Link stood in awe at the size of this Octorok. It eyed Link for a while before jumping at him. Link dove out of the way and ran to the other side of the circular room.
"Link! Watch out for the spikes on the center platform!" Navi remarked, studying the atmosphere.
The Octo began to go around the platform, chasing after Link. Link quickly got up and ran the same direction, attempting to get away from the octorok. He had run up to the back of the octo before Navi flew up to him and said, "Link! Hit him in the back with your boomerang! It'll stun him!"
Link nodded, pulling out his Bomerang and chucking it at the Octorok, it struggled for a bit but laid rest after a second. Link ran up to it and began slashing at it with his sword. It began to move around and no sooner than it was stunned it got back up and chased Link again.
As time progressed the beastie started moving faster and before link knew it he could barely keep up with him and had to run on the inside of the platform, carefully avoiding the spikes. His shirt, every once and a while, got caught on the spikes and ripped, making him that much more vulnerable to the octo's attacks.
Link finally caught up to the gigantic Octopus-like creature and threw his boomerang at it with great precision. It fell to the ground, stunned and Link took one final blow at the creature before it began to disintegrate.
Link was breathing hard as the platform fell and went back to its normal state. He took a sigh of relief as he climbed onto the platform and it went up.
He looked around for Princess Ruto only to find that she was nowhere to be found!
"Well maybe," Navi suggested, "If we keep moving then we'll find Ruto."
"Right!" Link said, moving through the door to the next room.
In this room there were only a few platforms, but when Link went up to the first one, it started flailing around uncontrollably. Link knew what to do as he took out his boomerang and stunned it, jumping across it to the next one. The third platform did the same thing and as link discovered, the 4th one also followed the same pattern. So quickly, Link threw his boomerang at the 3rd platform, swiftly jumping on it and throwing his boomerang at the 4th. Jumping his way to the door.
In the next room, there was a strange shaped platform. When link jumped on it, it began to fall fast. It stopped abruptly and link looked around.
He was in the room that he started in! The new platform gave him access to a new door with a switch in front of it. He set a box on the switch and went through the door. After going through the door, he walked into a room with a big pillar in the back middle of the room. It was lined with Webs of which Link could easily climb.
He started by doing just that, when he got to the top he saw a door that was locked with no switch around. When he looked up, however, there was a switch he could reach by going to the very top of the pillar. He began his climb and when he reached the top, he pulled out the boomerang and threw it at the switch jumping down to open the door into the next room.
When he went through the door, he looked back and the door seemed to disappear. He was trapped. He turned back around just in time to see electricity grabbing some balls off of the ceiling and forming them into the most disgusting thing Link had ever seen in his entire life. It was so gross in fact, that Navi almost didnt want to get near it. This was the creature called Barinade.
Barinade had electric balls spinning around him, connected by what seemed to be static electricity. He consisted of a 3 balls stacked on top of each other in the middle and 3 antennae on top of them. He spun the opposite direction of the balls revolving around him.
Link pulled his boomerang out and threw it at Barinade, it hit 2 of the spinning balls and they disintegrated. He continued to dothis until he had a clear shot at Barinade's middle. When that happened, he quickly took the shot at his middle and Barinade fell into the ground, giving link an easy shot at the top ball. Link pulled out his sword and began slashing at it until Barinade came back up.
This time, Barinade was angry and began spinning faster, keeping the balls close to him. Link tried his Boomerang but it simply bounced off the amount of electricity charging. Suddenly, Barinade stopped spinning and began shooting Link with the antennae on his top, link saw a chance and threw his boomerang a few times, finding a shot. Right before Link threw his boomerang at The disgusting beast, Barinade started spinning again. Link ran away again until Barinade came back and started shooting again. Link quickly pulled out his boomerang and threw it at Barinade's middle. Barinade fell again and Link slashed at him.
When Barinade came back up, he only came halfway, he started shooting crazily around the room. Link had to be careful where he stepped. For a split second Barinade came up and Link took one last shot at the monster's middle. Barinade fell once more and Link took the final blow.
Barinade, after being struck by Link, Started flailing around and breaking apart. This went on for a while and this all ended in him melting, as all viruses do. and a Portal being left where he was. Link walked over to the portal and stepped in, only to find that Ruto was there.
The both went back and landed on a tree stump near Jabu Jabu and Ruto, almost immediately, pushed Link into the water and jumped in after him.
She swam up to him and kissed him, without a single word. Afterwards, she grabbed his hand and pulled him deep into the water. Deeper and deeper they went. Link held his breath.
"Is she trying to kill me?" he thought, Navi following near them both, being able to breath under water herself.

Ruto giggled after seeing his reaction, "It's a kiss that I can only give once a year, and I thought it appropriate right now."
Link, wondering what she meant by that, began to follow her. They dove straight down for several minutes until they reached a crypt that Ruto seemed to visit a lot.
They went into it and Link asked, "what is this place?"
"It's my own secret hideaway, I carved it myself, feel the walls" she giggled
Link swam over to the nearest wall and felt it. It swallowed his hand whole. Ruto giggled again and swam completely through the wall, link did the same. When they came out, they were in a beautiful room, everything made of crystals, even the King Sized bed in the back of it.
Link and Navi's Mouths dropped at the sheer wonder of this room.
Ruto took notice of their expressions and smiled, walking over and pulling Link to the bed as Navi ran off to do her own thing.
"Now that we're alone," Ruto sat on the bed and pulled Link to her. She kissed him passionately and roughly. The Zora princess leaned back on the bed, allowing link to lay on top of her.
