. I'm so confused because I enjoyed it, I enjoyed the way his lips felt" Kristoff said confused, tear swelling in his eyes. "I don't know what to do, Elsa and I'm scared shit less"
I've never seen my best friend like this before although I'm proud of Hans for taking a chance but I'm not sure what this mean for the both of them as I wrap my friend as he tries to make sense of things.
