Hey everyone, here is the next chapter for you all. I hope you all enjoy this chapter. Yes, Morgan and Reid are both daddies and they have two children, I thought it was a nice way to go and I'm happy that I went in this direction. The next chapter is the last chapter, this is coming to an end on the next update but never fear I have already planned my next story which I'll be posting sometime at the weekend after I've finished this. Enjoy and I look forward to hearing from you all.

Thank you so much for all the reviews, you're magnificent and just absolutely amazing. Thank you!

"Shhh," Morgan said as he tried to soothe his daughter. "Adelaide, it's okay."

Adelaide continued to cry in his arms no matter what he tried, he held her close to his chest and tried swaying gently side to side, he had watched Reid do it and it had worked then. She still refused to stop crying.

"Baby girl, what's wrong? I checked your diaper, you only had a feed an hour ago and you haven't got a temperature. It's okay, daddy is here," he said before kissing the top of her head. He heard the front door unlock and made his way to the hall. Bailey was still asleep, he was always amazed his son was able to sleep through the noise. Reid walked in and smiled at them.

"Hey, Derek," he smiled before it disappeared. "Is she alright?"

"She's been crying non-stop for over half an hour. No matter what I do, she won't calm down. Do you think we should call the the doctor?"

"Let me see," Reid said before walking over. Morgan placed Adelaide in Reid's arms.

"Hey, sweetheart. Daddy's home, it's okay," Reid cooed as he gently rocked his daughter. Adelaide stopped waving her arms and her legs, she stopped crying and focused on her father. She let out a small coo and snuggled closer to his chest. "There's a good girl."

"I guess she just wanted you," Morgan sighed, a sadness tinged the sigh.

"Derek, don't take it personally. She's used to my scent and she recognises my voice, that's all. I've looked after her for three months during the day and when you were away on a case. She's used to me and give it a few days, she'll be more used to you than she is now. Bailey was the same with me, when you went back to work and I was on paternity leave, he cried and he wouldn't stop till I laid him on one of your shirts."

"I just feel like I'm not able to do enough for her," he shrugged. "Let's face it, you're definitely the mom figure in this partnership. I used to say you had the Reid effect but look at you now, you're so good with the kids and more in touch with your emotions than me."

"You're the protector of this family and I know you feel like you have to hide away some of your emotions but it's okay to talk to Bailey about things personal to him. You're the alpha male in this relationship, there is no doubt there but you're also a loving father and a wonderful husband. Don't be afraid to let yourself fall into those parts of yourself. I think I'm good with children because I had to grow up fast when I was younger. I want to give our children a wonderful childhood, I don't want them to have the childhoods that we had."

"I'll never let anyone hurt them and I know you won't either. Anybody tries to hurt them and I'll make sure they suffer."

"No-one will hurt our children, not our watch," Reid smiled before kissing Morgan. "I love you."

"Love you too, Spencer."

Three weeks later

Reid walked into the hospital room to find Garcia in bed holding her little girl, a beautiful baby girl who fit her arms perfectly. He walked over and kissed Garcia on her forehead. "She's so beautiful, Garcia. How are you feeling?"

"Tired but absolutely full of joy," Garcia beamed before moving away some of the blanket from her daughter's face. "She's finally here. JJ was amazing, she was here with me the whole time. Jason is trying to get back but no-one is flying out because of the storms. Reid, I'm a mom."

"You've always been a mom but now you're a super mom," he grinned. "Does she have name?"

"Melody, her name is Melody Grace Smith," Garcia said. "Do you want to hold her?"

"Absolutely," he nodded before scooping Melody into arms gently. "She's pretty in pink."

"I just can't believe she's finally here," Garcia said before crying a little. "I'm sorry, my hormones are everywhere now."

Melody began to stir but Reid gently rocked her in his arms, she settled back again and didn't wake up.

"You're so good with babies," Garcia laughed gently.

"As Morgan put it once, I'm the mother figure in our family. It just feels so natural now, I was nervous when we had Bailey but I just let my instincts take over. I remember when he was a baby, I would sit on the couch and bring my knees up and lay him down on them. I would watch him sleep and wonder how I got so lucky."

"You're a wonderful father," Garcia said. "I know you'll be an awesome uncle to Melody."

"If you need anything, no matter what time, just call us and we'll be around in a flash to help."

Reid walked into Garcia's apartment with Morgan and Bailey, he pushed the pram with Adelaide in and grinned when he saw Garcia dressing Melody. "Sorry, Garcia. I know we're early."

"That's okay," she smiled before finishing the last button. She brought her three-week old baby girl up and held her against her chest. Bailey pointed to the baby.

"Morgan, put him down, he can come and see Melody."

Morgan put his son down and watched him go over to Garcia. She brought him into a one-armed hug and kissed her godson on the cheek. "Hey, Bailey, how's my little buddy?"

"Baby," Bailey pointed.

"Yeah, this is my little girl, you can call her Mel for now. I'm her mommy."

"Mel. Mel is pretty," Bailey said before reaching his hand up and stroking her cheek.

"She's my little gem," Garcia said happily.

A week later

Reid raced after the suspect, he turned the corner but fell to the ground as a pole smashed down on his head. Rough hands grabbed him and dragged him to his feet, he was about to fight back when he felt the cold touch of a knife on his neck. The others came around the corner and brought up their guns.

"Let him go," Hotch ordered.

The unsub, a man named Harry Ranger, had killed nine women and they had finally tracked him down. He had murdered the women due to his religious beliefs, he was mentally ill and believed they were all whores. Reid had felt slightly uncomfortable with the case as it reminded him of Tobias.

He winced as the blade nicked his neck. "Harry, you don't want to do this. You don't have to do this, we can take you and get you some help."

"Shut up!" Harry shouted in his ear.

Reid couldn't stop thinking about Adelaide and Bailey, he didn't want them to only know him though a grave. He could feel blood running down his cheek from his head wound. A thought popped into his pain laced mind.

"Harry, you can't kill me because I've done nothing wrong. What sin am I guilty of? I protect people and all I want to do is get you some help. Be it with a priest or a doctor."

"You would really let me see a priest," Harry said, his grip on the night becoming more steady meaning he was getting calmer.

"Yes, I would. Just put the knife down and let me go. You don't want to do this. This isn't God's work, killing the innocent is not God's work."

Harry waited for a moment before dropping the knife and stumbling back. Reid stumbled away and watched as Blake and Rossi arrested him. JJ came over and helped him over to a brick wall where he saw down. "Are you okay?" she asked.

"I am now," he said as he pressed his sleeve to his forehead. "I'm just happy that I'll be able to see Adelaide and Bailey again."
