Atlas hopped on the rock and got out a piece of paper that he had for it was related to Cortex and his threat level. It was a simple task and all that Atlas did was write down ´threat status Zero / Bandicoot family takes care of him on their own."
Tettra sat in her room looking threw the internet shop for a new phone that was easily affordable for her. The two books of hers sat on the bed with sticky notes on them giving her the exact amount of money that they had given her. So when she finally found the right one she did the check to the amount that she had and luckily she had a pay as you go type plan. Shaking her head she looked up at the door as the knob turned and Atlas walked on in taking a seat next to her. "Tell me that there was no side effects cause of the explosion and I will get out of your hair right now, and go check to see if they have your glasses yet."
Shaking her head Tettra looked at the annoying boy who was created in a government lab for unknown purposes and spoke. "I've been blown up, shot at, stabbed, mutated, and even given poison so far and nothing bad has happened yet. I don't think a failed experiment could do any more damage to me than when you gave me some of your blood and I was mutated for an entire month." Atlas shook his head as Tettra suddenly got an idea and took out a notebook before jotting down her mutation experience. With that he left the room and walked down the stairs to see Coco doing her best to not look suspicious while trying to get close to the author.
As Atlas left for town Tettra turned her attention to her laptop and started to write down everything that she had so far for the next part of her third book. Why she didn't think of using her mutation experience as a plot device was beyond her, and she soon had typed over half the book when she stopped. Coco froze in place behind the door and held her breath as Tettra looked over the room in an attempt to find the hiding place of the spy. One of the many things she hid from people was the fact that she had some of the abilities as Atlas did, and using her heighten hearing she found the heart beat of Coco coming from behind the door.
Though they weren't as powerful as his, but she was still able to find the source and quietly she typed in a command into her computer. After she was done and turning up the speakers on her computer she got off the bead and walked on over to the door. Coco had calmed down and took a peek around the corner of the door only to find Tettra looking at her from the other side. "Coco I had to deal with several fans before who had somehow found out who I was and they never were able to get any content from me." At that Tettra went and grabbed her laptop from the bed and left the room closing the door as she left leaving Coco to stand quietly.
Aku floated outside the house waiting for Tettra to come out for he sensed that Coco was starting to bother her. "I take it that Coco is starting to get youre nerves Tettra… by the way what exactly do you know about Atlas?" "Hey Aku… yes she is, and as for Atlas… I know just about as much as he does, and trust me that is very little. The only down side for his powers is that he will out live piratically everything… including our planet." She at that moment felt very small and knew that she was going to only be a small speed bump in his life, but she wasn't going to let anyone know that.
Crunch was out of the garage now and had left to go exploring Wumpa island in hopes of finding something interesting. Crash was still asleep in the front yard dreaming of Wumpa fruit and pancakes which was his normal surprisingly. Coco had even given up on trying to find out what her favorite author was writing and went back to trying to fix one of her many things she had in the works. As for Aku, he and Tettra had went to train in the mystical arts of Mojo while Atlas was waiting in line for the post office. Why so many people were there getting mail that day was beyond him, but he was able to keep calm and only put down under half of them on his hit list.
For the most part he could stand around for the rest of eternity, because it was just a small thing in his huge lifespan. But finally he went up to the counter and got the package that he need to get, and after making sure that it was the right one he left to explore the small town. For the most part he was left alone which was a good thing, but it wasn't to stay that way for long, because he walked right into the middle of the Wumpa Island´s Black Market.
Shaking his head he heard movement around him as the crowed quickly made a big ring for him and the three who had their guns drawn. The three of them formed a perfect triangle and the guns were pointed at him, so when they all fired everyone was shocked to see him still standing. He smiled thinking about the time when he was surrounded by cyborgs while trying to rescue Tettra and with a tilt of his head he cracked his neck. To say it went well was an understatement, for in just under half an hour Atlas had rounded everyone up, and tied them together before making a call to the local police.
He left before any of them arrived to his location, but he did grab a wood mask before leaving thinking that it would be a good gift for Tettra. The mask was that of a Kitsune with red and white paint on it, obviously from Japaneses origin, just the type of thing she liked. Upon arriving back at the house the Bandicoot's lived in he opened the front door and walked up the stairs to the room Tettra was given. He was quick in using his powers to make sure no one was in the house before slipping in and putting the package, and the mask that he had wrapped up on her bed. Than he walked to the basement and looked down the hole that was now there before shaking his head and jumping down it to investigate the area.
Tettra was fighting some enemies from Crashe's various past adventures while Aku Aku watched her from up above. "Brother what do you think your doing here?" Aku turned to look at his brother who was slightly singed from the volcano but for the most part fine in surprise. "Ah Uka Uka… I was just here watching Tettra train in the mystical art of Mojo." "I can see that… she is quite good if I do say so… much better than Cortex… much better indeed." An evil grin appeared on Uka´s face as he thought of trying to recrut the girl who was in the middle of one of the most advanced forms of the Mojo arts.
"Don´t even try it brother… we spent thousands of years training in the art of Mojo to become the masters that we are today." Aku looked at his brother as he became angry, but the two of them knew that they were equal and they couldn't defeat each other even if they tried. "Prey tell than why shouldn't I try to take her, or make her come over to my side?" "We spent thousands of years practicing to become masters… she only took two years to become our equal in it." Both were quiet for a moment as Uka Uka shook in fear at the knowledge that he just learned from his brother about the girl.
"I would have better luck with that boy who was able to resist me even when I jacked him after Cortex stunned him." With that Uka Uka left in a puff of read smoke leaving Aku Aku to shake his… wooden form before looking down at Tettra. She was sitting down with the Mojo clones of Crashes enemies littered around the room with not a signal sweat on her body. "Hey Aku I´m heading back to the house to work on some things… thanks for the training session even if it was only half my regular workout." Aku did his best shrug as a wooden tiki mask before Tettra dissipated in a green puff of smoke and he followed not long after.
Atlas meanwhile was running from a horde of titans that he had awoken when he jumped into the hole to investigate it. They were very quick though and every now and than he had to either jump, slide, or deliver a punch to one that caught up to him. Though as he kept going he knew that it was going to be harder to get back to the surface the further he went into the cave. Eventually he was getting tired and than decided that enough was enough so Atlas decided to change enough so that he had black scales. This caused him to completely disappear from the titian's sights and he use it to quickly get out of the tunnels and back to the hole.
By the time that Atlas got back to the Bandicoot residence everyone was relaxing including Tettra, but everyone else thought that she wasn't. Coco, Crunch, and Aku Aku kept watching as the author sat on the ground with her body tense and ready to jump at a moments notice. They never notice as the assassin came out of the house and looked at them before walking over to the beach and sitting on the sand. A moment later and Tettra was back in the house and in the room she was allowed to stay in before noticing the stuff on her bed.
Looking over at it Tettra found the package with her sunglasses and eagerly tore it open before replacing her fake glasses with them and moving her hair out of the way. She than put on her regular jacket that she got from the assassin and put the gift he got for her away in one of the exponentially bigger than it looked pockets. Upon getting out though she noticed the Bandicoot family looking at the assassin somewhat suspiciously before finally shrugging it off. In one swift motion she crossed the distance to them, picked up the assassin, and than threw him into the ocean all in under a minute.
They all looked at her as she smiled and sat down on the beach using the thermal vision in her sunglasses to see where the assassin was. He was currently walking along the ocean floor sending death glares at the occasional shark that tried to take a bite out of him. When one got to close for his liking though he ended up attacking it and almost took a bite out of the shark himself. That left the oceans rather empty around him as he walked out of the water glaring at Tettra his eye's now slits out of anger.
The Bandicoot family took a step back out of fear while Tettra just smiled and giggled a bit before the assassin let out a sigh. With that Atlas than coughed a bit and spit out some sea water that had gotten into his lungs and shook his head before speaking. "I take it that was payback for that time we were in the Swiss Alps and I tricked you into causing an avalanche or something else?" She smiled at that before he shook his head and walked the rest of the way out of the ocean and took of his jacket. With that Atlas than put the jacket on a branch of a tree causing confusion to all members of the Bandicoot family before he jumped into a pocket.
"If your wondering how he did that, lizard breath can change his size and he also made bigger on the inside pockets that are capable of holding more than it seems." Everyone looked at Tettra as she smiled and reached into her pocket before pulling out a pole that was about ten feet long. After that she put the pole back and put her whole entire arm into the pocket right as Aku Aku spoke up. "I wouldn't be-leave it unless I saw it… but I shouldn't be surprised after how old I am but still… how strong is that jacket?" Crash was not paying attention and wondered off to mess with the assassins jacket while Crunch messed with his robot arm to pass the time. Coco continued to stair at Tettra who looked confused before pointing behind her at the titan that was trying to shoot her.
"Atlas made this jacket so he wouldn't have to use his powers that much… as far as I know it is capable of surviving a nuclear detonation. But he has claimed it to of survived an experimental antimatter warhead by wrapping it around said warhead. I be-leave he was just trying to pull one over on me… but I never know especially after that time travel incident we were involved in." Tettra didn't pay any attention to the Bandicoot's or the tiki mask before walking off with a note pad in hand writing down a few notes. Crash took that as the perfect time to try and stick his head in the pocket of the assassin jacket and let out scream as he was sucked in.
Coco grabbed onto the Crashe's foot and was being pulled along by the force that was pulling her brother in. Aku Aku than tried to help but Coco grabbed him and he was being pulled along just as Crunch grabbed a hold of Coco's arm. Tettra who wasn't paying attention walked on by just as Crunch grabbed a hold of her shoulder to try and stop himself from being pulled in to the assassins jacket. Tettra not paying attention didn't know what happened before she was pulled into the jacket and was falling down the dark abyss.
The Bandicoot family were shocked as they saw the metal structure that Atlas had in his pocket before all of a sudden they stopped falling. Looking up they saw Tettra with a pair of bat like wings coming out of her back flapping them to keep them all in the air. She than flew over to the metal structure and slowly started to drift down setting them all on the ground before landing herself. With that done she simply looked over at Crash who she assumed was the one responsible for bringing them all in here. With that she let her wings disappear much to their surprise before looking down at something in her hands and paling at the sight.
"Oh no… no, no, no, no, no. CRASH! Thanks to you we are all trapped in this jacket and I just so happened to grab it before we were pulled in!" Tettra held up the jacket that was turned inside out to show the Bandicoot's what she grabbed subconsciously and they all paled at the sight. Even Aku AKu paled at it and it was hard because he was a wooden tiki mask, but he still knew the dangers that it would cause.
