Kendall was sitting in an interrogation room which it seemed like forever.
"Why did you pushed Jett Stetson?" An officer asked.
"I - I didn't mean to. He w - wouldn't stop choking me." Kendall said.
"And do you know why he was there?" An officer said.
"No." Kendall said.
"I'll be right back." The officer said and left the interrogation room.
"Well, what do you think?" Officer Fields said.
"I think he didn't mean to hurt Mr. Stetson. I think it was self defense." Officer Weathers said.
"You going to let him go?" Fields said.
"I'm going to ask him a few more questions." Weathers said.
Jo and James was still sitting in the waiting room at the waiting room. Logan was on his way. An officer walked out. The same one that brought Kendall in questioning.
James stand up. "You can't arrest him!" James said.
"He's not being arrested." Officer Fields said.
"Then why aren't you letting him go?" James said.
"He's still being questioned." Fields said.
"For what?" James said.
"I need to get back to work." Fields said and walked away.
"This is ridicilous. Why are they keeping him?" James said.
"They're not arresting him so it shouldn't be much longer." Jo said.
After what seemed like forever, the officer came back to the interrogation room where Kendall was sitting. The officer gave Kendall a cup of water.
"You're not in trouble." The officer said. "I believe it was self defense and that you didn't intentionally hurt Mr. Stetson." Officer Weathers said.
"When can I leave?" Kendall asked.
"Soon." Officer Weathers said.
"Why are you keeping him if you're not arresting him?" James said.
"Because were keeping him away from Mr. Stetson. When he gets released from the hospital he'll be sent to another hospital that's not anywhere around here. Ms. Stone was sent back to prison but a different prison. And it's no where near where Mr. Stetson will be and she's not allowed to know where Mr. Stetson will be sent to." Officer Weathers said.
"What about Lucy's helper who helped her escaped? Did you caught them yet?" Jo asked.
"Not yet. But she's being questioned about it. Mr. Knight will be released in a hour or so." Weathers said and walked away.
Logan came in the police station. "Tell me she's lying." Logan said.
"What?" James asked confused.
"Lucy said you were the one that help her escaped." Logan said.
"What? It isn't true." James said.
"You sure?" Logan said.
"Yes." James said.
"Then why do they have you on camera with Lucy?" Logan said.
"I - I don't know." James said.
"The officer just said they're not sure who helped her." Jo said.
"A officer just checked the cameras and James was on there with Lucy the night she escaped." Logan said.
"I didn't helped her." James said. He couldn't of. Why would he help her? He doesn't remember last night, doesn't remeber sleeping but he knew he didn't helped Lucy. Right?
Hoped u liked it. Did James helped Lucy escaped? If he did then why doesn't he remember? There is one chapter left, maybe two if I do a epilogue for this story. Hopefully I have the final chapter up by next week. Sorry for not uploading much. Work been crazy and I been sick also.
