One Month Later:
Allen was currently scrubbing the bar counter clean. He's been working with Mira for about a month now, and he was glad to be of some use. It was early in the morning, so Allen was alone in the Guild. He stayed in the room he first woken up in, and always gets up early to clean.
"Help! Someone please! I need a mage!" A voice screamed outside. Allen ran to the door, opening it to see a young woman crying.
"What's the matter?" Allen asked.
"My husband. We were attacked by some mages outside of town. They tired to steal all our money, but my husband refused. Then they-" she broke down in tears.
"Its ok. I will go help. Show me the way," Allen replied, the woman wiping her eyes and running toward the forest. Allen quickly looked back at the guild, silently apologizing to Mira for not being there when she arrived. The woman ran into the forest, a small path showing the way. Allen was close behind her, and he could see the tears run down her face. Soon they were in a clearing, four men destroying a carriage. Allen saw a man wounded on the ground next to them.
"David!" the woman screamed, running fast to him. Now the men were all looking at Allen, smiling.
"So, you found the boy. Good. Now get lost!" One of the men yelled, and the woman nodded and picked up her husband. Allen saw her eyes look at him, silently apologizing to him. She left the clearing, tears running down her face.
"Look's like you got fooled!" another one of the men said, Allen glared at him.
"Who are you?! And what do you want?!" he yelled. The first man who spoke smiled, walking up to him.
"You don't recognize us? We met about a mouth ago, in a forest just like this. You made us lose our prey!" The man said, Allen confused. Then it hit him.
"You were trying to take those girls! I remember now!" Allen exclaimed.
"Yeah. And for the a while now, we've been waiting to take our revenge. We found someone who had been watching you. He told us that you had special powers! And our 'helper' would like to meet you, Allen Walker!" Allen felt a pain in the back of his head, and saw the fourth man, the one he didn't recognize, behind him. He didn't have a weapon. Allen stumbled to the ground, holding his head.
"Now, just pass out like a good little boy," Boss said from behind the man, who smiled and walked closer to him.
"I'm a different type of mage. I can make people feel pain just by touching them," He said, his hand on Allen's forehead.
He smiled.

"Allen? Are you here? Hello?" Mira yelled, looking around for her friend. She saw a wet washcloth on the counter. "Allen?"
There was sudden knocking on the door. Mira opened it up to see a woman holding a man.
"Please help!"

Allen opened his eyes. He was laying on a bed, his arms tied down with familiar thorn vines. There was a candle on the bedside table.
"So, you're awake?" a man with black hair said, walking into the room and locking the door behind him.
"Who are you?" Allen asked.
"That is none of your concern. All you need to know is that you are here against your will, and you will be staying here a while," The man said, smiling.
Allen struggled against the thorns, ignoring the prickling of them in his skin. The man put his hand on his cheek, his fingers lightly tracing the marking on his face.
"You will be a lot of fun to break," The man said, and suddenly changed into a woman with long black hair, her eyes smirking at his confusion.
"Why am I here?" Allen turned so her hand wasn't on him. She smiled.
"I've been watching you for a while, and I noticed you had strange magic. I wanted to see the extent of it. How far it will go. You may prove useful in our plans." She said, walking toward the chair next to his bed. "Now, let me ask some questions. You don't need to lie, since they wont affect your situation," she said, smiling. Allen sighed, slowly nodding.
"Let's begin."
