Everyone's eyes are suddenly on the flame elemental. He couldn't be too much older than Fionna, because innocence still burned in his eyes. Fionna smiles at him sincerely, not taking his threat seriously.
"Um sorry guy but, I know you like this job or whatever, but my two bros over here can't stay. Maybe next time?" Fionna says unlocking the cage. "There won't be a next time for the two of you. Didn't you here me? I said you'll be executed!" the boy says getting frustrated with the blond.
"No can do."Fionna says opening the cage, but the second she does, the boy shoots a fireball at her hand. Fionna gasps in pain.
"Yeep!" she says blowing out the fire.
"Next time shall not hold back stupid girl. Now surrender or die by fire." the flame elemental says.
"What the byork man! You can't just shoot fire at 's a girl!" Marshall Lee says stepping out the if he's half way out of power, this guy is threatening his bunny.
"Since when does it mater if I'm girl?" Fionna says puffing her cheeks. "Who the fluff are you anyway fart sparks!?" Marshall Lee hisses.
"Blaze Flames. Prince of Flames." He said lighting his palm with fire. Gumball gasps at the mention of the name. He stands up and looks at him.
"You. You're the lost Prince of the fire kingdom? Why did you leave?" He asks.
"I got tired of idiot subjects that didn't understand that...Never mind! The point is that none of you will be leaving."
"Actually we aren't leaving!" Fionna says looking at the Prince of Flames. His eyes locked on her and it seems as if they are sharing themselves with each other-
Wait! Fionna likes him!? No she couldn't! She is in love with the Vampire King. Right? I mean they aren't dating, but she couldn't just...
No. Flame Prince wants to kill her! Doesn't he?
All of those thoughts flash through Fionna' s mind.
"If you want to leave, you'll have to go through fire!" Blaze says with fire burning in his eyes in fury.
Fionna pulls out her sword. Before Cake can stop her, Fionna is running at Blaze.
He shoots fire at her and misses. The fire keeps coming, but instead of hitting Fionna, it hits wall.
"Aaargh! Hold till you stupid girl!" He yells angrily. Fionna jumps over his head and runs down through the dungeon doors, ducking and dodging the guards. Blaze, angry that she escaped, runs after her shooting fire at her furiously. They make it out into the Wizard City and Fionna is nowhere to be seen. Blaze grunts in anger and grows. His fire spreads throughout the city, transforming himself into a giant fire monster.
"Show yourself pathetic human girl! Or else this city will burn to the ground!" He roars.

"Where could she be!?" Cake yells over the screams of the city. Most of the wizards are using their emergency fire elemental gone nuts exit because Blaze is blocking the front gates so Fionna couldn't escape. It is late into the night and smoke is everywhere. Fionna or anything in the fire could suffocate in a matter of minutes.
"I have no idea. But if he kills her, I will not hesitate to snap his neck!" Marshall Lee says darkly as he floated next to Gumball riding on Cake' s outstretched body.
They have to exit the city, but Fionna is their top priority at the moment.

The city is abandoned of wizards. Fionna looks around her to see the city in ruins. She comes out of a wizards house with her secret weapon and her sword held tightly in her left hand.

"No! No more running! YOU WANT TO KILL ME FART SPARKS! WELL COME...AND...GET ME!" Fionna yells using Marshall Lee's nickname for Blaze.
Blaze turns around and sees Fionna looking up at him with her war face. He smiles evilly and shoots a wave of fire at her.
Cake and the boys see her and the fire wall.
"Fionna NO!" Cake yells.
But she's too late.

The second the fire wall comes, it disappears in a wave of water. Fionna has thrown a bucket of water at the wall.
Blaze cries out in pain and looks down at her.
"You brat!" He yells and throws a fiery building at her.
Fionna jumps on top of the building while it is still hurling towards her. She jumps off of it before it can burn her and lands on a building right beside Blaze.
"Surrender now and I'll go easy on you!" She says Lou enough for him to hear.

"You don't have to kill me or any of my friends! The city is gone, so there isn't a prison to hold us!"
"The city may be gone, but you will pay for attempting to murder the Prince of Flames!" He yells throwing a fire ball at her. Fionna dodges it an shakes her head.

"You leave me no choice. I hate to hurt..." Fionna feels hot tears pour down her face. She doesn't want to hurt him for some reason. But he is gonna destroy the city.
Fionna pulls out her demon sword, but instead of it being red, it's blue.
"Ha! You plan to fight with that! I'll only melt it!" Blaze laughs.
"Actually, this is no longer a demon blood sword, it's. water sword. I traded it out while you were looking for me. The demon blood is in this test tube." Fionna says pulling out the tube and shaking it. She put it back in her pocket. She leaps at the fiery prince and stabs him in the right shoulder. He lets out a wail and shrinks back to his normal size and falls unconsciously through the sky. Fionna lands on the ground gracefully and catches the prince. He is no longer hot, but warm enough to touch. Fire surrounds them. He opens his eyes an abruptly pushes Fionna off of him regaining his fire.
"You...saved me? After I tried to kill you?" He asks softly with a hint of confusion. "Why?"
"Because you have a choice. You didn't kill someone from the city, an plus...you seem math." Fionna says blushing. Flame Prince leans in and kisses Fionna. It is a fiery kiss full of passion. Fionna..She feels...
happy.
But the fireworks aren't there like when she kisses Marshall Lee. He gives her a thrill, while Flame Prince...
Gives her burns.
She blushes uncontrollably when Blaze pulls away. He grabs her hand and Fionna' s face reddens.
"I was so busy trying to kill you, that I don't even know your name." He says with a laugh unlike the ones before. This laugh is sincere and loving.
"F-fionna the Human." She says tugging on her bang.
"Well Fionna. I apologize for trying to kill you. Since you saved my life, I am at your debt. Whatever you want, I shall give you." "Well for one, can you put out the fire. It's kind of getting smokey out here." Fionna says with a cough letting go of his hand.
"Done." Blaze says snapping his fingers. The fire in Wizard City goes out.
"Now let's go find my friends." Fionna says happily. She runs with Blaze following closely behind. After a few minutes, she spots her friends looking in the fallen debris for Fionna. Marshall Lee looks up and sees her.
"Fionna!" He says floating over to her and giving her a huge hug. "Oh glob we thought you were dead!"
"I'm fine." Fionna says pulling away and smiling. Everyone looks at Blaze who is standing next to Fionna. "Why is he here?" Marshall Lee says bitterly.
"Guess what guys? Flame Prince is gonna be our new bud now!" Fionna says giddy like.
"Cake and Gumball smile with her while Marshall Lee gives Blaze a look that shoots daggers his way. "Um bunny, can I talk to you in private for a sec." He says in a more demanding way. He grabs her shoulder and they go behind a pile of debris.
"Bunny this guy just tried to kill you. You still want to be friends with him?" Marshall Lee whispers.
"Yeah. Plus he won't try it again after I saved him." Fionna says.
"What exactly happened between you two?" Marshall Lee asks.
"Well I stopped him from killing us by stabbing him with my water sword. Then I caught him before he fell from a hundred feet. So we made some awesome introductions and we...never mind." Fionna says shaking her head.
"What?" Marshall says pressing her for more information.
"We kissed." "Oh." Marshall Lee says.
"You aren't mad?" Fionna asks surprised.
"No. I just thought we have a thing going here." "Like...we're dating kind of thing?"
"Yeah. Just thought we were dating."
"You never made it official." Fionna says crossing her arms and blushing.
"Do I need to?" Marshall Lee says getting angry.
"Well how am I supposed to know if I'm dating me or not?" Fionna says.
"You know what?" Marshall Lee says and forcefully kisses Fionna. Marshall' s arms snake around her waist. She puts her arms around his shoulder.
Fionna smiled against his lips because this time there are fireworks. There is love, there is...
emotion.
Fionna feels her hands shake as his tongue pushes past her lips.
Marshall Lee pulls away a few seconds later and whispers in her ear.
"It's official now. You're mine."
With that, they walk back towards their friends holding hands.
