Chapter 1
Perceus Jackson, Percy for short, looked at the dead body of his girlfriend, Annabeth Chase, the beautiful daughter of Athena. He just couldn't believe what happened. They had decided to meet each for a date at the Central Park, but when Percy got there all he found was Annabeth's corpse. He knew that she was on a quest to investigate unusual monster movement: the creatures for some reason were migrating south, and Annabeth was out to find from where those monsters had come from.
Percy slowly got up. He needed to get to Camp Half Blood, but how. He couldn't go walking all the way to Long Island, where the Camp was, nor had money to a taxi cab, and that left only one option: ask his mom to take him there. Percy walked a little bit until he found a fountain. He used his water powers to create a rainbow. The son of Poseidon put the hand on his pocket, and took out a golden dracma. Percy threw the coin into the rainbow and said "Oh Iris, godness of rainbow show me Sally Jackson, New York." The image trembled, and showed a beautiful woman with long chocolate colored hair and kind brown eyes. Sally Jackson smiled at her son.
