Somewhere under the scorching sun in Africa, Attie was examining and jotting down some notes about fossilized organism. A bead of sweat was trailing down her forehead, she then wiped it off with the back of her hand. A pebble of rock tracked down the fossil and it grabbed her attention. A shadow cast over her, she hen looked up. "Who are you?!" She asked. Standing over her was a man n dark green royal clothing, like a prince.
"I've been looking for you, Attie Washington. Or, should I call you Princess Atalanta, one of the Seven Great Spirit?" Said Lord Edward. Attie stood up and got very nervous.
"What are you talking about?!" She said.
"Now, come back to us once again!" Edward took out the Sunstone and activated. Attie's body began ache. The stone pulled her body closer and eventually sucked her inside it. Edward checked inside the stone and saw Attie kneeling n exhaustion. He turned the stone and saw Crane Master Warren slamming against the stone to get out. Edward turned the stone again seeing the nun praying. He turned the stone again seeing Clark Butler sitting calmly. "That leaves three more."
In snowing New York, in her apartment, Hermione's cell went off. She answered. "Hello, this is Hermione Driscoll."
"Oh, is this Hermione? It's me, Jesse Mancio."
"Oh, Jesse. It's been so long."
"Hermione, do you have a TV nearby?"
"Yes, I do, but..."
"Please turn it on immediately!" Hermione got up from her desk chair to grab the remote and switch on the set. Automatically on the News channel, showing a picture of Danielle Bertrand. "With Bertrand, five out of the former Seven Great Spirits are missing!" Jesse explained.
"Wait, Jesse..."
"And the next target is...Please believe me." He was talking in the city's payphone. "This is something I found out thanks to a residual ability to foresee the future."
"Jesse, where are you now? I'll be there right away!"
"No, you can't. If you meet me, you'll be involved in this trouble, too. More importantly, please protect Miss Guerra's father. If you don't, something terrible will happen. Please, stop the Evil Box Clan from achieving their ambitions! Goodbye."
"Jesse?! Jesse!" He already hung up. All she can hear was the tone.
"This is how it should be." Jesse stepped out of the telephone booth and looked up to the sky watching the snow fall slowly and gently onto his face. To be honest, I was going to ask her for help,but I can't trouble Hermione and her friends any more than I already have. Jesse walk on through the downtown streets. Walking right by him, Jovana noticed.
"Oh? Wasn't that..." She turned to get a second look. Her cell rang. "Yes, this is Jovana Meallan."
"Jovana, there's been an incident! Come to St. Mark's Church, quick!" Said Luna with a panic tone.
"Oh, okay." After the phone call, Jovana looked back to see if Jesse is still around but no luck, she than ran to the direction of the church.
In the dark world of Pandora, who she sits on her throne, Lord Midas walked over to his queen. "Lady Pandora, please tell me, why are we gathering the former Seven Great Spirits now?" He dare asked.
"It is true, they were purified by the Silver Moon Wand and turned back into their human forms. However, by using the power of our dark energy and the Sunstone, we can turn them back into monsters again."
"But they were already defeated by the Guardian warriors once. Are they not useless to us?" He asked again. Pandora stuck out her finger and teased him by pointing him out and laughed on top of that.
"You know nothing. Once the Seven Spirits are united together, they will merge into one being and the biggest, most powerful monster will be born! And when that happens, we will be able to put an end to the Guardian warriors!" Pandora put an eerie smile across her face.
"Then, all the more reason! Why did you assign this task, not to me, but to Lord Edward?" Noe to self that he took a big gulp before asking this question. Pandora put a face of impatience.
"Do you have a problem with MY decision, Lord Midas?" He took two steps back, preparing for anything.
"No, that is not what I meant."
"Then, let us sit back and watch Lord Edward's handiwork." She ended the conversation just like that. He hated it.
"Yes, my Lady."
It seems to be snowing harder at the St. Mark's Church. Father Atilio and Caron were shovelling the snow away as much as they can. Inside the church sitting at the pews, the girls were keeping themselves warm while discussion important matters. "I see. I don't really know, but are Jesse's predictions that accurate?" Marcella asked Hermione.
"Yes, with a very high probability."
"The Evil Box Clan must be gathering the Seven Great Spirits and plotting to do something terrible." Helios assumed. Jovana got up stood firm.
"Alright! Hermione, let's go!" She said.
"What? Go where?" Hermione had no idea where she's going with this.
"Where else?! We have to protect Jesse, right?"
"But we don't even know where he is."
"We know he's somewhere in town." Jovana grabbed Hermione by the arm and helped her up. "If we look around, we'll run into him." The two walked out of the church, then Jovana came back. "We'll leave guarding Atilio up to you guys." This time she left. Selina dropped her jaw to the floor.
"Oh shit!"
"What's wrong, Selina?" Sighed Luna.
"I feel so sorry for the heroine in this comic book!"
"Hey, don't read my comics without my permission!" Marcella just realized the book in Selina's hands.
"Oh, come on, just a little bit and anyway it was lying around here looking lonely!" That's her excuse. Marcella got up and took the book away from her.
"No, you can't! You'll make them dirty with your tears!"
"These girls..." Luna sighed again.
"I can see you slobbered on my book.!" Marcella continue accusing Selina of harmless crimes.
"The future of the Guardian warriors..." Added Helios.
Within the busy and snowy streets of downtown New York, Edward was in his civilian clothes using the Sunstone to look for Jesse. "He should be around here." He began to cross the street with herd of pedestrian. Within a second, he caught Jesse walking towards him without any notice. Edward stopped right in front of him. "Jesse Mancio?" He asked. Jesse flipped.
"You're Lord Edward of the Evil Box Clan."
"That's right. Since you can see the future, I see making such a guess is a piece of cake. So, have you seen what is in store for you as well?"
"Yes. You're going to trap me inside the Sunstone, right?"
"Very good. Now, why don't you quietly come with me?" Edward placed his hand on Jesse's shoulder.
"I'm sorry, but someone told me something once and ever since then, I've decided to make my own destiny."
"What do you mean?"
"In other words, I'm not going to just give up!" Jesse slapped his hand off and screamed. "MURDERER! HELP ME!" Jesse ran off and the crowd around them ambushed tightly around Edward.
"No, I'm not!" Edward tried to convinced the crowd and saw Jesse get away. "Shit!" Edward pushed through the crowd trying to catch up to the guy. On one empty, quiet sidewalk, Hermione and Jovana were walking around looking to if they see Jesse.
"Jovana, let's go back. I feel bad for Jesse, but there's nothing we an do in this situation."
"What are you saying?! He's your boyfriend, isn't he?!" After Jovana said that Hermione blushed.
"Oh no, not a boyfriend. He's just a friend."
"Hermione, are you saying that seriously?"
"What? Yes..."
"Jesse loves ya, you know!"
"I know. But we have an important mission, so I can't return his feelings."
"If you keep telling yourself that, you'll regret it for the rest of your life! Even champions of justice should be allowed to love! What's wrong dating with a man that you like?!"
"But..."
"Hermione, you're just running away from it! You're scared of being in love. That's why you come up with all kinds of excuses so you don't have to deal with Jesse! Why can't you be more honest with your feelings?!"
"That's not...OH! There he is!" Hermione got excited when she saw Jesse.
"Sure, I can understand why you might hesitate, but..." Jovana continued on and on. Hermione ran off to his direction leaving Jovana behind. "Oh, wait, Hermione! I'm not finished talking!" Jovana yelled out to her.
"I saw him!" Hermione yelled back.
"What?! You mean, Jesse?"
"Yeah!" Hermione pointed out where she saw him.
"Let's go!" Jovana pushed Hermione to their target and both ran simultaneously. Jesse ran into an alley thinking he can hide away from his perpetrator. Up ahead he saw two silhouettes of women figure.
"Hermione! No, Guardian Mercury..." Jesse was glad to see her.
"Long time no see, Jesse." Greeted Hermione.
"You're safe now that we're here." Said Guardian Jupiter. They then heard a teasing laugh.
"What reassuring bodyguards." Edward in his Lord look jumped off from a fire escape and did a perfect landing. The two Guardians prepared themselves.
"Eddie!" They both said.
"Eddie? Someone else also called me that before. But you have the wrong person! My name is Lord Edward!" Edward got angry with power. The two Guardians worried they're not strong enough for his wrath.
