If death was the ultimate end of everything then salting and burning remains wouldn't come with the job of the hunter! After a few days Michael and Andrew were released from their punishment. Although they were saddened that they couldn't spend their Saturday in the park playing soccer, they were just glad to get back to their everyday lives.

Today was Monday, normally a school day. But the schools were closed today due to Teachers and Faculty Conference. Rich knew with all the kids out of school there was no way to hunt. Parents would have to be home for younger kids, and since it was a nice and sunny day, a bit on the warmer side, everyone was going to be outside today. But there was no way he was going to waste a day off, opting to do further research in some area of folklore he was rusty on and re-connecting with a few contacts he had previously let slip through the cracks.

Michael lay lounging on the one and only couch in the living room, hand holding the back of his head, eyes lazily staring back at the TV that was showing an old black-and-white war movie. World War II Michael assumed by the equipment and the uniforms they were wearing.

Andrew sat on the floor pushing and moving a few of his dinosaurs around, portraying them in their natural environment through his imagination. Occasionally his roars broke the distraction barrier holding Michael's mind causing the older Keller boy to look over and smile at his little brother. But Andrew was far too into his game to even notice.

Eventually both of the Keller boys grew bored, and tired of being stuck in the house. Michael was better at hiding his boredom than Andrew who began to complain he wanted out and that he wanted to play with Sammy.

The little boy eventually gathered up the nerve to head down the hall and to his father's room. The door was open ajar and Rich's voice could be heard as he conversed on the phone with one of his old contacts. What exactly he and his friend were talking about, Andrew wasn't sure. Rich generally didn't discuss or mention anything about he really did when he left with Andrew.

"No, I need you to be absolutely sure on this! Beyond 100%! I can't have it any other way!" Rich said into the phone, not noticing his youngest son granting himself entrance. Rich sighed and sat on his bed. "Alright, well, how long do you think it's going to take? …I'm trying to put an end to this ASAP! …Yes, we are staying here until then, but this is not our home!"

Andrew looked at his father quizzically. This house wasn't their home? But almost all of their stuff was there! And they slept there, ate there, played there. No one else lived in the house with them, and he and Michael came back to this house every day after school! Why was this not their home?

"48 hours? Can't you go any faster?" Rich asked. "Alright…guess I don't have much of a choice in the matter. Suppose I'll hear from you in a couple days. Thanks Benny."

"Dad you're talking to Benny?" Andrew smiled, startling his father. He watched as his dad visibly jumped on the bed before turning to face him. Andrew liked Benny. He and Michael used to play with Benny's children practically every single day as their parents talked and hung out with each other before the Kellers started moving around everywhere.

"Andrew, how long have you been there?" Rich asked. Benny wasn't a hunter. He was a family man. His family was like a second family to Rich and his boys, even after Rich's wife passed away. Benny was an expert when it came to research, folklore, and tracking. Far more superior compared to Rich and he had a pretty solid reputation for being a good tracker.

"Not long, Dad."

"What are you doing in here, son?" Rich asked after getting off his bed and stood tall.

"Can we do something? Me and Michael are bored."

"Do something?" Rich asked. He was already knee deep in research and dedicated to his work, making sure to optimize all that he could of this day. But then again, Michael and Andrew were his only two sons. They were also his only two children in the world, the only two beings left living in his family. And as a father who always wanted a son, he always knew he more than lucked out with getting two sons.

"I don't know. What did you have in mind, Andrew?"

The park was off limits. Andrew knew from what Michael told him if Dad grounded them from a certain place it would be a good five days before they were allowed to go back there after their punishment ended. Andrew didn't know of many places where he was, but it was gearing toward lunch time.

"Can we go get something to eat, Dad?"

"Something to eat? Why would you want to do that?" Rich asked incredulously.

"Dad!" Andrew laughed. "It's almost lunch time! Like in school!"

Rich smiled at his son's hysterics. Michael pulled the same laughing face as Andrew was when he was that young. It had been a long time since Rich had seen that face. He missed it.

"Well, I don't see why not." Rich shrugged. His boys deserved it. They hadn't been anywhere except school and home since they moved there.

Andrew's hazel/green eyes sparkled with delight as he grabbed onto his father's hand and started to pull him out of his room, saying that everyone needed to get their jackets and sneakers on so they could leave already! He was hungry!

"Hey! I was watching that!" Michael protested after Rich turned off the TV.

"You were lost in it." Rich smirked. "Besides, how are we supposed to go out to lunch if your butt's lying on the couch, watching TV?"

"Going out to lunch?" Michael asked. "Really?"

"Yeah, Michael! Come on! We have to get our sneakers on!" Andrew ran over to his big brother and took hold of his hand, pulling him off the couch. Once the kid got started on something, he didn't let anything hold him back.

They decided to go to one of the many fast food chain restaurants. The boys liked the food there and there was also a playground for kids outside. Little chairs and tables were outside on the playground so parents could enjoy their meals as their children could play. It was the next best thing when compared to going to the park.

Once the boys received their food, they opted to go eat outside. They were anxious to get on the playground and run around with the other kids that were already at play, but they were taking their time eating because they wanted to savor their day out.

"Huh! Michael, look!" Andrew pointed to the parking lot. "It's Sammy!"

The older Keller boy gave his brother a confused look and averted his gaze to where Andrew was pointing to. And sure enough, he saw little Sammy Winchester grab hold of Dean's hand as, who he assumed was their father, led them through the parking lot and into the restaurant.

"Sammy?" Rich questioned.

"My friend from school! Michael and Dean are in the same class too!"

'Yeah, Dad, you remember. The two kids we had over last week? The ones I had to run laps for and Andrew had to go to bed early for? Remember? You remember.' Michael thought, taking another bite out of his meal, pretending like the whole surprise situation didn't matter to him.

Rich, on the other hand, his jaw dropped when he realized his newest hunting partner was the one leading the two boys his sons went to school with.
