Chapter 21: The Evil Witch Goddess vs. Red Dragon Emperor, Azazel & Void

(Issei)

[Evil God Faction]! As in a group of evil gods! How are we supposed to go against something with that kind of power!? I took a look at the evil gods. The guy, Chernobog, has a handsome face and looks to be in his early twenties. His eyes and hair are both pitch black. As for the girl, she was incredibly beautiful. Her hair was long and platinum blonde, and her eyes are crystal blue. She also looked to be in her early twenties. They were both wearing dark robes, their faction of Khaos Brigade's uniform. Just looking at these two was sending shivers down my spine.

[Partner, don't let Louhi know about me. You don't even have a [Balance Breaker] yet.]

Um, Ddraig, not that I'm complaining, but why?

[Well, I'll tell you if we get out of this alive.]

Before I could say anything, Louhi appeared in front of me, looking down at me with cold eyes. I don't know why, but I think I can feel some killing intent coming from her… a lot. I can feel the shivers going down my spine.

"This aura… feels familiar. Hey, Chernobog, who is this boy and why does his presence annoy me?"

Chernobog looked over at me like he was analyzing me. He then looked over at the others, but stopped as soon as he saw Gasper.

"This is interesting. That dhamphir over there is the [Evil Eyes]. Maybe we should consider taking him with us as well."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's great and all, but not what I wanted to know."

"Honestly, I thought that out of all the gods, you would recognize that power the most. That boy is the current [Red Dragon Emperor]."

Louhi then looked back at me, with very scary eyes.

"The [Red Dragon Emperor]."

Um, why am I getting a bad feeling right now?

[Partner, watch out!]

Following Ddraig's warning, I jumped back. Right where I was, an Issei size hole appeared, and it was still smoking.

"Damn. Now I have to use a little more energy to kill you, [Red Dragon Emperor]."

"Wait, why are you trying to kill me for! What did I ever do to you!"

Louhi looked over at me with her cold eyes.

"Doesn't matter. All you need to know is that I'm going to kill you, [Red Dragon Emperor]. If you want someone to blame for it, blame whoever gave you the [Boosted Gear]."

After that, Louhi raised her hand and summoned a magic circle. I'm going to die. She shot a giant magic bullet that probably wouldn't even leave me in a pile of ash. Just as I thought I was going to die, Saito-sempai jumped in front of me hand held out Derf-san. When the magic bullet hit the sword, it started to get absorbed into the blade. Still find it amazing that Derf can absorb magic, but not as much as I am right now. Derf is taking in the attack of a goddess!

"Derf! Can you keep this up!?"

"In a normal swords body, never! But in Arondight, I think I can handle it!"

After a bit, Derf completely absorbed the attack. Louhi looked shocked while Chernobog just sighed.

"Louhi, we don't have time for this. Let's just grab the void mages, kill the [Familiars of Zero] and get out of here. You can kill the [Red Dragon Emperor] anytime you want."

She glared at me.

"I want to kill him NOW!"

He held up his hands in defeat. He probably didn't want to get into this right now.

"Derf, the enemy is a real goddess. You think we can win?"

"Don't know. Never, in my entire life, have I ever encountered someone as powerful as these two. But hey, you don't know if you don't try."

Louhi looked at us with half closed eyes.

"You got a death-wish or something? Because if you do, I'd gladly help you with that."

She then held out her hand and another magic circle appeared. She then shot a bunch of magic bullets at us. Right when I was sure that Saito-sempai was as good as dead…

[Haste!]

I heard Louise-sama cast the [Haste] spell on Saito-sempai and she started to move with god-speed, absorbing all of the magic bullets. I wonder when Louise-sama started casting that spell? I heard that [Void] spells took a long time to cast. Well, anyways, it's not important right now. Louhi doesn't seem like she's going to stop anytime soon. So, I decided to start changing my [Boosted Gear]. I just wish there was a way to help him righ…

"Take this!"

Thousands of light spears fell down where Louhi was standing. Both Saito-sempai and I turned around and saw that Azazel-sensei smiling while holding his hand in the air.

"Got her."

"Oh, and who exactly did you get, Little-Boy?"

Appearing right behind Azazel-sensei, was evil goddess Louhi! And she doesn't look too happy right now! I'm positive that she's moved her target from me to Saito-sempai to Azazel-sensei! Right when she was about to stick Azazel-sensei, Saito-sempai appeared behind her and swung Derf-san at her. Louhi held out her hand and caught Derf-san. She then glared at Saito-sempai.

"You are a very annoying human. First you get in the way of me killing the [Red Dragon Emperor], but now the Little-Boy as well. Maybe I should first take care of you first."

"Don't you dare forget about me!"

Another spear of light appeared in Azazel-sensei hand. He thrust the spear at her, but she just grabbed it. Sensei tried to push it forward, but she just kept it right where it was. Sempai was also trying to get Derf-san back from her, but she held on.

She looked at the two of them.

"You two Little-Boys should just stay out of my business and let me kill the [Red Dragon Emperor]. It's a long less painful."

There must be something I can do…

[Boost!]

That's it! I've charged as much as I possibly can. Now, who can I get it to either Sempai or Sensei…

I got an idea, but I don't really like it. Well, I don't really have the time to think of anything else. So I charged and thrust my fist at her.

Seeing me coming, she let Derf-san go to block me.

"What where you planning just now?"

"This!"

[Transfer!]

I managed to transfer my power to Sempai. Seeing this, she frowned… and threw both me and Sensei away.

"Fine then. I guess I'll kill the [Familiar of Void] first."

"Bring it on!"

That the end of this chapter. Before anything else, I'll like to apologize for taking so long. I have other stuff that I was doing. Anyways, the first real fight between the [Evil God Faction] and our favorite DxD/FoZ characters has started. Louhi is the most powerful enemy that the DxD and FoZ teams ever faced so far.
