She ran blindly through the winds, not aware of where she was going, or if she would run into any of the Guardians, or Kristoff. All she knew was that she had to get away, and once she did, she and to stay away.

For good.

Elsa shivered as the wind tore at her cape, her hair a disarrayed mess. She hadn't realized how cold the storm was- how cold her storm was. The conditions were absolutely treacherous- how had the citizens managed to survive?!

I don't know, she thought, but Anna's in charge now. She'll make things better….

Suddenly she heard it- a yell, echoing on the winds, although it was difficult to hear over the wind itself. Doing her best to brush the hair out of her face, she let her eyes dart around. But she couldn't match a face to the voice.

Then it came- a strong powerful voice, tinged with hoarse pain.

"Elsa!"

Elsa snapped her he'd in the voice's direction- it was most likely Hans, seeing as how he was keeping her in the cell, but she hoped- oh, how she hoped! Clearing her throat, she tried yelling back.

"Jack?!"

No answer but the whistle of the wind. She tried again.

"Jack?!"

She gasped happily as a figure formed through the flurries of snow, and she ran, hitching up her skirt as not to trip. But she didn't care if she did trip- Jack had gone to find her. She was going to be able to see him once more, to have his hands in her hands, to-

"Queen Elsa!" cried Prince Hans, his cheeks rosy from the wind. Elsa shook her head- where was Jack?! More importantly, she thought, where is Anna?

"Stay away!" Elsa warned, holding a hand defiantly in front of her, shaking violently with fear.

"Running away won't help anything!" Hans screamed, his brows narrowing. Elsa shook her head- why was he not going away?!

"Just… just take care of my sister!" Elsa begged, feeling the tears start to flow. She knew if she was gone, she wouldn't cause Anna any more trouble. Anna would be able to open the gates, live a normal happy life with this man-

"Anna?!" he said, "she returned from the mountain weak and cold!"

Elsa suddenly froze.

That wasn't possible. She knew she had struck Anna with her ice, but she didn't think it would be bad. Just a small warning to leave her alone….

"Anna is dead," Hans explained, getting closer to her, "because of you!"
