Clara is The Doctor's favorite mystery, for more reasons than one. They are making their slow discovery on how they feel about each other, and they are saving the world while doing so! It's a wild ride for the both of them, and hopefully it's a long one. (I apologize for the bad quality in the first few chapters. It gets better, I promise!)

"An adventure, Clara! We're going to have an adventure!"

"Doctor, why is she repeating me?"

"No, no, this can't be. It died. I watched it die!"

"No! Take me! Don't take her, take me!"

"This is Dr. John Watson."

"You're Sherlock Holmes?!"

"John, what were you looking at? You were staring at something, what was it?"

"At least I don't take young human beings along for an adventure just for my own enjoyment, all the while knowing that they are going to die a painful, and horrible death, rather than a peaceful, slightly less depressing one. Maybe, Doctor, you should think before you make such accusations."

"This is your fault! If you hadn't gone and cared so much about that stupid box of yours, John might still be alive!"

"No, I am not going anywhere Chin Boy! You are not getting rid of me!"

"Sometimes I feel like he doesn't even want me around. Like he doesn't… I don't know. It's stupid."

"Clara, you trust him. Look me straight in the eye and tell me he will get us out of this. Please."

"What were you looking at, Clara?"

"I'm the TARDIS!"

"Are you sure this isn't some weird dream of yours that has come true?"

"Idris, I'm so sorry. I am so, so very sorry."

"Doctor, what's wrong? Why does it look like you're crying?"

"Silence will fall. What does that mean?"

"One last adventure, eh?"

"Doctor, no! You can't! I don't want you to! I won't let you!"

"Clara, don't… you… dare."
