A/N: please forgive errors, I stopped watching show in 1999 when Jason and Robin broke up and then in 2005 when Robin came home and the writers didn't put Jason and Robin back together

Year is 2007

CHAPTER FOUR

Today was a big day for Robin, she thought as she got out of bed. She would move into her penthouse today and find out if she is pregnant. This was going to be a great day, she hoped. She was going to find out rather she would be a mommy or not. Oh God, she couldn't wait. She hurried and got dressed took her morning protocol and ate some breakfast she had brought up from room service. She had a 9:00 appointment with Kelly for a blood test to find out if she was pregnant. She hurried to the elevator and down to the lobby where Patrick was with Leyla kissing her. Robin ignored them, yes it still hurt some but Robin was more worried about rather she was pregnant than what Patrick and Leyla were doing. She was glad that she would be out of the hotel today, and into her own penthouse.

Robin arrived at her appointment with Kelly with enthusasium, there was going to be a positive pregnancy test, she knew it. Kelly came out to get her and personally took her blood and headed to the lab while Robin waited in a room to be checked rather she was pregnant or not, she had to have a check-up. Stella who was Kelly's nurse looked and acted nervous and Robin briefly wondered why but dismissed it. She wanted to know if she was pregnant.

Stella was nervous alright if Robin Scorpio was pregnant it wasn't with a donor's baby. Stella had been paid to change the specimen and Stella was having a guilty conscience and needed to tell them if Dr. Scorpio was pregnant. She would tell them if she was indeed pregnant.

Kelly comes into the room. She smiles at Robin and says. "I knew you would be fertile. You're pregnant! You're going to be a mommy, Robin."

"I'm really pregnant! Oh, my God this is the best feeling in the world." Robin tells Kelly and Stella looks at the smile on Dr. Scorpio's face and hopes she doesn't destroy that but she has to tell them the truth.

"I am so sorry, that I did this. I'm sorry!" Stella cries, "I needed the money, my son has bipolar and the medicine is so much money that I took it and did this awful thing. I will do whatever you want. Please don't fire me."

Kelly and Robin wonder what she is talking about. "What are you talking about, Stella?" Kelly asked her nurse.

"I was paid to switch the DNA for Dr. Scorpio's test with someone else's DNA that was not her donor's."

"Are you saying you switched my donor's DNA with someone else's DNA?" Robin asked trying to stay calm.

"Yes, I was paid 20,000 dollars to switch your donor's DNA with someone else's."

"Whose DNA did you switch my donor's with and who paid you to do it?"

"Jason Morgan's DNA is who I was paid to switch it with and by Carly Jacks."

Robin sits down hard shocked, if what this nurse said is right she was having Jason's baby. Why though would Carly want her to have Jason's baby? "Are you sure it was Jason Morgan's DNA?"

"Yes, I switched it with his DNA I went into the storage locker and got his out and put your donor's in Mr. Morgan's file. I am so sorry Dr. Scorpio, I needed the money for my son so I did something wrong and now you're pregnant with someone else's baby than your donor's. Am I fired?"

"No, this is going to stay between us and Jason of course, I will tell anyone that the original donor was Jason Morgan if that is what he wants but for now you two do not say anything to anyone. Now I have to go talk to Jason than I will tell you two what we are going to do. I will call you soon." With that Robin leaves the room and the hospital and heads to Harbor View Towers and to tell Jason the news that he was the father of her baby. She wonders how he will take the news that she was pregnant with his baby.

She parks her car and heads into Harbor View and to the elevator, to the top floor where the penthouses are. When she gets off the elevator she hears Sam and Jason arguing not really paying attention to what they are arguing about it wasn't her business she believes.

Jason was tired of Sam sitting around doing nothing all day and spending his money, she had wanted to go shopping and Jason told her no, not with his money anyway, he cut up her credit cards that he was paying for and Sam was angry that he did that. What's the use of having so much money if you don't spend it and have fun with it and go shopping and buy yourself things, Sam reasoned with Jason which fell on deaf ears, he took her cards out of her purse and cut them up and walked out and an angry Sam followed him yelling at him, that she should be able to do what she wants. He told her when she worked and paid the bills she could, this is what Robin walked in on.

"Sorry to interrupt your um discussion but I need to talk to you now Jason, something has happened that I need to tell you about. It is very important otherwise I wouldn't bother you while you two are um talking." Robin was very serious about needing to talk to Jason and he realized that.

"Sam why don't you go in the penthouse and think about getting a job or something, I am tired of you doing nothing but going shopping and sitting around reading, if I wanted that type of relationship I would date Carly so why don't you go think about that." Jason told her and she stomped off and went into the penthouse mad.

"What can I do for you?" Jason asked Robin knowing something wasn't right. "Did the pregnancy test come back and you aren't pregnant?"

"No I am pregnant that is not the problem, we need to talk about this privately, is there any where we can go that no one will overhears us, it is very important that I talk to you alone." Robin tells him almost frantic.

"Okay, your penthouse is ready, the men have it finished I was just given the keys and checked the penthouse out and it's ready and no one is in there so how about we go in there and talk about this."

"Good idea." Jason unlocks the door and Robin just glances at the walls and furniture, she'll look at it later after she tells Jason the news. "I don't know how to say this but straight out, Carly paid someone at the hospital to change my donor's DNA with yours. I am pregnant with your child Jason."
