Well... I don't know how good this one is but oh well...

"2:03." Dawn said, looking at the half asleep Paul. "In the morning?" A sheepish smile crossed his face. "Ughh, you know which one." She said. "That's a… interesting choice of watch." Paul said, looking at her red watch, amused . " Shut up! My Dadd- 'er Dad gave it to me, Before, B-Before…." A fused Dawn silently picked at her watch. " Before what?" A blue eyed, blonde haired, child asked. "B-Before he passed away." A tear slid down her pale face, all Paul could do was ask. " How?" "Sigh, He was a mafia member and they killed him…. Satisfied?" A flood of salty tears cascaded down the blue eyed beauty's face. Wrapping his arms around her, in a tight embrace, he cried silently with her…

"Why are you crying?" "Oh, cause this is how I settle down my kid sister." smiled an amused Paul. Still fingering her watch, she said. " You know my Dad added a secret compartment to this?" "Not much of a secret anymore, now is it?" Paul said, still holding Dawn tight in his arms. "Nope… Wanna see it?" "Yea!" A screech like noise erupted from Paul, like someone stepped on a dogs tail. "What the…" "Sorry." He blushed. "I make that noise when I'm excited." "Uh huh…" turning her watch back 4.5 seconds, a compartment slide out, with a piece of aged paper. "What's that?" Shiyoku asked, looking quizzically at the parchment. "I don't know… it was my Dad's." "Let's see it." Paul said , hand out.

Unfolding the ancient paper was no walk in the park. It threatened several times to tear itself into shreds. After a few tries by everyone (except the idiot lady driving the bus.) Raye managed to open it… finally. "It's a bunch of equations." He said. Sure enough symbols and fractions of all sorts covered the paper, each equation was labeled with a letter. "Lemme see it." Shiyoku said, holding the paper to her eyes. After a few minutes, she finally decoded it, while being pestered by Jack of course. "It's an antidote." She said. " Of what?" Raye asked. " It says… ' In case of a killing pandemic, make this.' " " A whatta -whatta? A confused Raye asked. " I don't know…." Shiyoku replied.

10 minutes later…..

"Um, we ran out of gas." Misa said. "No we didn't. See? We have at least 1,000 miles left in this trucker." Paul said. "Trucker? Seriously, that's what you call a bus?" Dawn said, biting back her laughter. " Yea…. Why?" "Nothing, no reason at all." An exasperated laugh escaped her lips. She bit hard on her tongue, a metallic flavor creased her taste buds. "WHAT? I don't get it, what's so funny?" He asked. "Nothing." Dawn's sides started to hurt because of the confused expression on his face. "You really have no idea do you?" She asked. " No.." he said slowly. " Boys…" She sighed. Scratching his head, he laid back down.

"Where to now?" Misa asked. " I guess Paul and Dawn's apartment." Raye said, an annoyed expression glazed Shiyoku's face. " Oh, I know where that is!" Misa cried out, gleefully. "What? Do you stalk us or something?" Paul and Dawn said in unison. " Oh I just followed you guys home one day, no biggie. I followed every student in the school at least once." She said, humming a happy tune. " Uh, okay… that's not weird in the tiniest bit.." Paul said, hugging his back pack.

A few years ago…

"Donny!" snarled Jackson. Jackson was wearing a mustard stained undershirt, and black shorts. His salt and pepper hair was a mess and he smelled like onions. "What?" Donny, in a confused state handed him a container marked 'lethal' . "No! I need that bottle marked… just hand me a bottle!" Jackson Gray growled with regret. Handing him a bottle marked haywire chromosomes, Donny said. "What are we gonna do with this stuff anyways? We have the antidote, well I do…" With a grin, Gray responded. " We're making a killing formula, the government needs it remember? To kill criminals easier." "Well, won't they kill us with it?" Geoffrey asked. "No, I have a friend whose an agent. She won't let them kill us." He replied.

"Thank you. You've helped us a ton!" The government agent said. " The president will be happy.." and with that they tested it on they're first criminal…

"Hold still Jonathan, this won't hurt at all." Gina said holding the syringe containing the serum Jackson and his gang made. "What did I do anyways? All I did was save the presidents daughter from burning to death!" Jonathan cried. "Well, Mr. President said.. … let's just say she was meant to die." Gina laughed, strapping in the 45 year old man.

Injecting the serum in his arm, she laughed hysterically, knowing what would happen. "LIAR!" Jonathan bellowed. "W-What's happening to me?" He asked , looking at his skin. "I-It's coming off!" "Did I say it would barely hurt? Oh, I meant it would hurt…. a lot." Gina was watching with supreme satisfaction as Jonathan was turning into a undead lunatic. "Tell me one thing." he croaked. "What are you going to do with me?" "The time will come when you are needed." she replied, locking him in the room. "You're time will come….."

Once They reached the apartment…

Parking the bus in front of the run down apartment wasn't easy. There was glass and pop cans littering the ground, stating they would pop the tires if you were to run them over. "Who's first?" Raye asked, savoring his beef jerky. "For what?" Jack asked, sitting Shiyoku's lap. "Who's apartment do we go to first?" He responded. "Oh, well how about Paul's?" Misa asked, eyeing him. "Well, which ever ones closer." Shiyoku said, eyeing Paul as well.

"We both live on the same floor." Dawn said, gripping Paul's hand. "Ouch!" He cried out. "Well, let's go to Paul's." Dawn said, nervously. "Okay." Misa said, parking on the gravel. One by one they all made they're way towards Paul's apartment…..
