AN: Hello hello hello! I know you've all been waiting on this and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to update but the rush of the last week of the semester have had me ALL over the place. I've been super busy (and a bit super lazy, sorry lol) BUT I have a few days break before my exams. I wrote majority of this chapter before posting the last one, but I had to fit in all the details and such. I saw everyones comments and noticed I made a HUGE MISTAKE with a time stamp in the last chapter. So, the scene where Olivia was supposed to be a few DAYS later, NOT weeks. I was writing about Olivia ignoring him for weeks (since the whole fiasco started) and must have written the wrong word... SORRY! lol. Another thing I'd like to clear up, concerning Olivia's medical leave. Olivia does not have to come into work, but she has been working from home. Maybe medical leave the was the wrong term? Also, she hasn't been completely fired, she's just been suspended. The reason for Fitz not having a set bail is simply because the media and the law want to paint him as a spoil, rich kid. I know, I know, it's completely unfair, but that's how the justice system can be sometimes. Anywho, hope you all enjoy! Oliver & Company update should be coming soon...

"Morning Fitz! I've got some good news and some bad news. Which do you wanna hear first?", Mellie asked cheerfully as she walked into the room. She was greeted by a clearly distraught Fitz; he sat slumped over in the chair with his head dropped so low she was surprised that his neck was still intact.

"Hmm... not much of a talker today I see. Well, how about I start off with the bad news first, so the good news makes a little more sense..."

He made no response.

"Okay then...", she said nervously before beginning. "Bad news, they showed Olivia the tape this morning...", she sees him flinch at the sound of her name, "and they also showed it to Amanda, who the agents said was completely shocked about the footage."

Still, no response.

"Okay... I guess I have to tell you the good news now, huh? Well, the agents have gone over the gathered evidence. With Olivia's questioning and reactions from both the women as they viewed the tapes, they think it's a slight possibility that Amanda could in fact be lying about the whole thing. They've decided to set bail and I spoke with your parents, who are in the process of handling the money right now. They're letting you go in a few days Fitz! We're getting you out of here!"

Suddenly, his head raises. His eyes bloodshot red and appear to look weighed down with huge bags, dark circles forming underneath. They're no longer their usual blue, they're more grey. And not a stormy grey, a sad grey. She knows that look. He's been crying.

"Fitz, is something wrong?", she asks him. He doesn't respond, not vocally at least. Instead, she sees the tears begin to pour from his eyes. "Fitz!", she rushes over to him, kneeling on the floor, pulling his face to her stomach. She knows what it is. She wished that it wouldn't have come to this, that she wouldn't have to see her friend hurting once more. "It's okay Fitz, just let it out. Let it all out..", she soothes him, rubbing his back to help ease the pain he's feeling.

"Fuck fuck fuck! I can't fucking believe this shit!"

"Olivia, calm down!"

"Kelly, I can't calm down!"

"Liv, let's just make you a doctor's appointment. Maybe the tests are wrong or something..."

"Kelly, there's no way in hell five different brands of pregnancy tests could be wrong right now. There's no fucking way!"

"I know, but Liv..." She knew that there was no way for all the tests to be incorrect, but she needed to persuade Olivia to think different for the time being.

"But Liv what?", she said, running her hands through her hair as she paced in what seemed to be perfect circles. "I'm pregnant. I'm fucking pregnant. The father of my child is rotting in someone's jail cell, accused of sexual harassment and I'm pregnant with his child. I left him, who knows when or if he'll ever come out. I've pretty much lost my job. My life is falling apart and I can't deal with a baby right now. I don't want a baby right now.

"Olivia, are you saying...", Kelly asked softly, her voice lined with fear.

"Kell, what other choice would I have right now? I mean, I don't believe in it, but this is a very urgent circumstance..."

"Liv...", a lone tear traveled down her cheek, "Please. Please don't do this. I know it's hard, I know right now is not the best time, I know it's your right to choose. But please. Think this through Olivia. You know we're all here to support you. And as much you don't wanna hear it, Mom and Dad can and will take care of everything. That's their grandchild in there. That's my little niece or nephew. I know you and Fitz are off right now, but this would devastate him. He's already been broken so much. Please Liv, please. I love you too much to let you do this and possibly regret it and hate yourself for the rest of your life."

"Oh Kelly...", she quickly snapped out of it, stopping her pacing as she reached in to hug Kelly's trembling form. "I'm being so selfish, aren't I? I'm letting my anger and hurt taking over the situation and it's unfair to everyone else. I could never hurt your family or Fitz, not after all you've done for me. It's just hard right now Kelly. I feel so alone in this."

"You're not alone Liv.", the young girl said, wiping a tear from Olivia's cheek before wiping one from her own. "We're family. Regardless of you and Fitz's relationship, you are our family. You're a Grant Liv, always and forever. And now there's a little Grant inside of you. You know how amazing this baby is going to be? Your strong will, Fitz's compassion. I wouldn't want anyone to bring a child into this family besides you Liv."

"I love you so much Kelly, I love you all so much. Thank you for being here. Thank you for dropping everything and catching the nearest flight. Thank you so much."

"You're welcome. Are you gonna..."

"I can't. Right now, I can't..."

"Olivia, he has to know..."

"I know, but I need to clear my head. I need to go into this with my brain and not my heart. I just... I just need some time. Promise me you won't tell anyone. I need to do it on my own, when the time is right..."

"Okay, I promise. Just as long as you promise to tell him."

"I will, you know I will..."

"Good. Let's umm, get you that appointment. You're name is a hot topic right now. I'm thinking of bringing in someone I know personally..."

"Personally?"

"Yeah...", she said, her head dropping staring at the floor.

"I'm sorry...", Olivia said to her softly, rubbing her back while pulling her into a hug.

"It's okay. I was younger. It was an accident. The guy, he would have never... he wouldn't have been anything like Fitz..."

The women stood holding and hugging one another. For Olivia, if felt good not to be alone in the situation. She was unable to trust anyone, keeping her distance from not only Fitz, but Abby and Quinn as well. It felt good to have someone be there for her. For Kelly, it felt good to know that she could be there for Olivia. With all that was going on, she knew that Olivia had been hurt the most. She was upset with Fitz for not taking her warning, for putting himself in this position.

Flashback

Olivia lifted herself from off the ground, using all of her strength to stand in front of the sink, washing the remnants of the vomit from her mouth. She looked in the mirror and barely recognized herself. She looked pale, her skin no longer shining with radiance. She brought her hands to her cheeks; she was getting thinner. The stress from everything going on was weighing down on her. She barely ate, she barely slept, her cycle had been completely knocked off course. Her cycle? Shit!

"Oh god no!", she whispered to herself, realizing she had missed her period. She assumed that it was due to the whole situation, but now she was throwing up too. Was she...? could she be...? She and Fitz had stopped using protection and she wasn't using her birth control and foolishly she thought that it couldn't happen so fast. What was she thinking?

She walked back to the kitchen, looking for her cellphone. Who could she call? Who could she speak to? She was alone and she needed someone, anyone. Tears streamed down her face as searched through her contact list, coming across the one person she hoped would help her.

A Few Days Later

"Lewis, Caroline Lewis?"

"Come on Livi", Kelly rose out of her seat first, grabbing Olivia's shaking hand to help her stand up. They walked over to the nurse, a tall, blonde lady, who smiled at them.

"Hi, I'm Nurse Shaw. Which one of you is Caroline?".

"Oh, can't you tell? It's this nervous wreck right here", Kelly answered, pointing in Olivia's direction.

"Oh sweety, you have nothing to worry about. We have nervous potential mommies-to-be coming in all the time. Trust me, we'll take good care of you." Nurse Shaw smiled at Olivia, holding her hand and rubbing her back to comfort her. Olivia nodded her head, letting the woman lead them down the hallway into the examination room.

"Caroline sweety, here's the gown we need you to change into. The ties should be towards the back. I'll step out and alert the doctor you're here, you just have a seat right up here", the nurse called for her, patting the bed in the center of the room. She walked out, a smile on her face, in search of the doctor.

"Hey, let me get that for you. You just relax, okay?", Kelly offered to her, helping Olivia get undressed and slipping into her gown, before she helped her get seated.

"Liv, everything's gonna be okay. Whether we find out you're pregnant today or not, everything's gonna work out. Don't be scared, don't be worried. I'm here for you."

Olivia looked at Kelly and smiled nervously. She had been a wreck since she had taken the tests while Kelly sat in her living room. For someone who was no longer obligated to help, Kelly was like a guardian angel. She rushed and booked a flight as soon as Olivia called, breaking down on the phone while she told her everything; from Fitz keeping the situation from her, to having to see everything happen on the tape, to ultimately deciding that she needed to be away from him while she figured herself out. She expected Kelly to be loyal to Fitz, but she was completely shocked to see her standing at her front door after landing in Miami less than 12 hours later.

Before she had a chance to respond, she heard a light knock on the door before it opened and a man walked into the room. He was young, attractive, and dressed in scrubs. Olivia assumed that this was her doctor.

"Kelly!", he said as a warm smile spread across his face.

"Charlie!", she answered, walking over to him and giving him a hug.

"And this must be..."

"My sister, Olivia...", Kelly said, winking in Olivia's direction.

"Ahh, yes. Miss Pope. I've heard a bit about you. I deeply apologize for all this craziness going on. Kelly contacted me and told me that today's appointment was to be extremely private and discreet. I can assure you that it is my duty to protect you and any information we learn in this room today.", Charlie said, grasping Olivia's hand in his two large ones. "If you will lay back, we can begin, okay?"

Olivia laid back on the bed, staring at the ceiling as she heard the doctor prepare the materials for the examination. She heard him ask Kelly to dim the lights and explain to her that he was going to lift her gown and squeeze a gel across her stomach that would be a little cold. She gasped and squeezed her eyes shut as she felt the liquid come in contact with her skin. She then felt the transducer running across her stomach, the gel being spread across the surface. She held her breath as the room went silent.

Her eyes popped open as she heard Kelly gasp, and her head shot to the left, looking on the screen. Sure enough, there was the dark oval surrounded by a white rim, the gestational sac. Then, a slow, comforting sound filled the room. A heartbeat.

"Congratulations Olivia! You're having a baby!", Charlie said, smiling at her.

"I'm gonna be an aunt!", Kelly exclaimed.

"From the looks of it, I'd say you're about five to six weeks along."

Olivia stared at the screen, a tear falling from her eyes. She couldn't believe it. She was going to be a mother, she was going to be someone's mother. There was a small life forming inside of her that she created. It was

her baby, it was their baby. Her happiness was suddenly overcome with sadness as she realized what this truly meant. She was pregnant with their child and their relationship was ruined. More tears began falling as she held her stomach, turning away from the both of them.

Charlie and Kelly shot each other a knowing glance before he turned off the equipment and readied himself to leave the room. "I'll have Nurse Shaw set up an appointment for you in the next few weeks. Again, congratulations Olivia..", he said before leaving the room.

Fitz laid in his cell, staring up at the ceiling. He was still here, after being locked away for nearly a month, he was still here. It was cold, dark, lonely. He felt so alone. He missed Olivia, he needed her. He had endured a lot in the past few weeks. Sure, it had taken him a few days to get adjusted to the fact that he was being held in jail. He was no longer free and he no longer had any privacy, his every move being watched by the guards. But nothing was worst than when she told him that she couldn't do it anymore. Hearing her on the line, heartbroken and hurt, it crushed him like a ton of bricks.

He had to get her back, no matter what it took. Olivia was going to be his again. He rolled over, staring at the wall as tears began to fall down his face.

"Liv! I'm about to leave now!", she heard her calling for her throughout the house, but she didn't have the energy to respond. "Olivia!", she called out when she walked into the bedroom. "Olivia, I know you're sad and you're upset, but this is seriously getting out of hand. You have another life to worry about now. This moping around is not doing any good for you or for the baby."

She leaned in, kissing Olivia on the forehead. "I wish I could stay and help you get out of this funk, but my parents are wondering why I've been here for the past week and a half and unless you would like for me to explain to them the situation at hand, I have to go." Olivia nodded, letting her know she understood. Kelly stood up, reaching a hand out to help Olivia out of the bed. "Come on, you gotta lock the door!"

The women walked towards the front door, Kelly pulling her luggage behind her. Once the door was opened, she leaned in and gave Olivia a long, tight hug, taking her by surprise.

"Thank you Kell, for everything."

"It's no problem. Remember, you're a Grant. And now you're carrying baby Grant!", she crouched down, speaking to Olivia's stomach. "You be good in there little one! And don't give mommy a hard time! Aunty Kelly will be back soon!" She stood up again, brushing her knees off, giving Olivia another hug.

"You take care of yourself Liv and don't be afraid to call me for anything!", she said, pulling her sunglasses over her eyes as she headed out the door. Olivia closed and locked the door behind her, turning to run to bathroom as she felt herself about to throw up.

After getting through another episode of morning sickness, Olivia showered, hoping the warm water would make her feel better. She stood in the bathroom, wrapped in her plush bathrobe with a towel wrapped around her freshly washed hair. She began squeezing some toothpaste on her toothbrush when she heard her doorbell ring. She placed the toothpaste and toothbrush on the counter, turning off the faucet and rushed out of the bathroom.

The doorbell rang again and she screamed out, "Hold on! I'm coming!" She rushed to the door, swinging it open.

"What, did you miss your flight or..."

"Livvie..."
