The champions were in the camber off to the side of the great room.The four, Fleur, Viktor, Cedric, and Harry, were just given the rules.
"There will be three challenges," Bagman had said. "And each will be hard. The first is to be on November 22. You have until then to prepare. No third party is to provide you with any help at all during this competition. Now, The winner will receive 1000 gallons to do with as they please. And with that, you may go back to your dorms."
Fleur left rather quickly, speaking in French with her Headmistress. The older Hogwarts champion left soon after, and soon, only Harry and Viktor remained.
"Rather vague, vasn't it, da?" Viktor asked, trying to get closer to the small teen.
"Um, I guess so," Harry said. He was unsure if the older teen had felt a connection earlier, and wanted to test out the waters. "So, how are you liking Hogwarts?"
"It is good, I guess." Viktor replied. "Look, thes may be forvard but have you heard of a soul bond?"
"A sould bond?"
"Da, where to vizards have magic that is compatible vith each other and that leads them to be mates. It is rumored that the first time the two truly meet, a spark is felt, but that is just folktale, da?"
"Well," started Harry.
"Yes." Viktor interupted, "I do believe that the two of us might just be soul mates."
