In the true, nobody knows who caused that explosion. Soundwave noticed that the building where the sparkling and sparkmate of Megatron was hidden, started to explodes, and tried to save, then, one great explosion destroyed his face and killed his family. The building fell over them. When Megatron found them, Soundwave were embraced with his Sparkling, near of his sparkmater. He never will can forget that image. His face was destroyed, but he doesn't know if he lost his voice, or he doesn't want talk; like one vow of silence.
Miko stops and remembers. Every time when Soundwave saw her, he just turned and made like she wasn't there, or if she was near one confusion he pushed her to far him.
