Finn walks to out of the house to his car and drives to the harbor he sits in his car and sighs looking out at the water. Rachel is walking with her fathers down the harbor and sees Finn's car she kisses them goodbye and walks over to Finn's car and knocks on the window, Finn looks up and leans over to open the door for her. Rachel sits down and kisses his lips.
"Avoiding me for 3 days Hudson?"Rachel says Finn sighs and reaches over and kisses her hand.
"I guess I was scared of hurting you."Finn whispers
"This again. Finn I told you not to worry about that."Rachel says
"Rach we can't even be intimate without me bruising you."Finn says
"I don't care. Finn I love you...and I was thinking, maybe we should go with Mike's idea."Rachel says
"He told you about that?"Finn asked Rachel nods
"He says it's our only option, and honestly I don't mind it."Rachel says
"No! You should mind it. Rachel being a blood thirsty demon is not something that should be an option for you!"Finn yells
"I understand that this is frustrating for you...you don't want to hurt me but even the slightest push from you does a little harm to my body because Im a human, Finn I wouldn't be considering this if i didn't think you and I would be together forever."Rachel says holding his face.
"Rach.."Finn says
"Just think about it okay."Rachel says Finn closes his eyes and nods Rachel smiles and leans forward kissing his lips.
Finn drives Rachel back home and she smiles at him Finn comes around and opens her door and helps her out of the car.
"Are you not coming inside?"She smiles
"I'll come by later, I need to take care of something."Finn says Rachel nods
"Are you gonna be okay?"Rachel asked Finn smiles and kisses her softly.
"Don't worry about me go get some rest okay."Finn says Rachel smiles and walks into her house. Finn walks back into his car and drives to his condo. He gets out of the car and walks into the house he sees Mike pouring a glass of scotch he turns to Finn and nods at him then Finn grabs Mike's collar and slams him to the fire place mantel.
"Damn it Finn!"Mike groans in pain.
"Why the hell would you tell Rachel that it is a good idea for me to turn her into a Hybrid! Are you insane!?"Finn says gripping his shirt tighter Mike coughs and then Finn lets him go as he runs his fingers through his hair.
"SHE LOVES YOU! She wants to spend the rest of eternity with you Finn. Wouldn't you want to do everything in your power to keep the person you love forever?"Mike says
"Not like this. Mike we fight the urge to kill every second of every day! Why would I want the love of my life to face that torment?"Finn says
"Because you nearly lost her once Finn..you were willing to kill yourself when Rachel was gone now she's back and you have a chance to be with her forever. Take it! You can teach her to control the urge to kill. Trust her more importantly stop being afraid."Mike says Finn watches Mike walk away then he shakes his head.
Rachel is in her room sitting on her bed reading a book then her father comes in.
"Hi Papa."Rachel smiles Hiram sits down and hands her a cup of tea. "Honey are you and Finn alright?"Hiram asked
"Since I came back as a human Finn's worried his Hybrid like strength will hurt me, and he doesn't want to put me at risk in any way."Rachel says
"He's right you're very fragile now as a mortal."Hiram says
"Daddy I don't want Finn to be afraid of hurting me...seeing him in fear of being close to me kills me...I wish I knew what to do."Rachel says
"My Star everything will work out for the best, maybe Finn just needs space to think..he has been alive for over a century and now that he's found the love of his life he doesn't want anything to happen to you..sometimes that means he has to take a step back and evaluate things."Hiram says Rachel nods then reaches over and sips her tea. Hiram smiles and kisses the top of her head.
Finn drives back to the Berry residence and he looks up at the tree and climbs it entering Rachel's bedroom. Rachel is laying in her bed thinking of Finn she turns her head ans gasps when she sees Finn standing on her balcony she jumps off the bed and opens the doors.
"Babe what are you doing..."Rachel says Finn chuckles and kisses her lips
"Pack a bag we're going to New York tonight."Finn says Rachel smiles and wraps her arms around him.
"Give me 30 minutes."Rachel says Finn nods and kisses her lips as he sits on her bed and waits for her. Finn puts her bag in his car and she smiles at him.
"We're seriously doing now?"She asked Finn nods "Mike is tagging along to he doesn't want to be alone for a week and he has friends in New York he can visit."Finn says and he holds her hand and kisses the back of it.
"Im glad you're in a better mood."Rachel says Finn gives her a slight smile then she unbuckles her seat belt and lays her head on Finn's shoulder.
~On the Plane~ Finn is holding Rachel as she sleeps in his arm he can hear her heart pumping blood throughout her entire body he kisses her head and brings the blanket up on her shoulders. Mike turns his head and then looks around.
"Do you feel like someone is watching us?"Mike asked
"We're on an airplane Mike. No one is watching us."Finn says
"We're supernaturals we should have just drove."Mike says
"Just relax, my backpack has a blood bag in it drink it and relax."Finn says as he strokes Rachel's hair.
"Someone is watching us man I have that feeling."Mike says Finn reaches in his bag and tosses his earphones at Mike
"Watch the movie and zip it."Finn says Mike rolls his eyes and plus them into the system.
As they touch down in New York Finn is working on getting a taxi and Mike is looking around still feeling someone is watching them.
"Mike are you alright?"Rachel asked
"I think Im okay...So this is New York huh smells kind of...dirty."Mike says Rachel laughs Finn finally manages to stop a taxi and they all get inside Rachel kisses Finn's cheek as she squeals as they pass by the tall buildings and Broadway.
"Are you happy?"Finn asked "I'm very happy thank you for taking me here."Rachel says As they reach the hotel Finn checks in and Rachel looks around the lobby and sees a man in dark clothing standing fairly close to them she raises her eyebrow but doesnt think too much of it.
"Alright Mike you have your own room which is connected to ours. Please don't barge in. And Babe we are in bunking together."Finn says as he hands out keys.
Rachel and Finn go to their room and Finn opens the curtain and looks out at the view he whistles "New York city has some view huh."Finn says as he crosses his arms.
"You've been alive for 156 years and you have never been to the greatest city in the world?"Rachel asked Finn chuckles
"Well New York didn't really appeal that much to me you know...tall buildings flashy lights, horrible traffic and their sports teams suck so...and I honestly believe Calgary Canada is the best city in the world...that and Monte Carlo.."Finn laughs Rachel laughs
"You've been everywhere literally everywhere."Rachel says Finn nods
"Yeah that's pretty much all you have to look forward to when you're a Hybrid."Finn says
"Maybe I'll go along on your next adventure then."Rachel says Finn looks down and knows where this conversation is going.
"Rach."Finn says
"What if you were obligated to turn me into a Hybrid?"Rachel asked
"How do you mean?"Finn asked
"Well if you and I were to get married you would have to turn me into a Hybrid so we would be together for the rest of our lives right?"Rachel says
"Rachel where are you going with this?"Finn asked Rachel smiles at him as she gets down on one knee.
"Finn Hudson, Will you Marry me?"Rachel asked Finn is taken by surprise and he looks down at Rachel with a confused look on his face.
