Anata POV

She puts it on. He put the moves on her. She resists he gets out the gun.

I was horrified but I kept calm… mostly, I was crying… kind of.

"Go on! Shoot me! Life will go on with or without me!"(FMA reference) I shouted. He hesitated, I took my chance. I ran at him and got hold of the gun. Three years seemed to go by in the moment I decided whether or not to shoot to kill.

I shot him in the shoulder and leg so that I could get away. After I took the shot I realized the bullet bounced off him. One bounced back hit me in my right upper leg just above the knee. I screamed in pain as I fell to the floor.

A chorus of 'Anata!' Sounded outside.

"You thought you were the only one with paranormal powers? Well then think again." Don said "that's what happens when you doubt a warlock that's half vampire." He inhaled deeply. "Your blood smells oh so good. I'm up for some more dessert." He added as he backed me into a corner gun in his hand again. I curled into a ball covering my face.

Crashes could be herd down stairs. Followed by thundering coming up the stairs. The door slammed open. There was commotion, then silence. Suddenly a blanket covered my shoulders. My body flinched at the touch. I looked up at who it was. It was Slender. He had pulled the blanket off the bed to cover me.

I flung my arms around his neck and cried soaking his shirt in seconds. He tried to sooth me by rubbing my back, saying "shhhh, it's ok. It's over."

Soon someone noticed my leg. "Holy crap. I thought I smelt blood. It's her leg." Said Hidan.

I calm done enough to say. "I shot him but both bounced off him and one of the bullets hit me." Someone came over.

"I don't think all the things I need are here. This house doesn't look too modern. But I'll take a look. "Orochimaru said before leaving.

My crying had stopped. But tears came anyway from the throbbing pain of the hole in my leg. "Please, I just want to go home. Get me out of the 50s." I moaned

the others looked confused by my comments. "The house is based on the style during 1950 to 1959 years, now being 2013. So about 60 years or so ago." Slender said.

"If my information is correct and Kakuzu really is 100 years old or so. He would have been about 40 my grandmother would have been in her 30s. She is alive and well at the age of 95." I rattled off.

"Anata chan is really smart." Tobi said in amazement.

"We need brains like that in the Akatsuki." Pain said.

"What are you saying?" I asked.

"Would you like to by a member?" Pain asked.

"I would love to." I said. Tired of waiting I began to stand. "No is taking me home so I take myself home." When I was up I went into the bathroom and put a floor length white night gown on, completely taking off the slut outfit. I ripped a strip of the blanket off and wrapped it tight just above the hole like I was thought in Girl Scouts. I'm not sure if being shot is the same as a gash from a rock or something.

Limping my way to the door, it finally dawned on the guys that I was serious about going home. "Grab him and we'll take him to the cops." L said, pointing at an out cold Don. "Don't touch the gun. He was holding it last, so we can say he shot her. With the gun we'll have finger prints to back our story."

Orochimaru came rushing it the door just as I reached it. He rammed right into me making me fall to the floor. The pain in my leg spiked. "Damn it, Maru! Slow the fuck down. I'm not going to die, so stop acting like it!" I shouted glaring at him as I got to my feet. I smacked away his hands he held out to offer help. "It was my leg that was shot not my heart." I added shoving him out of the way. If it weren't for the fact that I was in whirlwind of thought and feelings, I would have stopped and hugged him when I saw his face filled with heartbroken shock.

I was eventually outside. I sprouted wings making me look like an angel. Just before takeoff I felt an arm on my shoulder. It was Slender. "Can I take pitcher of your leg?" He asked. I lifted the gown to show the hole. He took the pic and handed me a basket. In it were kittens. None of them new. It was everyone but L and Light. "The others and I will take Don to the police. You be safe. Okay." He said. I nodded he gave me a hug before pulling something off his wrist. "Here you can have my bracelet until I fix your necklace." He said as he put the bracelet on me. Then he walked away.

I looked to the star filled sky and took off. I flew up to the clouds I looked down at the vast emptiness below me. The kits commented but I didn't hear.

I flew over a small lake. Tucking in my wings and head first fell towards the water. As we fell, I let go of the basket and the kits seemed to float out of it screaming and cursing. Deidara kept yelling "not again!"

Before we all made splash down, I opened my wings and cot the kits on my back. Deidara crawled up to my shoulder and spoke into my ear.

"Hay why didn't you do that when we fell off my bird yesterday? Un." He asked.

"If I hadn't fallen asleep, I would have done the same thing. I would have saved you at the last second. Sorry." I said scratching him behind the ear.

I flew up through clouds. I used Slander's bracelet to keep a good flow of air was going to our lungs. '00000's and 'awe's sounded as we admired the stars. I soon felt trembling, both of my own and the kits. I tilted down toward the more seemingly warmer air.

Soon we had sight of the large buildings of the city. Weaving in and out of the buildings was a bit of fun thinking what the stray person might think if they looked up as I passed over. Seeing what looks like an angel. I wondered if that person had a camera, would I be in the news in the paper or on TV or maybe on YouTube.

Out of the city and now in the suburbs. I flew over the sleeping houses. I wonder how many kids tomorrow morning will tell their parents they saw an angel. How many parents would really believe them?

Finally seeing the thick green blob I knew was the woods I flapped my wings harder, adding to my speed. Taking a quick stop a Slendy's to put his bracelet on the door knob.

I retracted my wings and walked. The kits walking around my feet. Before I was even in sight of my own driveway I realized how tired I was from the whole ordeal. Everything faded into blackness as the dirt came up to hug me.

Kits POV

"We have to go get the others." said Pain

"Let us run like little ninja kittens." Tobi cheered. All 5 kittens ran as fast as they could. Soon reaching the front door.

"How the hell are we going to get in to tell them?" Hidan asked no one.

"The doorbell, that button up there." Orochimaru said propping himself up on the wall. Tobi hopped onto Maru's shoulders. Hidan got onto Tobi's shoulders, followed by pain, and then Deidara crawled up. They were all just tall enough to reach.

BIINNG DONG!
Footsteps, the kittens tumbled down. The door opened. The kittens got the attention of Kohaku.

Kohaku POV

"Anata's just done the street. Un. Someone needs to go get her. Hm." Deidara meowed. Lucky for them I could understand them. I was at a higher level of skill in our powers.

"Get Kabuto! She's hurt." Orochimaru said.

"Oh my." I turned to the inside of the house. "KABUTO!" There was no response. I ran to the living room where we all had fallen asleep. It seems I did wake him but he was just slow to respond. "Kabuto, we need to go get Anata. She's hurt and just down the street. Come on." I said pulling on him. And we set off at a run. Just looking down the road I could see a white spot on the side of the rode. I ran faster, Kabuto on my heels. Getting there I saw a small pool of blood coming from her leg. Kabuto picked her up a started back to the house. He brought her to the kitchen where I keep the bigger first aid kit.

"Help me or go change Orochimaru back." He said.

"I'll go change Orochimaru." I said. I get a little sick in the summit when it comes to large amounts of blood.

Finding him right behind me I picked him up. Ran to his room grabbed pants and underwear. Ran to the nearest bathroom which was in Anata's room. Ripped on the hot water and splashed Orochimaru. POOOF! I shut my eyes. I heard him putting on the pants and run out. I let out a sigh of relief. Knowing throws two are helping Anata puts my mind more at ease. I went down stairs. As soon as I entered the living room I was mobbed.

"Will Anata be ok?" Flair cried, shrinking by the second.

"She's fine. It's nothing Kabuto and Orochimaru can't Handel." I said. That helped calm Flair but she only slowed in her shrinking.

I looked around. I saw kitten Deidara admiring the clay dragon Tori had made. It was a mini of Deidara's favorite creation. He was on its back. I scurried over and took a pic. Then showed it to him. He chuckled. I nudged Tori. She slowly took off her gloves, palms down held out her hands. The slowly turned them over showing him the mouths on her hands. Deidara's eyes widened.

"And now you know why we call her Dei-clone." I said.

"Can you change me human?" He asked. I just put him I the fair of Tori. She took him to be changed.

"Flair can you go change the rest of the kittens?" I asked. She nodded and gathered the kittens. She had trouble at first. She was 2 feet tall now; she must really be worried about Anata. Not able to pick up 1 of the 3 kittens, she just decided to just let them follow her. She made her way to the nearest bathroom and explained her height problem to the kittens. This task helped her thought keep away from her worry letting her grow half a foot.

I sat on the couch. I must have dosed off. When I woke up I found myself being carried to my room. "Oh sorry, did I wake you?" Asked Kabuto.

"No. But you can put me down." I said. "How's Anata?"

"She's just fine. She just has to rest for a bit and she'll be good as new." He said as he sat me down. I gave him a big hug.

"Thank you Kabuto. I owe you." I said. He felt warm a little too warm. I reached for his forehead. "You seem a little warm. Do you feel all right?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just need rest. Night" He said walking away quickly. Leaving me puzzled.

I decided to check on Anata before bed. When I peaked in I saw a kitten sleeping next to her. Her arm reached out in her sleep and pulled it close to her chest. I move closer and saw the kitten was none other than Orochimaru. I smiled to myself as I left the room.
