Well, here's a poem about Gajeel and Levy. I hope you all enjoy it!
Disclaimer: I own the poem only, the characters and Fairy Tail belong to Hiro Mashima
He would always wonder
Why she read such silly things
About princesses and fairies
And dragons with huge wings.
She would only shake her head
And smile up a storm,
She said that he would see
Why they kept her nice and warm.
One day much much later,
In a house they called their own,
Their boy picked up an tattered book
With edges that had been sewn.
Curious, he called his dad
Over to come see,
Then his father simply smiled
And set him on his knee.
"This book," he said so softly
"Is a special one to me."
He gently turned the pages,
So the little boy could see.
Inside were drawn pictures
Along with old, flowing script,
The edges were torn and fraying,
The pages worn and ripped.
Inside it told the story
Of a dragon and a fairy.
The fairy was the only one
Who treated him so fairly.
On the very last page
Was written "I love you"
And with a smile the boy left
To show his mommy too.
That night, as he laid down to sleep,
His father watched his tiny form,
And, smiling, set down the book,
"Read it, it'll keep you warm."
I hope you guys got that poem. The idea is that Gajeel doesn't get why Levy believes in fairy tales and love when they first meet, but then, years later, after they're married with children, one of their little boys finds a book Levy gave to Gajeel to read about a dragon, him, and a fairy, her, and it was basically their love story. Now he understands that there is a such things as love and he wants his son to grow up believing in the magic of friendship and love. Eh, maybe it's a bit hard to follow. But I hope you enjoyed it!
Reviews are very much appreciated, I would love to know your opinion on this little collection of poetry. Thanks for reading!
