I do not own Ouran High School Host Club.

Baka, baka, baka, baka, baka... Akiko thought bitterly to herself, repeating the word over and over again. As much as she hated to admit it, she was lost in this heck of a mansion. There was only one person to blame - Tamaki. After all, since it was his decision to go and visit some random foreign country, the person who chose the mansion to stay in had to be him.

Akiko opened yet another door, peeked inside, and found just another bedroom. Where in the world would the bathroom be? Do these people never relieve themselves?! Maybe I should just go back and ask Kyoya... wait, I don't even remember how to get back. Dang it! Akiko kicked the wall. She grabbed her toe as vibrations numbed her entire foot.

"Akiko?"

Akiko turned around. Her eyes widened. What... what...?

Tamaki was standing in the hallway, looking at her expectantly. He had a towel on his head, like he just was in the middle of drying his hair. He only had a towel tied around his waist. His chest... his chest was bare...

Akiko whirled, facing the other direction so that Tamaki couldn't see her blush. She held a hand to her lips, and tried to find a way to slow her quick breathing and fluttering heartbeats.

"Aki-hime? Are you okay?"

The blonde girl made a vague hand motion, "Eto, I'm okay, Suoh-san. But... could you please put some clothes on?" she gulped, then turned around and pushed a resistant Tamaki back into whatever room Akiko thought he came from.

Relieved that the embarrassing moment has passed, Akiko sighed and leaned against a wall. She slowly slid down, and crossed her legs in front of her. She reached into her pocket and took her phone out. She flipped through her newest messages, one from her brother.

To Akiko Kimura

Onee-chan! U didn't say that u were leaving! It's so unfair! pls tell me about evrything that happens there!

-Hiroshi

Akiko bit her lip, her fingers hovering over the phone's buttons. She could say something to her brother. She could tell him what's been on her mind recently. Isn't that what siblings do?

"Aki-hime!" Tamaki burst out of the room. He was wearing a rather loose sweater and jeans. The Host King looked both ways before noticing Akiko on the ground, "ARE YOU OKAY, AKIKO?! DO YOU NEED MORE SLEEP? IS IT JET LAG?"

Akiko shook her head, "No, I'm fine, Suoh-san."

Tamaki grinned at her, "That's great! Do you want to go to the pool? It's amazing! But my first lovely daughter doesn't want to go swimming with Daddy! She's so mean! Aki-hime, do you want to go swimming with Daddy?" Puppy eyes appeared out of nowhere.

Akiko hesitated. A pool... deep water... "Sorry, Suoh-san, but I have to say no this time. I'm really, really hungry. Where are we, anyways?"

"We're a tiny, private island owned by the Ootori Group," said Tamaki. He turned right to what Akiko thought would be another hallway, but they went into a big, open room instead. The Hosts were relaxing in the living room; Honey was eating as many sweets as possible, Mori watching over the said blonde, the Hitachiin twins were currently battling each other in a racing game, Haruhi was in a corner reading a book, and Kyoya was typing away on his laptop.

Akiko scowled and stormed up to Kyoya, closing his laptop so that he would pay attention to her, "Ootori-san! How could you beat me here? I had a head start! That is so unfair!"

He glared at her, "What are you talking about this time?"

"Hmph," Akiko turned away from him and headed towards the table where Honey was eating. She wished she had the chance to use the bathroom back there...

xXx

"WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE WE DOING?!" Akiko screamed at Tamaki, trying to get her voice heard over all the buzzing noises around her. She spun the wheel and jammed her foot onto the brakes as she realized that the car was about to crash.

No wonder why I never wanted to drive, Akiko thought bitterly to herself as she realized that Tamaki was definitely going to win the car racing game that they were now playing. It was like a humongous version of the video game that the twins were playing earlier. But instead of controllers, they were on these seats with their own driving... what were they called? Tools? Buttons? There has to be a name for all those gears and pedals and buttons that were on a car. Akiko sighed, wishing that she had thought of studying to get her driver's permit when she turned fifteen...

Akiko put her attention on Tamaki. He seemed to be enjoying this "commoner's fun", as he put it. Honestly, Akiko could only remember a few of the things that were in the arcade, like the giant claw machines and air hockey, but it's been so long since she's experienced it. Once she was adopted and she became rich, she didn't really need to use a giant claw machine to get the things she wanted.

While she was dazing off, Tamaki had accidently crashed into another car and he fell behind. Eventually, he lost the game. No matter how Akiko tried to cheer him up, he whined and pouted for the following ten minutes.

"Hey, Aki-hime!" called Tamaki, apparently forgetting about the failed game, "Do you want to go eat out? I want to eat some American food! Please?!"

"Eto..." Akiko looked at the arcade card that was in her hands. For some reason that she couldn't find, Tamaki had filled theirs with hundreds of points. Was it really okay to waste all that money? "...sure, Suoh-san. Let's go."

A/N: Man, my hands are so cramped...

Welcome to the seventh chapter (seventh? or eight? I really can't remember) of Love's Lullaby! Well... technically, thank you for finishing the chapter? Maybe I should put this in the beginning of the chapter...

I've been uploading more regularly to Mischievous Affection, so if anybody is bored while waiting for the next chapter of this story and wants to read, you can go ahead and read that. ^^ I'm also thinking of writing a short story (probably a two-shot) for Tokyo Mew Mew. Dang, I miss that show...

Anyways, thank you for reading, and don't forget to review!
