Guinevere Velaryon. She had been hearing that name for a moon now. Guinevere had not left Daenerys's mind. She had remembered her well. She had heard songs about the forbidden love between the Kingslayer and the Fire Princess. Guinevere was known as the Girl Who Fooled The Lions. Indeed she was, but it had come at a price. She heard of the Red Wedding and then the Purple Wedding and then the Wedding of Lions and Dragons.

Suddenly Jorah came striding into her throne room saying, "A child! A son born to House Lannister, House Stark, and House Targaryen."

Her eyes widened and she stood up shouting in rage, "What?!"

"He is heir to Casterly Rock, the Iron Throne, Dragonstone, and if there are no heirs between the Imp and the eldest Stark girl then Winterfell as well."

Dany closed her eyes in frustration. She had expected Guinevere to kill the Kingslayer, not give him a very powerful heir. In fact, she had secretly expected this of Guinevere since the last time she saw her. She saw the love in her eyes for the Kingslayer and the Young Wolf that it reminded her of Drogo and herself…when she was young and naïve. She thought that maybe it would have gone or faded away, but it appears as if she were wrong. Dany had thought that maybe Maleks Don Varon had changed her mind, but she was wrong about that too.

"I'm guessing your assassin did not succeed, Khaleesi?" Jorah said.

"No, it appears not," Dany gave a low chuckle. "She's harder to kill than I would have thought."

"And the Kingslayer? What shall we do with him, Khaleesi?"

"In time, we will kill him. Take away everything he holds dear. Destroy his happiness….with fire and blood. What is his name?"

"His name is Killian Lannister." A voice said from behind them.

Gwen laid on her side as she gazed adoringly at Killian on the large bed. Jaime had done the same thing last night before she drifted off into sleep. They had been taking turns watchung over him and taking care of him much to the wet nurses' dismay and protests. Gwen wanted to be there for her children just like the Starks had been. She dreamed of a family like that. Gwen wished that they were still here, but at least Sansa and Arya are safe. They survived and Gwen knew that Jon did too. That he was still alive and fighting.

The babe smiled up at Gwen, his brown hair messy, and light blue eyes popping out. Killian was pale with almost rosy cheeks. She already knew that he was going to have a pretty face that would make any women swoon at. He wiggled his limbs in the air, his tiny hands trying to grab something in the air. Gwen looked up and saw that he was trying to grab the lions painted up on the ceiling; they were roaring and running around the oval ceiling. She had never noticed them though she wasn't aware of most of the castle. She wanted to explore it and she will…when she knows that Cersei won't come after her. She shook her head and laughed.

"You're going to be the first great non-golden haired Lannister, aren't you? You hardly ever cry, which means you're strong and stubborn. You're going to make the ladies swoon just don't use it as a strategy or to your advantage thinking you have power just because you're pretty." Gwen told him.

"It's only been a fortnight since his birth and you're already lecturing him." Jaime mused as he walked over to them.

"Well, I'm his mother and I want to teach him that he can't always get what he wants with his looks."

"But that's how I got you, with my looks."

She rolled her eyes. "You know for a fact that's not why I fell in love with you and in love with you."

He sat behind her, spooning her as he held her to his chest. "Why did you fall in love with me?"

His fingers softly started to caress her bare arm. She felt the familiar shiver and heat coming over her. Just that light ouch made her aroused, but she pushed it down because her child was right there, staring up at them, oblivious to what was going on.

"I love you because you're heart is true. I believed and know that there is good inside of you. I've seen it and felt it. Our son, Killian is the outcome of our love. I'll be dammed if I let anyone take that away."

Jaime suddenly turned her over on her back and crashed his lips onto hers, sighing. His hands deep in her hair, fisting it. His tongue entered her mouth, dancing slowly with passion against hers. She wanted to continue their desires for more, but their son was right there. She put her hands on Jaime's broad chest. She tore her lips away and turned her head. She shook her head making Jaime knit her eyebrows in confusion.

"I can't…our son…" she mumbled.

Jaime rolled her off of her and she scurried off the bed with Killian in her arms. She cradled him as she walked over to the balcony, gazing out into the sea. She looked down at her son and noticed that he was already asleep, one of his tiny hands holding onto her red silk dress on the top. She looked back up at the Sunset Sea, the moonlight reflecting onto it.

She lightly kissed the top of his dark haired head. Jaime came in front of her, wearing only his nude breeches and tunic. She moved to hand him the babe, but he shook his head. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion and sighed. "Why don't you ever want to hold him?"

Jaime's hand stroked the top of Killian's head. "Because he's so tiny that I'm afraid if I hold him that I'll only break or hurt him. I don't want him to hate me." He confessed softly, gazing intently down at their son. He had despair in his eyes if you looked at them long enough.

"You won't hurt him. And I won't let him hate you, over my dead body."

"That's what I'm afraid of." He muttered.

Gwen held the babe in one arm and then went back inside. She went to the door, opening it. She hesitated as she told the guard outside, "Get a wet nurse. Tell her t-to come and get Kili, I mean Killian."

"Yes, Lady Lannister," the guard said with a nod.

Gwen turned to Jaime and said, "Someday, you are going to have to hold him. If you don't, I'll find a way to make you hold him."

"Gwen-"

"No, don't do that," she argued. "He's our son. You are going to be there when he grows up; you'll be able to touch him. Hold him, feed him, care for him, and love him. He is your son and you are his father…no one will raise him, but you and no one can take that away from you."

A few moments later, the wet nurse came in and took Killian from her arms. Gwen felt so bare without him in her arms. She told the guard to leave his post which he was hesitant at first, but with one look, he quickly obeyed. She bolted the door and walked over to a confused Jaime. She cupped his face with her delicate hands and pecked his lips. "You're not like him. We're not going to be like him."

She kissed his neck softly, muttering, "I won't let that happen." She gazed up at him and into his eyes. "I swear to you, my Golden Lion."

He couldn't help, but smile at her…his wife. She will only be like this way to him and only him…she doesn't have a role to play as the adoring wife to someone else, she isn't someone else's wife…she's his wife. Jaime crashed his lips onto hers and let her lead him to the bed. She smirked as she pushed him down onto the bed. She slowly unlaced the back of her dress and let it fall to the ground, the fabric pooling around her feet. She wore nothing underneath her dress. Bare and naked as she got on top of Jaime, straddling him as he sat up.

"We're not having sex. I'm not ready to. Not yet." She whispered, moving her hips around a little.

Jaime lowly moaned and his hands quickly grabbed her hips, his cock hard and already ready for her. She kept eye contact with him the whole time as she grabbed his hands and lifted them off of her hips. She shook her head. "No touching. This isn't for me…it's for you."

"Then shouldn't I be the one who gets to touch you and you can't touch me?" He whispered.

"No, because if you touch me, I'll get pleasure from it. Trust me." She whispered back as she started to move her hips again.

Jaime groaned and then fell back onto the bed. She put her hands on his chest and kissed down his body. Her hands went down his body as well and went to the laces of his breeches. She smiled sweetly and kissed his jaw. He groaned, this time in frustration and mumbled, "This is…it's…not fair."

He moaned loudly as she kissed down his trail of hair to his cock.

The sunlight beamed into the room and Jaime didn't want to wake up and face the music like he always did. He looked down at his sleeping wife, dark long curls spread across the pillow next to them. Her eyes fluttered open and she gazed sleepily up at him then frowned. She was about to look around for Killian since he had been sleeping with them ever since he was born. "He's with the wet nurse," he whispered softly. "Stop worrying. He's fine."

She nodded and laid her head back on his chest and then suddenly blushed at the memories from last night flooding into her mind. His arm over her shoulders as she lay on his chest, her leg over his and her hand on his chest. Jaime kissed the top of her head and laughed. "I don't think that someone has ever done that for me before."

She chuckled. "We might as well do what ever we can since all we're going to be doing for the rest of our lives is taking care of our family and being in a damn war with everyone."

Jaime laughed and moved her closer to him, kissing her. He kept on laughing as he kissed her and moved on top of her, their naked bodies touching each other without leaving a space between them. She smiled into the kiss. "Gods, don't get me started on the war."

"It will never end."

"I know…but we can't-"

"I know, I just wish that we can run. Take Killian and Arya with us and just run away." She moved her head in order to look up at him. "She's just a child, Jaime. She's my sister and I can't lose her. She shouldn't be…life for her shouldn't be this way."

"And what life would you have had for her?"

"I don't know. Maybe swords and battles for her when she's older." She sat up abruptly and looked at Jaime. "Gods, Jaime, she's almost fourteen years. Fourteen and she has no one, but Sansa who is all the way in the Vale, doing Gods knows what because of that lying, little, stupid worm! If I ever get my hands on him, I swear on the Stranger, Mother, Father, and the Maiden that I will kill him."

Jaime immediately sat up and said worriedly, "Why would you say that? Why do you suddenly hate Littlefinger?"

"He practically killed Ned, the only man who was like a father to me. He tricked Daemon, my brother into thinking that he could trust him with Sansa, the love of his life."

"Now that was Daemon's fault for trusting Littlefinger in the first place."

"Of course my brother didn't trust him, but who else was he supposed to turn to when her life was in danger. We got ambushed right when we left, Jaime. Don't you find that a little suspicious?"

Jaime took a moment to consider the possibility that Baelish wanted to get rid of them…including his wife who happened to be with Killian inside of her at the time. "Yes, of course I find it suspicious, but we don't have proof."

"My brother he is the reason Killian is alive today and I have you and Arya. Without him, I would never have seen you again." She said. "If he's dead...my son is alive because of him. I thank the Gods, Old and New, every single moment because they gave me a brother like him. I love him and we need to look for him. He was taken by the Brotherhood."

Jaime whipped his head at her and eyes blazed in shock. "The Brotherhood Without Banners?! You think that they are working for Littlefinger?! Littlefinger?!"

"Baelish doesn't have a banner so why not? He could be the one behind everything. Maybe he's working with your sister."

Jaime sighed and stood up, putting his clothes back on and she did the same. "You're mad if you think that we can go against them and still find your brother." He walked to the bathing chamber and then shouted back. "Alive I mean!"

She rolled her eyes and said, "What did you do when it was Tyrion being held captive by Catelyn Stark?! Oh that's right you started a freaking war, Jaime! And you say I'm being foolish!"

"T-That's different!" He argued, coming back into the room.

"What?! Why is it different? Because he isn't of my own blood?! Because I practically spent half my life with another family?! Or was it because my brother was practically best friends with the Mad King…"

Jaime gave her look and she continued, "I know you. Whoever was with him, they immediately become your enemy. Daemon used to visit the Targaryens all the time when he was a boy, I know you must've seen him because he admired the Mad King."

"He didn't admire him! I don't know why your brother was even there, but I intend to find out why."

"So we're going to save him and Sansa?" She asked cautiously.

Jaime sighed and put his hands on his hips. He was wearing all black with a leather jacket to match him; the outfit reminded her of his clothes underneath his Kingsguard uniform, but in black. He looked at her and tilted his head a little to the side. He sighed again, this time louder and shook his head. "You're so infuriating. I already know that our children are going to be like you."

She smiled in victory. "Then you'll love them as much as you love me."

He walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Oh, I don't doubt it, Little Lyanna."

"So…"

"So," he sighed, "I'm going to do whatever I can to get them back."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

He kissed her and then she turned around so that he could tie the laces of her corset. He leaned down and kissed her bare shoulder then her neck. She giggled and pushed him away. "No, I need to get ready. I have to go break fast with Arya and get Killian."

"I'll come with you then and break fast with the Stark." He said, giving a peck to her lips.

She nodded and then said, "Are you sure?"

"I want to spend time with my family and by blood and laws; Arya Stark happens to be considered my family." He said.

She rolled her eyes and then slipped on her gown. Jaime tied the laces in the back then kissed her cheek. She looked in the mirror as she pinned her bangs to the sides. She brushed the crimson red gown down and the saw Jaime standing behind her. "You really do look like the Lady of Casterly Rock., you know?"

They laughed as they walked out of the room. She looped arms with him, her gown swishing from side to side. They made their way to the hall where breakfast was being served. It was a vast hall that was draped in Lannister colors along with the sigil. The sunlight beamed in through the windows brightly. Arya was sitting with Killian on her lap and she kept moving her head as he tried to grab onto her short hair. She tried not to look annoyed, but it was clear that she was indeed very annoyed. Gwen and Jaime were very amused and stopped walking just to see what she was doing. It was clear that the babe loved her and was trying to get her attention which was on trying to eat her food.

Gwen walked to them and said, "It seems you have an admirer, Arya."

Arya's face twisted in disgust. "Seven hells! He's only a fortnight old. Are you already trying to set his betrothal?"

"I knew that there was a reason why you wanted to keep her hidden, Gwen," Jaime mused as he sat down next to Gwen as she took Killian from Arya. They sat across from her and Killian kept on trying to grab the fork, but Gwen moved them away.

Arya tried not to smile, but she failed and said, "What kind of mother does that? Are you already becoming like Sansa?"

Gwen laughed and said as she looked to Arya, "I know where she is."

Arya frowned. "What do you mean? You mean Sansa?"

Gwen nodded. "She's at the Vale and…and…"

Arya knitted her eyebrows in confusion. "And what?"

"Do you know anything about the Brotherhood?"

Arya froze and looked down at her food. Jaime immediately noticed and looked to Gwen who was just as confused. Jaime stopped one of the maids and commanded sternly looking at Arya, "Get me Gendry Waters from the blacksmiths and…Hot Pie from the kitchens. Now."

The maid nodded and rushed away. Arya widened her eyes and said, "No. No, please don't."

"Then tell me everything you know about the Brotherhood or I'll just ask them myself." Jaime said.

Gwen mentally groaned. "Jaime, stop this. Arya please tell us. It's very important because they have my brother."

"Daemon. They have him. How?"

"We got ambushed right after we sent Sansa away to safety. Please, Arya, he is the reason why everything is the way it is. Why you and I found each other? Why Killian is alive? Please."

"I can't. It's not my place to tell. Besides, Tywin wanted them as well. I didn't know why." Arya confessed. "Is it true?"

Gwen knitted her eyebrows in confusion. "Is what true?"

"I heard that Sansa found someone…you know someone she likes very much. Is it Daemon?"

"Yes, it is. They, um, like each other. I can't be sure if Sansa feels the same, but she listened to him when he told her of a way to escape. It's very confusing."

"Is your brother like Joffrey?"

Gwen laughed and cautiously looked to Jaime, who remained impassive. "No, he's definitely not."

"Good," Arya nodded and looked down to her food. "Sansa needs someone to protect her."

Gwen smiled softly at her and then reached over and grabbed her hand. Arya looked up and her eyes slightly teary. "I promise that I will find them and bring them home. Safe and sound."

Arya nodded and Jaime smiled because she said 'home'. Not castle or Casterly Rock…home. Home, he thought, their home.

Jaime suddenly and gently grabbed Killian out of her arms. She was stunned at first when he did that and Jaime stood up carefully with Killian in his arms and left without another word. He left them alone so that he could be with his…his…his son. Jaime walked around the castle with Killian in his arms as he gazed down at him, smiling, but still worried that something would happen to him.

He was so tiny in Jaime's arms and he kept on thinking how big he looked when in Gwen's arms instead and the many times he would look at him. Jaime wondered into the Stone Garden, a place he hadn't been to in a while. He sat on the stone bench surrounded by red roses that crawled everywhere in the garden it seemed. The sunlight streamed into the garden and it was still as beautiful as Jaime had remembered it when he used to walk in them with his mother when he was young.

"I don't…I don't know how to be a father," he confessed to Killian. "I'm frightened to tell you the truth. I don't know what is going to happen and that scares me because now I have a family to think about. You are the biggest part of every decision that I make now. I have enemies that will do anything they can to hurt you and your mother. You almost died once or twice now and I don't intend for that to happen again."

Jaime hesitantly brought his son's head up a little and then lightly kissed his forehead. He wiggled his arms a little and smiled up at Jaime. Jaime's hand went to touch his son's face, but Killian's tiny fingers grabbed his pinky and squeezed. Jaime smiled down at him and chuckled, "You are a strong one, aren't you?"

Killian squeezed even tighter and yawned. Jaime stood up and said, "Even the strongest need their sleep, Kili."

Jaime walked out of the gardens and went to their chambers. He couldn't take his eyes off of him though he made sure that he was careful. They smiled at each other and Jaime saw a cradle near their bed and smiled again. "Looks like you're going to be here for a while."

He gently put him inside of it, pulling the knitted blanket over his body. The blanket was knitted to have the colors of crimson and gold; crimson in the middle and gold on the ends while a golden lion in the middle of it all. Jaime kissed his forehead and said, shaking his head, "You're going to be stubborn, aren't you and not go to sleep?" Killian smiled up at him. "You're insufferable just like your mother."
