So Naruto pulls out a kunai knife and heads toward Kouga thrusting the knife at him, but Kouga simply dodges.
Kouga then shouts, "you're gonna have to do better than that if you want to beat me."
Naruto angrily shouts back, "Oh yeah, we'll see about that.
Since he couldn't hit Kouga that way he decided to use rasengan. Right when he was about to release it Sakura and Kakashi both shouted, "Don't do anything reckless, we still have to find Orochimaru."
Confused Kouga responds, "Oroch-who?"
Also confused Naruto says, "Orochimaru is the guy who attacked the leaf village during the Chunin Exams, and took Sasuke."
"Oh I see, so you're going after him to get revenge and to get Sasuke back, but to go with him Sasuke must really have hated you." Says Kouga.
Angry again Naruto shouts back, "you have no idea what you're talking about."
Then Naruto releases the Rasengan on him.
Surprised at his power Kouga tried to dodge, but couldn't get out of the way in time. The Rasengan hits him in the leg, but because of the jewel it causes little damage.
It seemed that they were evenly matched except that Kouga had the Jewels and Naruto his jutsu.
On the sideline Kakashi was watching carefully at them and their surroundings. A second later out of the trees came Orochimaru himself. Within a instant Kouga is knocked down by his snakes, that made even him step back with fear.
Kouga knew he was Orochimaru by the way the team was looking at him. Kouga then took his leave by shouting, "we'll finish this the next time we meet, if you make it till then, Naruto."
